The food was DISASTER. The burgers’ buns were very old and dry and, even the burger size it is a slider actually, super small and hard. Looks like our food been sitting in their fridge for ages, microwaved then Delivered. The hotdog was average. But the onion rings are just a bunch of flour been fried, it is like eating cement and the avocado added on the burger was so hard, took me a while to realize it is actually an avocado not an apple really really bad.

The food was possibly the worst I have eaten. We ordered 2 hotdogs and they both can in one box, not separated and stuck together. Both different hotdog ingredients were therefore mixed. The burgers and mozzarella sticks are amazing, the patty is juicy and tastes real meat. But the Special Hot Dog is very bad - the bread was all wet and falling apart, the hotdog itself had nothing inside except for the sausage, a few squirts of a sauce which personally i did not like, and very few threads of onion. I will definitely go for burgers again.

There was a problem with delivery, we waited for TWO HOURS. Their phone like was always busy, and Zomato support was absolutely unhelpful, they literally told to me “wait in case the order will be delivered”. The food is amazing though, very hot and nice. And they put in an extra potion of delicious fries, so that’s nice. All in all: it’s very good, but you’ll have to wait an eternity for delivery.

I orders hotdogs for today's lunch, and who does not love hotdogs, it was my first time to try it from this place, and to be honest this was my last time as well, first the packaging is horrible, no branding at all, as if i ordered street food from anonymous cafeteria, not even a sticker. the hotdog sandwich is relatively smaller than other competitors, the clear cheap plastic package was sealed with a clear piece of sellotape to make it even harder for you to have your meal, the sauce is all outside the sandwich, you need to learn the rule : if it is a hotdog then you add the sauce fist, even the Zoom 8 dirhams hotdog sandwich is better, and the honey mustard sauce is spicy!!! how did you even do this, and of course not a sign that the honey mustard is spicy because why to care! the fries was horrible with strange spicy powered all over, the only thing that was edible was the Mozzarella sticks, edible with average quality, and the Lipton peach ice tea of course that was wrapped with a tissue and sealed with another useless sellotape! if there was a prize for the worst packing, you will definitely get the first place... please stop delivering horrible hotdogs, I now see previous reviews about how horrible is your packing and food and no apologies or even intention to be better!

I ordered a hot dog and realized 15 mins later that I wasn't given the option to choose between beef/chicken (I don't eat beef). I called the restaurant to change the order and before I could even attempt to say anything the person speaking to me said that the order had left. I asked if there was a way to change the order and she said there wasn't because the order had left already (quite rude and didn't even bother to listen). As it was my fault for not checking in advance, I let it go. The order was delivered 50 minutes later (later than it was supposed to arrive of course) with the toppings on the box more than the hot dog itself. We asked the delivery guy when he had left the restaurant and he said 15 mins ago - so when I called the restaurant the order had clearly not left for delivery. So not only had the restaurant not bothered to provide proper options and listen to a customer, it had lied to the customer and delivered food late and in a complete mess. Terrible, terrible service - I don't think I'll ever order a meal from here again!

Really disappointed. This restaurant came highly recommended by close friends and we decided to give this a try and ordered through Zomato. Wanted to switch from a beef to chicken hotdog 15 minutes after placing the order however when we called, they said that they order left already and we didn't mind or make a fuss. The order then came 25 minutes late and the the driver apologised and told us he just left the outlet 15 minutes befote coming to us. The restaurant had no reason not change our order, we also offered to pay but it did not matter. Okay, we made a mistake while placing the order so we didn't argue but how can you send food like this? All the cheese and toppings was off the hotdog and was stuck to plastic, food was cold and the burger came with barely any fries. Really poor quality service and average food. We tried from the hot dog joint for a home delivery order. We tried their Make it your way hot dog , Jalapeno Poppers and Hawaiian Burger. The Jalapeno poppers are filled with oozy cheese and were warm by the time we had them. They come with a tangy thousand islands kind of sauce which works well. The hawaiian burger definitely has the pineapple but what was impressive was the meat patty which was substantial for the price and was real tasty. The burger bread was soft and literally melted in mouth. This was one of the most tastiest burgers we have had which pleasantly surprised us too. With the make it your way hot dog, you get to choose from 11 toppings. We just went with all of them :), it was a great tasting dish. We really enjoyed it, again the bread was just awesome. The sausage was generous and the sauces were great even with the all in approach. We will be definitely trying this place again.

I love my Burgers! This was a bad but great burger. It was bad because it looked awful. It was great because it tasted awesome! Looks wise - it was like the bun was too big so they had to cut it up to make it fit, there was too much sauce (even though the sauce was awesome). The taste was awesome because of the flavours of the patty. Change the packaging! It was annoying and messy to unwrap and upside down. Make it more 'Gourmet' packaging. In a custom box! I haven't tried the Hot Dog yet but definitely will from the taste of the burger!

No way, restaurants like this exists in UAE? You cant be serious right ? Our order was accepted at 8:30pm. And it indicated 45mins for the food to reach us. Guess what time our order came? 10:20pm. You do the math. So what happens when the food gets delivered late? Yup! It gets COLD. This restaurant had the audacity to tell us 3x that the "Driver is on his way" when the delivery never came after more than an hour. Once you accept the order through Zomato, is it too hard to give us a call and letting us know that the delivery will go beyond 45mins? But nope. No call, not updates, no notification. NOTHING. This restaurant's service is just unreal. If there was a rating lesser than 1.0 I'd give them a negative rating. There is no way in hell are we ordering from this establishment ever again nor are we going to reccomend this place to any of our friends & contacts. We had to heat up our food on the pan and in the microwave when the delivery finally came at 10:20pm. Ten twenty PM. -10/10

They rectified the mistake of my last order after I made a complaint. They sent me another fresh order that arrived in 25 mins. Food was hot and well-packaged. They also added freebie items as an apology. Overall, they managed the situation well and deserve credit for that.

