The food and the waiting time is acceptable but the price a bit to expensive. During our stay and while we had food there, the manager was shouting and discussing with the staff in the Kitchen. He’s was voice was so loud that I even understood the subject of this conversation. This conversation was really annoying, if you just want to have your lunch. This is an really poor and unprofessional service of the management to discuss internally problems while you have customers sitting in your restaurant. I was really feeling bad when I hear how this guy was shouting about the staff in the kitchen.

As I am close by I always just pop in. The food is always prepared in front of me and is served very quickly. The food is on par with most kebab shops in Europe. Salad is nice and crispy with red cabbage tomato etc the sauces are not fiery hot but just enough spice to enhance the taste of the meat and yoghurt chutney to cool. You have to remember the meat is straight from the upright grill and when you mix with the salad and sauce this can cool the kebab. I regularly eat here and the kids like to have the thing strips of meat which are easily edible and make for good fast food. The location is very convenient for parking too

I am utterly disappointed how small the doner sandwich! It took me 3 and a half bites to finish the monster doner that costs 35 AED! Seriously it’s a scam how small and expensive they have made it! Shame on you guys! Soo disappointed! So disappointed! I can’t repeat it enough I am so disappointed!

So I had ordered the doner, coming from Germany, I was craving some home food. Then I saw the price ( around 10 euro for a average size doner ) which is a enormous price but I thought maybe overall its gonna be well rounded which it unfortunately wasn’t. Regardless, for the price and what you get for a doner it is definitely not worth. You almost get half a naan bread (turkish naan bread) which is huge, for around 6 euro in Germany

I called directly and eventually the guy offered me two options for the missing drink. And then he just hung up before confirming what I’d like. Very strange.

It’s an alright doner place, nothing compared to doner kebab though. Their food is fine, but not amazing. Prices are pretty good and aren’t usually busy so you get your food pretty fast.

I received my order stale and cold, the restaurant said there's nothing they can do, they did not even offer any solution, they kept justifying the horrible sandwich and trying to convince me to eat it. I threw it anyway because it tasted horrible and it wasn't fresh, it was very cold and smelly. also ordered Ayran which wasn't fresh either and tasted like water. The quality of the food is below 0 and the customer service is completely absent. Looking at recent reviews I'm not surprised. Good Job Doner Deli! Zomato support was not helpful to solve the issue, will never order from here again.

Ordered lunch to the office for the first time and I was slightly disappointed. I was very hungry so I ordered the monster veal dorum expecting it to be filled with plenty of juicy meat but instead, I got a wrap mostly of lettuce and tomatoes! Just look at the pictures and you’ll notice the meat consists of less than half of the wrap if you consider how much wrap used to make this..

If you are a doner (shawema) lover then it's your place . They got lots of different yummy doners which you feel like you wanna try them all. It's a German doner kebab. 👌🏻 they have veggi options too 👍🏻

Very basic interiors. Pretty good. Our favorite was the food. We ordered shakes the oreo one and the banana and strawberry smoothie. Loved both.. Little watered down. We had the spicy durum and also the spicy fries! Loaded with cheese and cheetos. Also had the classic durum, our favorite! Abs had the veal wrap that was super filling and spicy. Delicious. Also the hazelnut chocolate cake. Didn't taste like hazelnut but was delicious. They also have a new breakfast menu. With onion rings and hash browns. We loved the hash browns.. Super cripsy and very delicious.

One of the worst places I have ever ordered from. They advertised that they'll take 45 minutes to deliver the order. Once I placed the order, they bumped it up to 2 hours. When I try to contact the restaurant, no one answers. So, I have to resort to zomato customer service which is terrible. This 'person I spoke to at zomato, told me his name was "Sam Oberoi" and unfortunately couldn't do basic maths and had the poorest communication skills. Was infuriating, to be honest. The food arrives after 2 hours and it was awful. I ordered the sliders and the veal. It tastes really odd and dry and i ended up throwing the food out. Can safely say, I shall never order from here again. Mind you, they had a 50% discount and I still feel like it wasn't worth the money, effort and especially time.

Small joint tucked away in a petrol station was initially reluctant to try a Doner in Dubai after trying another Doner Joint in Jumeriah which was just a mess - i really Enjoyed the Doners here , good serving size and reasonably priced - would definitely be visiting again.

Its a small store located in the petrol station. Brownie points from us for the old school music that really kept us in a great mood while enjoying the food. Rating: 9 Golden Nuggets. Drinks: They have launched ice-tea which was refreshing and nice, since we usually aren’t a fan of ice-tea, this was a pleasant surprise for us. Then we tried the oreo shake which was slightly diluted, other than that it was great.

This is their new outlet located at the ENOC petrol pump. The pita wraps were yummy, though a tad bit dry. I totally loved the Fire fries. You must definitely try them. I have visited the newly branch of Doner Deli at Marrakech street near Emirates headquarters. First of all the location was bit difficult to find . The manager and staffs are very welcoming and friendly ,service is good too. However the newly menu tasting of Doner Kebab with 2 new choices of sauces of siracha and black pepper was amazing. I love how generously the filling is with the choices of meat - chicken ,veal or mix . Their sliders which included falafel , chicken and beef were juicy and tasty too . Their hot spicy fries with cheetos crumbs were really fresh and tasty . There are limited choices of drinks I and my friends had lemonade , strawberry mango fusion, oreo shake, 7up were really refreshing .They have their small platter of appetizers from onion rings ,jalepeno , fries which were served with tar tar sauce and ketchup which were really nice. Then was the dessert the brownies and the coffee creame .The brownies were surely a star !

Terrible service. Was really looking forward to this and but my order in around 11:45. Was accepted, money taken off me and was told delivery was going to be at 12;45. Eventually had to get in contact with Zomato themselves to be told the order was cancelled. Shocking service. Least tell me that they have cancelled the order. Won’t have to sit around for an hour and a half waiting.

They've the best Doner I've tasted in dubai! Ordered the takeaway to eat while we go but it smelled so good, we had to open it and gobble it up! For drinks we chose the Strawberry Mango fusion and Oreo Milkshake. Delicious! Hungry tummies needed some so had Classic Pita (veal+chicken), Classic Box (chicken), Fiery Fries, and Doner on Rice (chicken). The best meal in a long time. We ended with Chocolate Hazelnut Cake. I totally loved their Fiery Fries and Classic Box. It was perfect. It surely needs more crowd! But good service and staff.

I eventually got my food one and a half hours later after numerous exchanges with Zomato team who said that they were unable to get in touch with the restaurant. The food is a two.
