Giving a 3 star, only because the order was wrongly delivered. The ice cream was missing and replaced with potato wedges. Customer service confirmed that they will send the ice cream but no one came. Pizza in itself was good but disappointed as I was looking forward to the ice cream to complete my dinner.

Just like all other branches of Pizza Hut in UAE, this too is really good. The staff is as usual very friendly & helpful. Same offers, same menu and about the same taste and service elsewhere. The only thing that make is different is it’s location. You can dine in in this beach which Located amidst the beautiful location. We tried their Lemo pizza too. Very interesting... one food long pizza looks like heaven .. with three toppings of your choice. A must to try for sure.

Ordered one of their deals including 3 medium pizza’s of choice, salad, garlic bread, wedges and beverages. One of the pizza’s was wrong (ordered Classic Pepperoni but delivered Ultimate Cheese 2x) plus we requested for thin crust and stuffed crust and pay upon delivery but they delivered all pizza’s in thick buttery zompy crust. We had to wait over a hour and won’t repeat ordering again.

Food is fine same a usual classic pizza hut. One thing make this pizza hut more special is they have a very RUDE staff. Because of this we forcedly left our take away food and went out. I hope the manager in charge tonight will give a warning to this staff. Very disappointed on how she treated their customer.

I got The Wicked Black pizza which was available only on Halloween. It looks really different with a black base and stuffed cheese 'creepy black fingers'. Both the pepperoni and Margherita tasted good. This was a limited release so I doubt it'll be back before another year.

The good part about Pizza hut is that they always have some or the other great deals on their pizza. Ordered The Cheeky Grilled Chicken and Barbecue pizza Along with the Salad. Love the salad and the pizza was good. However, Pizza Hut should bring out some new chicken Pizzas.

Pizza Hut needs no introduction & we visited the branch for our Dinner...Ordered a meal for 2 which took a bit of time to get served...Once the order came in, we were served the Pizza first & had to remind the serving staff to get the Garlic Bread which was later served quickly.. . One thing that i really liked about the branch is the smiles on the Customer Service Team..Everybody seemed very happy with all smiles & greets to Customers & the team represented the feels of a happy working environment..This thing was something nice to see & hope its always maintained!

Well pizza hut is everyone's favorite restaurant and needs no explanation. We visited the Trade centre branch where it was pretty crowded over the weekend. The food arrived a bit slow and took a while. The staffs here in this branch are friendly & the ambience is okay. We ordered the BBQ chicken and chicken shawarma along with the Cheesy crust. I had a order for delivery thru zomato . Firstly my order was given at 8:13 PM and right away at 8:14 I get a message saying the order is dispatched and on the way ... WOW I was happy my order will be coming fast as my pregnant wife is hungry at home .... I waited till 8:53PM as it was a promised time for the order to be delivered but still there was no sign.... Tried calling the restaurant NO REPLY .... And order was safely delivered at 9:25 with the driver giving us 3 large pizzas with 4pktz of ketchup..... Plzzzz look up into this. May be your store is buZy for delivery atleast don’t give a false promise time and keep us on hopes.... Change your time of the delivery.... Need to give 2 rating coz I love your food but the service provided Thur delivery was very poor . Anyways have a good one

Pizza was nice however I ordered 2 bottles of mountain dew with the pizza and got 2 bottles of pepsi. When asked the delivery man he said mountain dew is not available. I think they can ask the prefrence of drink by calling and not jst send anything.

The service was very quick. The packaging killed the pizza, I guess. The moist content in it when opened was too much. The thin crust lacked all the crunchiness.

One of our fav pizza hut restaurants. Pizzas are great, especially the soft fluffy pan pizzas. And a cool blue mocktail to go with it makes a perfect combination. Also love the lasagne - very well presented and just the right portion size for one person. It was so good that we didn't get a chance to take some pics as we tanned the food so quick! Yummy!

I ordered a small veggie pizza and much to my absolute horror found a staple on one of the slices. This is just unexceptable. How can a company like Pizza Hut pass on such a major health hazard. Half the pizza was already consumed when this was spotted. Just scary as to how big companies like Pizza Hut and zamato can’t really be trusted.

So we went here for dinner last night! Being pizza lovers what came to our mind was Pizza hut 😁💖 So we ordered meal for 2 with large veggie pizza & the crust we ordered for was garlic parmesan. So as the basic meal comes with ✳️pizza ✳️garlic bread ✳️salad ✳️2 drinks & ✳️potato wedges Honestly it was my first time to try the garlic parmesan base pizza. I had really high expectations sincr it said garlic parmesan. But there was not even 1% fragrance of the garlic or the parmesan cheese. The taste of the pizza was just as like the normal base. All the above items were perfect leaving aside the pizza base. I think it could be improved a little. Here is my review about this branch ✳️service - excellent ✳️food serving - quick ✳️ambience - excellent was not able to take pics as i was super hungry 😁🤣

Delivery guy was really angry at me because my apartment number is not in my profile so he had to call me. He rang me twice probably hoping that I call him back but after he called me what’s my ap.number and hang up on me after telling him. Later he was super angry telling me my profile is wrong and basically just throw the items into my hand. I couldn’t even say anything, he rushed away. little toppings and best of all you manage to make your pizzas chewy as hell, even the cheese was chewy....my 2 yr old had a few bites and was put off,and he absolutely loves cheese.....if your are looking to get indigestion by all means order pizza hut.....and also chicken wings with thick batter doesn't work.....if i wanted chicken in thick batter i would go for some KFC......overall your food is by far one of the worst i have ever had in my entire life.....ps: big portion doesn't make your food taste better, passion does

Loved the place before. It was reasonably priced. Very less veg options. The Alfredo baked pasta comes drier and drier day by day. There is less cheese. The quality seems no more the same as before. 😒
