Today I have pleasure to visit Kobeya gluten free retail store and caffe caffe. I would like to say I had a great experience coding this place. All food is absolutely organic and gluten free. They have
healthy salads, breakfast, maid dishes and deserts. It is the café and retail store, has a unique concept that brings joy to gluten free healthy eating. I recommend to everyone who loves healthy eating to visit this place.

We came to @kobeya_kitchen for lunch and were so impressed! My friend is vegetarian, so we opted for both veg and non-veg options and they exceeded our expectations! We started with chicken spring rolls, figs and pumpkin salad and lotus salad and they were absolutely delicious. Following our starters we got kobe suyaki don (meat with rice, egg, tofu) for me and tofu patty steak (with rice and chips on a side) for my friend. Meat was tender and well-seasoned and tofu patty steak was soooo good! We finished our meal with one of the best teas I've ever tried (it changed color from blue to violet when I put lemon in it! and tasted divine) accompanied with crepes with berries, japanese cheesecake and green matcha pudding for desserts. Can definitely recommend this place for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests, and all the dishes are absolutely gluten-free and healthy!

@kobeya_kitchen is Dubai’s first gluten-free Japanese and far eastern restaurant tucked away inside al Wasl vita mall. The interior is beautiful and well lit - perfect for that Instagram shot 😄.
We visited for breakfast and ordered a couple of dishes to share. The eggs Benedict with Japanese mushroom trio was my favorite. The portion was perfect and the homemade lemon hollandaise sauce went really well with it.
We also tried the gluten-free pancakes. They were light and fluffy and the best part was we didn’t feel stuffed after having them.
Just when we thought we had enough our server suggested we check out their tea menu and perhaps try their gluten-free cheesecake. Hey, I’m not one to say no to cheesecake. 🤣 it’s rude in my culture! Haha so we ordered one cheesecake to share (thankfully because it’s a big portion) and I opted for the magical marine tea which has a lemon grass tea base. The perfect way to end our meal.
Overall we had lovely experience at @kobeya_kitchen and I look forward to trying out their lunch menu soon!

Kobeya Burger - One of the juiciest burger I have tried!Homemade 100% Kobe beef patty with gluten free buns, sautéed mushroom mix, teriyaki sauce with coleslaw & fries on the side.
Kobe Don Sukiyaki - Also 100% Kobe beef, gluten free sukiyaki sauce, poached egg, Japanese leek, carrot, shirataki, tofu, Japanese Niigata rice. The taste is heavenly.
Panko Fried Vegetables - Crispy panko fried veggies with gluten free tempura sauce. Each bite was so satisfying.
Quinoa Beet Root Salad - Refreshing and obviously super healthy.
Mango Kakigori - Best shaved Ice dessert in Dubai! I’d love to try the other flavors next time.

We started off with the delicious Japanese Pumpkin & fig salad, the flavours were absolutely delicious and fresh. The salad was tossed in the most delicious sauce and the figs were glorious.❤️
For our appetizers, we chose: Can’t decide should I call these #vietnamese OR Viet-NOM-ese chicken spring rolls.🤩🤤 The flavors were SO fresh, vibrant and summery and the dip was the cherry on the cake. Just know for sure that you CANNOT stop at one.💛🤤🤤

We had the tastiest mains, starting off their mushroom egg Benedict, which was oh so luscious and yum. The mushrooms were sautéed to perfection.
Next, we had the Ramen from veg menu but I added some beef to it, coz why not? They can customize everything to ur needs which is always a plus!! The broth was soooo rich and luxurious, i could LIVE on that beautiful bowl of Ramen.
Our last dish was the Kobe sukiyaki don. OH MYGID this was heaven! Absolutely scrumptious ❤️ the beef and eggs were so well cooked and flavoured! It was just the comfort food you need after a long week of work.
For desserts, we ordered the Japanese cheese cake (OBVIOUSLY) and the coffee bingsu. The cake was fluffy, moist, decadent and just AWESOME! The bingsu was also great, but would have loved more coffee flavor to it.
I HAVE to mention that that service is IMPECCABLE. Mr Deepak is an absolute charm and took care of us in the BEST way. He made the experience that much better. ❤️❤️

Such helpful and accommodating staff, Dwepa and Frances were so lovely. They were attentive and made our time so amazing. Food was such high quality, enjoyed every single one of what we ate. Everyone should try their Kakigori.

