My office has only option of visiting oasis mall al qouz and with very less options around I choose to go kfc reason being so addictive yet mouth watering. My on the go meal is the snacker meal on the go just for aed 10 for my lunchs. Dinner meals are great too at affordable prices.

Worst experience ever, delivered in 2.5 hours, and cold food and nobody during all that time know why was it late, order was placed at 823. And the receipt said 0900. Nobody knew why, they said its not their problem, it's because of ordering system. Delivered after 1030 with no apology and cold food. Disaster experience. Cold food showed more how unhealthy it is indeed. Will never have kfc again in my life.

Dinner Meal is great for two if you're a small eater. With drinks and fries, and some great chicken, it's the best.<br/><br/>The chicken was however not the best and the fries seemed a bit soggy. I wish they had an option to switch the drink to a milkshake or so.

They came for delivery after 1.2 hours of order. Even they are charging 6.5 aed for delivery. I didn't received the order. I refused to accept. Promising time was only 50 mins. If they do not bring within time next time also i'll not accept.

Worst worst worst place to order from.. it took them 2 hours to bring the food and I live a 5 mins away from the place. The msg came 1 hour before that I was on the way. And finally when it came... it was all cold. I asked for an extra bun in the comment.. that didn’t come also.. the icing on the cake is... after it came FINALLY... I had it and around 30 mins later at 1.. I get another call from a different delivery guy that my order is out. I told him to go back as I already had it before... again would like to say worst worst worst place to order from.... even their help center is not that helpful.. this is the oasis mall branch..... We were extremely disappointed as the food came and hour late and soggy. The driver was extremely kind and sweet and apologized. It wasn’t his fault at all. It was the fault of the store manager that didn’t let us know thAt it would take more time since they had too many orders and we would have canceled our order. We asked for a compensation and the outlet manager said that KFC has no such policy and didn’t address my issue . Extremely disappointed

I have never seen the wrost service then yours. I order 7 up they deliver sprite, sometimes fries are missing. Big brand with cheap service. About Zomato, they only started this service to steal money from the customer like us. They damn care once they charge, they only have an apology nothing else they knows once payment is charged by your Credit/debit cards. Insist if assisting they will starts blaming to restaurant & traffic even though restaurant is 3 minutes if walking distance they will say cause of traffic, order gers delays. Let's share this my experience with everyone I'm social media so zomato will think about service recovery.

Ordered a snack box. It was average. Nothing especially different from other KFC branches, atleast the chicken. But the spicy fries were terrible. They had sprinkled the spicy flavor haphazardly on the fries, that it didn't stick and, therefore didn't even taste like spicy fries.

Best place to have KFC. We had PopCorn Chicken and Mighty Bucket in the afternoon. Chicken was very tasty and tender. Loved It ! Staff is friendly.

They absolutely disregard your online comments for any add ons. Sadly, this is the 3rd time they have repeated the same. To top on it there's never an appropriate time for delivery. Somehow I believe they pick up what's not selling and deliver it to you even after specifically mentioning you don't need that product. <br/>Stay away from paying online coz once you do you are doomed! You have to eat what's delivered (according to their fancies) not what you ordered.

I like this branch better because the servings are always fresh and crisper than some of the other branches. It's much less oily. That's usually one of my gripes with kfc. Service is fast and ambience is as in a food court. Standard KFC fare in Dubai. Items are not new but the quality is good. Appreciated.

Wen in oasis mall last weekend with family. So ordered from here family meal on 9 pcs chicken fries, colslaw salad and Pepsi. I can say it was better then what I experience In dubai mall. The chicken was jot and tasted good and the spicy was was good. Overall good experience.

Visited this place yesterday evening to have a snack box which consists of 2 pieces of chicken , fries and a bun . It was freshly fried and served to me within 4-5 mins of time . The meal was good not bad at all , more than the spicy flavor I have always been a fan of the original flavour as it holds lovely taste . Staff people were friendly and ambience wise place is decent as it is located inside the food court .

It was just as okay nothing great, I had ordered for a Mirinda and the counter said they are out of stock in it in the fountain. KFC being such a big name and chain of restaurants but the quality of food is absolutely bad, went there to have chicken popcorn( absolutely stale), chicken wings and fries were undercooked and smelling bad, it's better to try the local joints rather than having food here. Pretty disappointed.

Absolutely ridiculous. I have previous experiences with this branch and they always get my order wrong. I made sure to repeat my order three times and emphasized that my food was spicy and a medium sized meal like a broken record. After 20 minutes of waiting and people who came after me getting served before me, I rush back to work to quickly scarf down my food and what a surprise (not), turns out none of the food is spicy. Moreover, the "medium" meal was probably a smaller amount of fries than even a small meal. When it comes to food, it is pivotal not to mess it up after repeated attempts, especially when the person is starving and wants nothing more than what they asked and got charged extra for.

Tasty but not costly. Not a best branch for fried chicken from KFC. Customer service is good by female staffs and just average by male staffs. Delivery is slow. Very difficult to get things as per our taste.
