I’ve always enjoyed the vibe at Antika, when the DJ spins live some fab Middle Eastern music mix. And as well appreciate the stage backdrop display that adds to the ambience.
Food widely has some good moments in taste, but loses the flow on some. No presentations as such with the food display.
Veggies have a some good selection to opt from in the appetisers, which they may have to rely for as mains as well.
What I had and felt were Good to have: Crunchy Fattoush with roasted truffle beetroot
Grilled Halloumi with Soujouk Chips
Zaatar and Pomegranate Labneh Dip
Beetroot Feta Dip
Chicken Shawarma roll with Tzatziki
Chicken Sambosik
Truffle Potato
Grilled Taouk
Akkawi Swiss balls - hmmmm, perhaps last one if nothing else.
Slow cooked lamb rolls - had potential, but served cold and chewy. Guess it was just not cooked well that day..
Stood out in taste: Sayadieh Rissotto
Sweet tooth corner - Churros score!
Kanafeh - No Thanks! Have so many better versions of it..
