We ordered through drive thru today around 6pm. I ordered toffee latte the taste of good. I love the blend. Unfortunately the barista forgot to put sugar or give sugar. We repeat the order twice and still he forgot the sugar. So we came back again to change the coffee.
The Mikel Coffee in Ibn Batutta mall has the most friendly staff, as a repeat customer I really recommend this coffee shop to everyone. The place is so relaxing, not that much crowd and the beverages they have also tasty and even you can tell directly to bartenders to make your drinks just like what you expect. Marvelous!
found the place by accident while driving in Jumeirah. Ordered breakfast and it was horrible. but.. Americano is the best i've tasted in Dubai. and will come back for their coffee. i might order something else from their menu though..
Omg!!! Their complimentary cake is heaven!! Best coffee place in town! With indoor and outdoor seating! Tried their mocha shake! Was delicious! For all the coffee lovers do visit and try their wide range of coffee selections!

Great coffee, service and location at affordable prices.
Very nice place and seating are comfortable. I tried the mikelchino cold coffee and it was served with a complementary water and cake. The service is suburb here.
We went there to have a bevarage using entertainer but it was not applicable as it was an official holiday.
But we ordered caramel latte and chocolate milkshake and mixed berries.
All of them were just like we want and we loved the place and the service they really were friendly.
When you have a seat they offer water and cake which made our experience nicer.
We will be back for sure to try different things.

The best coffee shop in Dubai. Just like their Greek outlets, they are authentic to the taste and the service. Cold espresso being my favorite and the indoor smoking area just makes this place unique
Oh what a place to just chill and have an awesome coffee based drinks with complementary cakes. The only place in Dubai that has an indoor smoking area with very comfortable seating designs. A huge place so you can choose whatever corner that suits you. Try blended frappe or caramel-chino. Recommended.
One of the best coffees i have had so far in dubai.The cafe is nicely made and has very cool relaxed out door seating which would be a good option during winters. On the first floor you have a special smoking room option. The staff is very sweet and friendly. We ordered mikelochino & mochacinno in cold beverages and both of them were just perfect.. we loved it! a must must cafe to visit
Very decent coffee joint, we went there a bit late so it was not that crowded. The staff are polite and friendly, the service is really quick, we ordered a mikelochino and Mexican special. The coffee was amazing, ambience is great. Will definitely keep coming back and recommend others.

My friend from Al Ain recommend it to me , specially the Mikelochino .. i am not a fan of coffee and this stuff but really i liked this beverage , it is cold and sooo tasty you can feel the taste of espresso and caramel ( it has milk too ) , but the price compared to the size should be little less
On a weekday we decided to visit this place as one of us really wanted to try their coffee n cake.great ambiance the food was delicious ; the staff was friendly and helpful
Our favorite spot to have a coffee after work. Very friendly staff and amazing waffles.
Working hours is another benefit as mikel is open until 2am.

The staff welcomes everyone with a complimentary glass of water and mini slices of tea cake which is very rare to see in Dubai restaurants so it wins in the start before even placing the order. Because we wanted to order lasagne but they did not serve past options that day, we went for the sandwiches, and ordered a club sandwich (really big in size and served with a side of fries, ketchup and coleslaw) and chicken fajita wrap (mouth wateringly tasty). We also had dulce de leche cheesecake for 27 which was the right amount of sweet unlike all other coffee shops that serve it in dubai. It was light and perfectly made; full of flavour. It was good to share between 2 people. The friendly staff were ready with suggestions and made sure to serve with a smile. Coffee prices ranged from 15 and up as there were different kinds of offerings which we couldn't try as we were too full. Seating indoors is luxurious and brightly lit but we sat outside to enjoy the weather. Outdoor seating was more popular among other customers too as we were just lucky to find only one more empty table for two. serving time was not more than 10 min and staff attended to us and other customers within 5 min too. The manager was a lovely lady who greeted us with a smile and asked us later about how we liked our food. Will definitely visit again for breakfast.

Was craving for some very good coffee, while driving through jumairah, we saw this coffee shop Mikel , so decided to have our evening tea/coffee there.
The outdoor arrangements seems very interesting, but the inner decor was more fascinating. There are number of different types of coffee displayed in the racks, in such an amazing manner, that it should be appreciated👌

I wanted to visit some really good place and I happened to search this place on the internet.
I liked the pictures of this place on the internet and decided to visit this place with my sister.
I wanted to have a really good sandwich and a drink.
I ordered for Greek salad sandwich and a vanilla milkshake.
And I had a good day with a good sandwich.
And vanilla milkshake made me selfish and I didn't share it with my sister.
My sister ordered for red velvet cake and almond tart.
And she said that her life was a lot better after that.