I ordered a takeaway. Everything had spilled in the delivery bag. Chips were everywhere in the bag, everything was soggy from leaking containers, it was a disaster and left the majority of the food uneatable. I'm sure this was a rare occasion, but I don't think i will be ordering from here again.

I was intrigued by the high rating to try the place out but when I did, I don't get the reason it has such a high one. I ordered the honey mustard hot dog combo which isn't any different than a homemade hotdog. It was in stale supermarket bread, frozen hot dog with your off the shelf mustard and no proper condiments. The Hot Dog Joint serves delicious hotdogs. We tries 2 different types of hotdog, I preferred "make ur own" but still both of them were delicious. The service was very good and the location too. I liked the logo and the paintings inside the restaurant. However, maybe the presentation of the hotdog needs to be improved. But for sure there will be more visits! Worth to try!!

Pretty good taste wise. The omelette was good, but would've used maybe a few more pieces of toast. However, I ordered an omelette with a side of chilli cheese fries but I did not receive the fries.

Ordered this joint for delivery, came fast but food was a bit cold, taste is ok but wasn't too impressed. They need to work on the freshness of the buns and bread. Burgers are a bit overpriced giving the average sizes and quality. Good for a one time try but don't think i'll be adding this one to my favorite ordering list. The best hotdogs in Dubai. I have wasted my time and money trying other hotdogs in Dubai, finally I found the best of the best. The bun is so fresh although I ordered around midnight, the dogs taste amazing, juicy and tasty. Ordered the special Hotdog and the Bacon wrapped. For 47AED. The delivery is super fast, 20 mins. I wished to have more toppings, but its still tasty. Loved it I will try the other types tomorrow. This is THE best hot dogs and burgers place I have ever been to 🍔🌭 Very juicy and tastes really clean if you know what I mean, delicious patties and yummy hot dogs ☺️ I have tried every single item on the menu in the past 4 months and they are simply WOW 😍 I think the Hawaiian burger is my fav cause I love pineapples 😌 and the chilli cheese cony is mouthwatering .. would eat there everyday for sure ❤️

I love hot dogs, and I think this place will be one of my favourite hot dog places after I try other flavors. I've ordered the chilli hot dog, tastes delicious however, its not spicy at all, which i need to do something about it. French fries crispy and delicious. Price is goood. I will order again!

We visited hotdogjoint in JLT last night for dinner. It's a small funky place tucked away in one of the corners of JLT. Lovely atmosphere now during the winter months & you can sit outside & enjoy ur meal. We had a lovely & very attentive waiter Kathleen who saw to our every need & was really accomodating. She helped us with popular options. We got to try out a few hot dogs, chilli cheese coney was really good & saucy with the perfect amount of ground beef. I really enjoyed the honey mustards since the jalapeños gave it a bit of a kick. The special has a sweet sour flavour which I think is am acquired taste but my daughter loved it! I think the highlight though was the make it your way hotdog which all the toppings & sprinkled with some potato crisp for some crunch. We also tried the jalapeño poppers which were good & the potato spiral which was a bit oily for my liking. We enjoyed the Mexican burger which has Nacho chips & jalapenos & 100% beef Angus patty which was nicely done. We had a very pleasant experience for it being just a little fast food outlet. Definitely a good place to go for quick meal & delivery as well. Thank you Kathleen & Ahmed for allowing to try out ur menu

The Hot Dog Joint in JLT, had a wide range of fast food options, such as Hotdogs, Burgers, Shakes, and various sides such as Potato twister, Fries, Jalapeño poppers etc. The food items I ordered were Beef Bacon Omelette, Chilli Cheese Coney, Bacon wrapped BBQ hot dog, Mexican burger, Swiss and Mushroom, Chilly cheese fries with bacon, Potato twister and Caramel milkshake Chili Cheese Coney->I really liked this hot dog, with spicy ground beef sausage, onions and a good amount of cheese. Bacon wrapped Hot dog-> this was mine and my friends favourite dish from there, the dish had bacon, beef sausage, Pickles and Jalapeño. The bacon was crispy and perfect, the other ingredients went well with each other. Even though the hot dog has jalapeño the dish overall wasn't spicy. Mexican burger-> as the name suggests they had Mexican ingredients in this dish such as Nachos, salsa, avocado. This burger was okay, probably cause of the second burger we had, which was perfect. Swiss and Mushroom burger-> this burger is one of their best sellers, it was another dish me and friends fought for. The beef was succulent and juicy, and had mushroom sauce, onions , jalapeño and their secret sauce. Potato twister-> was fine, it tasted as the usual ones we find im stores. Chilly cheese fries and bacon -> I loved the fries, cheese and the chilly seasoning but I did not like the bacon at all. Caramel Milkshake-> Tasted alright, the shake wasn't thick enough as the consistency of water was lot. Beef Bacon Omelette-> the dish had bacon pieces inside the Omelette, which tasted good, Cheddar cheese was drizzled on top of the Omelette and I dint feel like it went well together as the cheese was a bit too salty. The overall experience was good, but the choice of veg and chicken food items were really less.
