The dosas were amazing and vada out of the world, a must try. The filter coffee was great too. However I felt the rava kesari could have been better. Overall the food is a bit expensive but totally worth it.

I really didn't like the taste as well as 2 items from thali was missing. North Indian thali was customisable I ordered naan u sent roti again tandoori masala and raita is showing in menu but I didn't receive it.when I called ur staff is lying they tried to call me I.e a lie I just ate little as I was bit hungry was really spoiled my tastebuds I literally dumped it. N rice quantity wt to say a small container same as dal or veggies. I really think I ordered 1 hr before closing so maybe u just sent whatever was left. I would never order or dine in. Parking here is usually a nightmare, but due to covid restdictions these days we easily found parking. This one has a huge seating area, very well maintained social distancing. I think they should also place some hand sanitizers on tables. Mini Tiffin is on offer during weekdays, we had a Happy Tummy dinner. Mini Idli is what my kids are a fan of, but they didnt have it and so served a whole idli instead. Overall worth the value.

I was a customer of sangeetha karama for 2 years and approximately for 1 yr in alnahdha..for months i never dined from nahdha .i have dined from qusais branch as well. Currently nahdha branch is the worst branch in service. One of the line supervisor feels he is giving food for free.worst service..worst than they worst.previous staffs like sunil,ajith,,pandiyan,bharathi were good.please change the name board else these people will distroy the brand sangeetha..kindly provide them training under sivarajan ,staff in karama to teach these people how to treat a customer. In al nahdha its hard to place an order,and if placed its over no one will reach you even if we are planing to have a second dish..so pathetic.

I'm a regular customer for this restuarant,I order mini tiffin 06 or 07-06-20 I order upma they send pongal, delivery guy he doesn't have pashens & No 100 dhs change. I arranged it take 2 to 3 min ( max ). And his attitude is like owner of that restaurant 😡. If I inform to reception he doesn't know the language, English & Hindi. Worst delivery guy.

I live in qusais, Firstly they were very annoyed that my order got accepted in the NAHDA branch. I ordered 5 plates of "idli 2 pieces" mentioned on their menu. They didnt mention they were going to send it with sambar or chutney and sambar. When they delivered, they sent 5 plate idli with 2 smallest containers of sambar and 2 types of chutney. So clearly they sent less sambar. When I called the restaurant, this really rude guy "prajeesh" talks to me saying I cant send now, and that you should call up the restaurant first before ordering on zomato to check what we will send. So there were 2 things - they never mentioned clearly on their menu in zomato what they sending with idlis, secondly this guy wants you to call the restaurant and check what they will be sending. I understand there must have been confusion and miscommunication, but the least you can do is give a solution and help the customer rather than being rude. Finally, After my food gets cold and I wasted my balance calling them so many times, they sent extra sambar. I used to frequently order from you guys but I wont do it again. Because you guys clearly dont know how to talk to a customer. (I would like to thank the staff "karna" for finally giving and apology call after all this happened).

First the delivery was very late & then the Masala Dosa I ordered was not cooked properly, The Pineapple Lassi I ordered had no taste whatsoever of pineapple, was jzt some yoghurt which was sitting in at the bottom and on the top some juice not even pineapple, looks almost like they didn’t hav the stocks and tried to cover it up with some other juice & yoghurt. A lover of South Indian cuisine decided to have dinner as I was in the area. Their mini tiffin menu was displayed as one entered and it covered all my favourite items. We also ordered spicy bhel which was very good. The mini tiffin served mini idols dipped in sambar, three types of chutney' masala dosa, sweet dish upma, vada and filter coffee. I have been to their Qusais branch with my friends family group and decent experience, we liked their food especially their mini tiffen. On Saturday dinner, we visited their Nahda branch, as usually their mini tiffen doesn’t fail to impress us. Every item in the plate (Mini idly, masala dosa, Pongal, kesari, vadai, and finally filter coffee) is very tasty and yummy. They served hot hot idlies as well. I went with my 2 years old daughter, they served her with 5 mini idly without me ordering them. Wow!!! They engaged with her nicely... liked their customer service.

Because it will take as long as 2 hours for the food to reach you until you call the hotel where the hotel personnel will say that the food will reach in 5 mins. Then an hour later you again call the delivery boy where he will be giving another excuse for being late. Overall definitely not a good hotel to be ordering food online.

Today I had a very bad experience here. I went hrlere to buy a very common dish as take away. They took the order and the payment was successfully done. After waiting for 30 mins I realized that not only me other customers are also in the same situation. They took the otlrder without any food available. They were waiting for the food to be delivered from a different branch. They were kids who started crying and finally I left the place without any food after 35 mins. I request all of you to please check with the before ordering any food, so that you won't be I. A situation like mine. They made wait for 35 mins and I wanted to take this food to a hospital and made those people in the hospital starving.

its one the best south Indian food places that I've been to. We went on a Saturday morning. The restaurant was quite full and busy, But we had OK space to sit. We ordered Wada sets , Puri and Rava masala dosai. There were nothing to complaint about. Everything came hot and in excellent taste. I loved wadas which were crispy from the outside and fluffy cooked dough inside melting in your mouth. Puri was one well cooked and it came with one the most tastiest potato masala. There was Kuruma too. But we loved the masala potatoes with onions. Rawa Doasi stood up to its best standard. Then we visited couple of time each time the standard was the same . At its highest. Also the hygiene of the place is quite impressive and the staff was very attentive and quick. So it with out any doubt I'm adding to the top of my favorite south Indian places to eat. Thanks a lot for those memorable food Sangeetha !!