Feels like you're having a well prepared coffee right in the comfort of your home.
This is what the staff of this super cosy and elegant looking coffee shop made us feel. You are greeted with their lovely smile and what a super friendly staff indeed that they have. They will give you suggestions on what to order, but later on we ended up ordering their bestseller, which is the Mikelochino - a combination of espresso blended into perfection with an ice cream. This one will make you to crave for more. While waiting for your coffee, you will be served with a free glass of water and a bread cake. A very different and nice approach compared to other coffee shops. They have a terrace which I'm sure is a perfect place to hang out during the colder months, and they have a second floor too consisting of a long tables which is great for a group study, and on the side is a closed door smoking room.
We always see Mikel whenever we are passing by the road, but never came into our minds to try them out. And now that we did, we are on a coffee hunting for the next one to try from their menu. They have a drive-thru too, and is open until 2AM everyday. A paid parking is available around the area.
Mikel Coffee is a cosy and comfortable place if you're looking for a coffee shop with a superb ambience. As I walked inside this outlet I felt extremely confident about my choice of visiting this place. It looks extremely beautiful from the outside and I can say that for inside too. Being a hot chocolate lover I decided to try Chocolate Viennese which is basically Vienna Hot chocolate. I couldn't be happier with the taste, it was brilliant and it made my day. I also ordered Zaatar Croissant which was delicious. I totally recommend it. I shall be visiting this place often thanks to the ambience, good service, tasty food, and vast drinks menu. Must try!
P.S they serve bread cake while you wait for your order and somehow that reminded me of Christmas bread cake. yummy!
An unpretentious cafe with interiors too pretty and coffee menu too exhaustive. My friend and I ordered coffee chocolate and Mexican coffee. The coffee chocolate was super yum and the Mexican coffee was just average. Service is friendly, the cafe is spacious and just so you guys know, they have drive thru as well.
Good place to relax on weekend. wonderful staff and very approachable. They have very good food. Only thing is not good they didn't allow to use two entertainer voucher...
I'm a die hard fan of espressos. It was then my friend suggested me about Mikel.
Tried their espresso, which was good, had the fresh aroma of roasted beans and a bit of natural coffee oil floating on top.
The outlet is huge with lot of spaces and easy parking access.

We like to hang out at this Mikel's branch. Despite the selection is soo wide and it's not easy to get a choice of a day, we always found something cool. Separately appreciating the Vanilla Cake that comes complimentary. Sometimes though it finishes before we arrive :) You guys should definitely double check to have it in stock!
I really liked this place! It is very cozy, they have decorated the place in a beautiful way and it has that great vibe for working out of your bubble with very comfortable chairs and tables and friendly staff that won't bug you every second.
I tried their cold beverages and enjoyed every bit of what I tried, in the second floor they have a smoking section and big tables for big group of folks to enjoy their time, or even set a meeting there! The staff would be more than happy to serve.
They even have a drive thru part for those who are on the go! But the only pitfall of this place that it lacks parking spaces, there are some, but they are limited and not free, so for those like me who like to drive to coffee shops wouldn't be able to go there every time and pay for parking.
Well, good thing they have drive thru!

Im a biggg fan of coffees and I love to review most coffee places, Mikel is very much seen in Jumeirah and I finally went to try it out. I tried the special cold coffee Mikelochino and mexican hot coffee also the very yummy choco lava cake. Super cozy interior lovely place and good coffee though a bit pricey if you try the mikel special coffee.
Definitely going back to try more
One of the best coffee shops in UAE, a good break from the Starbucks and Tim Hortons. The side of English vanilla cake is a star. Hope they sell loaves of it soon.
For me, the service was perfect - the girl at reception asked all the right questions and the coffee tasted delicious, as did my maple pecan pastry. It was quite empty on a Sunday afternoon, but that was also part of the charm - I would love to come here and work because of the atmosphere.

This coffee shop is like a haven if you want to just chill out and have a coffee. The place is very cozy and the staff are very friendly and attentive to your requests. I fell in love with their Tiramisu cake 😍.
I think this could be one of the largest ☕ 🍵 coffee shops in the region as it dwarfs almost anything in the region. The coffee is from a Greek company and there is a lot of flavor to it. There is enough seating for groups and outside seating as well. The coffee is overall nice

The place was a zomayo find...it had good reviews...we went there on a friday evening...sat outside as the weather was fine...the cake slices are to die for...the coffee was ok ...i like sweet but was manageable...the staff was warm...
Tried it twice and didn't like it.. once was americano and once cappuccino.
Today I gave it a third try for a cold drink. Their "Mikelochino" is really good. Its a combination of espresso blended with vanilla ice cream.
They have some nice desserts and drinks, especially their coffee. I like the location of it and accessibility. Staff are okay, but the seating is terrible. The smoking area is just overly overwhelming in comparison to other cafes in Dubai, and the seats themselves are uncomfortable.
Nice place to hang out if getting a coffee and a break from the usual coffee franchises. The sandwiches are also tasty and the cakes look great. The variety is plenty and service is also really good.
The location is great and parking not a problem. The decor is cool and really a good option if looking for a nice place to chill. This place does have a different feel. The prices are also reasonable.
The fredo frappucino is a good choice. Try the dessert drinks.
In short, very normal product. Nothing special but again, not much expected from a coffee shop.

