Not happy with the experience because of serving our orders after 30 mins when crew said it was just 10 mins. Failed to set proper waiting time was the problem and it just ruined the experience - no apologize or anything (maybe they’re exhausted). I’m sure management can check CCTV that I went twice to follow up. Gave 2 stars for the taste but didn’t feel store is welcoming at all. This branch just lost 3 stars ✌🏻

My friends and I have gone to this Happy Lemon a bunch of times, but today I have decided that I won't ever go again. We ordered a matcha latte, and unfortunately it tasted sour and the matcha taste was unrecognizable. We asked them to check it and give us another one, but they said that matcha was supposed to taste that way. I'm very fond matcha, so their response was very disappointing. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Happy lemon is a place for tea lovers. They have wide range of tea selection which is good but unfortunately my visit to happy lemon wasn’t that good i ordered their bubble tea and I didn’t liked the taste of it. But I would still recommend this place for the tea lovers cuz if you are a tea lover then you might like this place.

We placed an order at 430 pm in their whatsapp account. They ask for my order and gave all the details. After 2 hours i follow up they said coming then i follow up after 30 minutes they said they cannot take order anymore... I dont know if they're playing or what. Im so disappointed ☹️ that they dont know how to be responsible to communicate with the customer

I and my girlfriend love Happy Lemon, especially the Milktea with Salted Cheese with Pearl Add Ons; however, there is no option to order and pay online especially now that everyone are ordering online and has no cash on hand since people can't go out easily to bank/atm to get cash due to Covid crisis. I guess it will be very nice to have the option soon.

The original bubble waffle is worth trying.<br/><br/>I had their passion fruit mojito with jasmine tea and pearls and it was money well spent. Always the yummiest milk tea for me! After a filling meal we craved for nice dessert and thought Happy Lemon could be the perfect option. It sure is. It did not disappoint. We live their milk tea options especially the ones with rock salt and cheese. The only comment I have is they do not give sugar and sugar level options. But all is good and manageable. First time to try their egg waffle (basic option), and I must say it is soooooo good!!! Especially when you dip it into that rock salt cheese, you get the taste of dessert heaven. There’s still so much out there to try. I still have the salted egg waffle and pancakes to try out. Looking forward!!!!

Yas! I have been rooting for this brand since I met it back in the Philippines. I was a patron at Burjuman branch and this time, they have this newly open branch in Al ghurair which hubby and I visited yesterday night. The ambiance was just so chill and relaxing. I will comment much in their tea’s as I have written so many<br/>Good things about it already. This time, we tried their Japanese pancakes. We had 1 of each flavors, from sweet to savoury, the usual redbean and custard filling to quirky ones. It’s freshly made, fresh and very soft. I personally like the black sesame while hubby munched on the sukiyaki beef and cheese along with our milk tea and puff cream and milk tea with a lil bit of everything (redbean, pudding,jelly etc etc.)<br/>the only thing that they should work on is their POS system?, we were not given a receipt maybe because their system isn’t fixed yet and it was open at such a rush but other than that, the place was just lovely and laid back. Perfect for millennials, basically.

I really regret going to alghurair branch, my favourite branch is burjuman. Yesterday i walked in at 11pm, they are supposed to close at 12. The moment i walked in there was 5 guys cleaning early, and one guy making the drinks.<br/><br/>He made me wait five minutes and my drink was ready and standby. And it was already my number in calling.<br/><br/>Not only that, he looks like he was in a bad mood and like he is working by force. Dear staff of Happy Lemon learn from burjuman staff how to spread joy and smile. And when the shop is a bit crowded maybe two guys make the drinks. And when i call u excuse me dont ignore me.<br/><br/>Never coming back to alghurair. The bigger the shop the worst the service.

Another milktea place is risen. First off all, the place is very overwhelming and calming. Lovely interiors and design. As you enter the shop, the lovely smell of jasmine tea will hug you and you will be surely hooked. They have wide variety of milktea flavours and fruit tea. Also this place have a bakery inside and I must say that their cakes are incredibly delicious but not sinful as it looks.Facts about happy lemon dubai is they are not using artificial flavours, like powder flavoring and stuff. They are also using raw sugar which is the very goof thing about this place. They are using premium quality ingredients that makes their product reasonable on its price. I love all of their milktea coz i already tried em all. And please follow the correct way to drink those milktea. Also I want to reccomend their lemon cheescake and matcha strawberry omg that is so delicious! Havent tried the bubble waffle yet but will try soon. <br/><br/>Overall this place is really a must visit. I highly recommend this place!