My 4 years old daughter was so excited and enjoyed her meal, she chose from the kid's menu (kids Kobe beef burger)and it was so juicy, if you go there you must try (Vietnamese veggies spring rolls) ) it was beyond delicious (so fresh, sweet, salty) will come back for it.
The Japanese pumpkin and fig salad was good but need more dressing.
The Japanese main courses were so testy we ordered (Asian rice noodles and Kobe sukiyaki Don)we love them, the vegetables were so fresh and the beef was so tender. Deserts were really good, try out the Japanese cheesecake and the matcha and their Kaki Gori Matcha.
Drinks must try their homemade cola, amazing americano, and magical marine tea.
You can pass by with friends, family or even by yourself for quality time.
This place is perfect not only for people who like gluten free food but everyone else too. Their sliders taste sooo good and so juicy! Their kobe sukiyaki don is something you need to try, the beef is so soft and tender. They have a great selection of breakfast items, the eggs Benedict with mushrooms were my favorite. If you visit do checkout the chicken herb salad. And for drinks do try their cola which they make at the restaurant and ofcourse the matcha latte because why not? Their shaved ice desserts were really good, had the one with espresso and I loved it. And end your meal with some of their magic marine tea and do check out the retail section you can find some great options, they’ve got a huge collection of gluten free goodies like pancake mix, ramen noodles, pasta and so much more!

Our Friday lunch was special this week as we visited Kobeya Kitchen UAE’s first gluten-free Japanese and Far Eastern restaurant and retail store located in Wasl Vita Mall. Kobeya is a unique concept that offers gluten free healthy food. Their menu caters to all kinds of taste buds. As the name suggests their menu features Kobe beef, the highest quality and healthy red meat.
The interior of the place is very interesting with pastel colours, chilled atmosphere, friendly welcoming service, the breakfast food i tried was not bad either, i will be back again.

I'm a huge fan of Japanese food and when I heard there’s a new place in town offering my favorite cuisine with a complete glutenfree menu, it sounded like a dream! Add to that the fact that they also have several vegan dishes on their menu and stash products and produce that are glutenfree too. Centrally located at the Wasl Vista Mall, Kobeya is the only Japanese restaurant in UAE offering a complete menu of allergy free food. The Kobeya Kitchen is a lovely Japanese Restaurant located at The Wasl Vita mall with a descent ambience. The service is very good and personalised.
For the food.
I tried the Black Sesame latte or the Kuro Goma Latte which was a first try for me but it was quite refreshing and the blend of latte and sesame was an amazing combo. Their Jasmine Tea also a must try.
Starters
Rice Panko fried mushrooms, onions, beetroot, lettuce with tempura sauce.
Maincourse- Chicken Coconut and Sukiyaki Don With Mochi Rice. The chicken was very tasty with the curry sauce and the Sukiyaki was the first try but it tasted wonderful.
The Dessert was Mochi Rice with Date Syrup, topped with Chocolate, Green Soyabean and Berry sauce with Japanese Cheesecake. Also attended another lunchbox workshop here and tried the Japanese grapes which was really large and tasted supergood. The Staff here are very humble and friendly.
Kobeya is the newly opened Japanese cafe serving healthy options such as gluten free dishes with a variety of vegan, non vegetarian and lactose free options. Japanese and Far Eastern cuisine is the central focus in this restaurant. Some of the ingredients are outsourced directly from Far Eastern countries and the same can be told when you taste them. They also have a mini store in their cafe where you can buy their traditional ingredients and other products which you don’t often find else where in Dubai. For meat lovers, the Kobe Beef is a must try here and not to be missed!