Having dined in lot of south Indian restaurants around Dubai, recently was the first time I have tasted the lunch thali here. I have become regular since. I have to say that they have one of the best and delicious south Indian vegetarian thali in Dubai. The dishes are good in quality and quantity and the yummy meter is 10/10. Haven't tried the other dishes much.. but for a wholesome delicious lunch I would always recommend Sangeetha.

I ordered a mini tiffin today morning , Items provided xxl mini masala dosa Xl mini 5 idlies One vada One white dish -I can’t recognize whether it’s kichadi or pongal or the chef tried something and it gone failure. This place has again, over time, plummeted in food quality of dishes that are regular features at any south-indian restaurant. My regular order: - Chilli paratha (Paratha flakes that are sautéed in Indian masala with peppers and onions served with cool raita) - Vada set - Filter coffee - Tomato Onion Uthappam Chilli paratha, especially, was dessicated and withered, with none of that flavoursomeness it possessed hitherto. This dish requires looking into by the chefs. Pricing: Moderate Ambience: Noise levels from the kitchens are too high and disturbing, to a point where you feel like just running away from the constant clanging of the steel plates and tumblers that interrupt your conversations. I would request the management to kindly look into these matters.

Sangeetha is a South Indian, 100% vegetarian restaurant franchise from Chennai. This al-Nahda branch on Amman Street is the forth I have visited and carries on in the same slightly fuddy-duddy, in definite need of an upgrade, corporate uniform. Why they don't upgrade all branches to look like the fabulously funky al-Ghurair branch is a mystery to me. I usually come to Sangeetha for breakfast. Their dosas are legendary.

This is a no-frills place but food is tasty! Staff is disinterested at best and least bothered about your existence. We had to literally shout out to draw their attention; that too we were the only ones in the restaurant that time... can you beat that??. We ordered poori Masala set and a Masala Dosa. Dosa was good and so was the sambar chutneys. What I particularly liked was the filling! Poori was soft and the curry which came along was yum! But the staff ..... is a put off! It’s a pity and shame!

2 stars only for the ghee dosa , besides that ordered uttapa which was tasteless no salt nothing , the chutneys severed wr too spicy even the white coconut chutney. Coffee was way too bitter n the worst of all . Being summer time right now with extremely hot weather the restaurant works ( serves to the guest without AC inside imagine coming inside fromhw hot weather n having bitter hot coffee phewww .. Need to really work on it .. terrible

This 4 rating is for the rava dosa. Tried several south indian outlets, but only here I found the dosa close to the taste of tanjore rava dosa. And ofcourse, it won't be tasteful without the sambar. Good one.

The staff was really good .. have been to their qusais branch .. though the set up is old but the food was great. .so I expected the same here.. but food taste was not good . Since it’s near my home thought the food taste must b the same .. but sadly no! Anyway like the staff n 2 stars for them .. but apart from it they need to work on their quality of food

Sangeetha name itself defines services in food chain but today's experience shown me a different image. I went with few friends for having dinner. The services is worst ever I got. Their is only one person to take as well as serve order. They are not at all able to serve. Plates are lying on table and after repeated request staff came to took them. In food also one of my friend had pabbles in vegetable curry and when complaint they are not humble enough to serve another. When requested for a feedback register they gave a plain notebook. Their was no mechanism for customers feedback. Would like to suggest if you want to go with family and friends never choose Nahada Sangeetha. You can try al qusais. Management need to review the arrangement and staff in Al Nahada branch.

Excellent food as all their other branches. The new chat combos are amazing and great value for money. Highly recommend! Opening of this location was such a great advantage we no longer have to travel very far as it is now at a walking distance.

This place has branches in bur dubai too. It serves South Indian and North Indian cuisine. I ordered for the idli sambar and masala dosa. Both were reasonably good. Service is friendly.

I love this place mainly for their Mini tiffin which consists of vada, idli sambar, upma, masala dosa, sheera and one mini coffee or tea served with assorted chutneys. And all of this is only for AED 16 and it satisfies all your south Indian food cravings. The food tastes delicious and they serve one of the crispiest vada in town. The service is also good with the staff being attentive and welcoming.

Ordered one aloo Partha and one mango lassi. The potato was well cooked and is stuffed properly into the paratha, but it was somewhat dry to eat. It tasted good with mango lassi though.

Visited this place a couple of days before. Been to their Karama Branch and their Al Qusais branch several times and I enjoyed their food. So when I was in Al Nahda area, decided to try their recently opened branch there. Ordered Mysore Masala Dosa and Kothu Porotta. Both of them failed to meet my expectations and reach the high bar set by their other branches. Totally disappointed. Hope they improve. Service was normal. Nothing impressive about interiors. Adequate seating space.

The food at sangeetha was good as usual. However i do regret to say that the delivery service was not on par. I was looking forward to a quick meal before i rush back to work . sadly, this wasn't the case. Though this restaurant is within a 5 minute walking range from where i placed the order, i received my order after 1 hour 20 minutes. If anyone wants to eat at sangeetha, i suggest you take the trouble to visit one of their branches.