A mixed review! Decided to head down to Mikel to get some work done since they are open into the early hours of the morning!
The place has an amazing location and the exterior and the interior is really good and catches the eye of anyone who drives by.
As you enter and as you sit you're reminded over and over again about the strong coffee culture of the place as there are coffee beans and bags everywhere.
Not sure where the place was from etc, I went up to the counter and spoke to the servers! They were really nice and told me about the different coffees they have plus the fact that it's a Greek joint! Having never been here and not knowing what to order I asked them to get me the best hot drink in the house, which was a "hot Mexican", and I got a fresh orange juice and since I was hungry a chicken fajita wrap.
The hot Mexican was priced 29 dhs, which I personally think was way over priced for the size and content! Personally I didn't enjoy it! Bringing me to the food! All the food is packaged and for such a large place they don't have a kitchen which prepares fresh food which was really surprising. The chicken fajita had too much salt, and looked unappetising as the cheese looked burnt and old!
In all its a new joint in Dubai so maybe they haven't figured it out yet! But their decor and ambiance is really good, just their beverages, pricing and content of food is not there.
They also have a drive thru but I don't see that being used much!

We came here a month back with few friends late at night trying to find a quiet place that we can sit and chat.
The place is really big and can accommodate many people at one time and you will not feel claustrophobic.
Coffee tastes good according to my friends.
Their desserts were not bad too.
They have a smoking room upstairs which is a plus.
Overall, I liked it.

yes its true..the worlds best coffee!! tried the Affagato and it was brilliant. The blue berry cheesecake was perfect too... best part is tht the place has a smoking room !!!
The place is very cozy and it has lots of spaces inside. Although decor has black color, but the light is very enough and makes you feel very comfortable. Coffee is good, but there is a limited number of pastries.
I would definitely come again.
Finally got around to checking out this curiously attractive coffee house on Jumeirah Beach Road. This Greek upstart has quite a smart business model that has given Starbucks a run for its money in Greece. The place is beautiful and service was good, but honestly the coffee was not that great. They have two levels with lots of open space, so a great space to work from if you may. I'd give it another try, it could just be what we ordered.

We decided to try this new place for coffee which we have been seeing on jumeirah road for quite sometime.
We ordered cold coffees, mikelo affogato & mikelo Machiatto. They are expresso shots, milk, milk foam, icescream scoop etc. They both were delicious and the taste was too good.
The other day i tried hot coffee named mikelochino which again comes with expresso shot, milk, milk foam, scoop of icecream and it was so tasty! The icecream got in the sweetness in the coffee so you dont need to add extra sugar. But it did make coffee a little warm and not hot how we would want sometimes. But the taste was definetely too good and worth it.
We also tried their red velvet cake which wasnt that great. The good part about it was that it was less sweet. But the cake waa bit dry and the cream was tasteless. It didnt look like a tasty fresh cake for me rather it was something stored for long. I expect them to have better cakes.
I think now mikel is on our top list for coffees.
Went there last night after Iftar with a group of friends. We all loved it! It's very clean, cosy, great decor, friendly staff, good prices and great coffee and drinks...at least what we ordered which was Greek frappe (exactly as in greece), Greek coffee and lemon mint juice. If you've never had an original Greek frappe I totally suggest you give it a try since no one else has it.

Greece based coffee hub has opened its first ever branch in Dubai and is located in Jumeirah. A prime location with both office and residence surround makes it a perfect opening for all to try. It offers both hot and cold drinks, cookies, delights and pastries.
I honestly thought this was a fried chicken place when I first saw it. The advertisements on beach road tipped me off that it was a cafe. After having dinner buffalo wild wings we decided to go somewhere more peaceful for coffee and stopped by this place. I had a milkshake which was very heavy since I don't drink coffee and my friend had something like an affogato which they loved. They give you these little toffee pieces to enjoy free of charge which is a nice gesture. The seating is good and we found ourself laughing the night away til 2am. I think I will definitely go back here again.
"Mikel" is a famous chain of coffee shops all over the Greece. So if you want to try a real Greek freddo cappuccino, you need to come here.
Had the Greek frappe, cappuccino, chocolate cake, blueberry cheesecake, tiramisu, and the chicken salad. Everything from service to the product was excellent except the tiramisu, don't try it, you will be dissapointed!
