Nice place to chill out in summers kids will always enjoy, hot chocolate drink and chicken sticks was good
Good place to get a new experience and for a change. But the food is just okay. Hot chocolate was good. But the skewers weren’t great.
A joint not mainly for food, but yes it is an amazing place to hangout with friends and enjoy some tasty but limited treats at the same time. The best is the hot chocolate, to drool over in the -6 temperature. Chicken skewers were ok, could have been cooked more. They also serve nitrogen popcorn which haven’t tried as yet. Overall a fun place to be with some quick bites.
Experience having hot coffee in the chill . if the outside has a temperature of 45, the mall a temperature of twenty, this cafe is at sub zero. the ice sculptures are nice and it pays to get in to get a feel of paying high in total freeze. you will be draped in jacket and gloves - still it becomes pretty hard to stay more than half an hour.
Experience a complete climate transformation (from torrid heat to sub-zero temperature) in the Dubai ice hotel. ❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄
@chillouticeloungedubai was a surreal experience for me.⛄☃️⛄❄☃️⛄⛄☃️ It is convincing to visit a hotel made of ice in the cold countries, but an ice hotel in the middle of the desert-mind-boggling. 😱😱😱😱😱
The lounge is entirely made of ice (ice tables, chairs, and sculptures) and you will be served with a hot chocolate and brownie. Overall, it was a great experience, but the gloves didn't work in the sub-zero climate. Time to change them, peeps!!!
Very nice place to chill out with friends and family in Dubai’s summer. But honestly we couldn’t spend more than 30 mins inside. It’s Middle East’s forst sub zero lounge where temperature is upto -6 degrees.
The food is very overly priced though.
But just a one time see for sure!
❄CHILLOUT❄ Ice Lounge is Dubai's first Ice Lounge which is a fun place to hangout to beat Dubai Summer🌞 & as the name suggests, a good place to chill out!
.
A place created with ICE Sculptures, ICE Seatings & Tables & a uniquely illuminated interior all at subzero temperature, it is a one of a kind experience☃️.
.
Visited the place over the weekend, & first impressions were that it is a small spot...
.
Complimentary Hot Drinks☕ are provided including Hot Chocolate & Tea, but they also serve Soups🍲, Chicken Skewers🍡, Cakes🍰 & more.
.
Food was overly priced & would say atleast one item should be included in the entry passes along with the drink..Also there wasnt much to do & you may hardly stay for upto 20-30mins max..
.
A little activity inside for kids such as Ice Slides, some fun in the igloo sculptures would be nice..
.
One time visit is definitely recommended! Also they always have offers so recommend buying tickets that time...

It's a great concept but highly priced and space is very tight. Can either be a bit spread out or rate should be reduced. You actually wonder what to do after 10 minutes.
A must try experience in Dubai. Its more like an experience so they dont offer an elaborative food menu.Tried their nitrogen popcorn, hot chocolate, tomato soup & chicken sandwich.Food was descent.
We had a fun time here and enjoyed the ambiance and setup.A cool hangout idea during dubai summers especially..
Great ambiance..it was nice experience when taking hot chocolate and kabab from a snow cafe..if you are in dubai you must try this cafe..minus degree temp..great experience.Recommended!
####This is not for serious chatters who wants to spend more time in cafe ###JuSt FuN eNjOy 😉
Twice I have been to this place and yet it still amazes me. Area-wise, it’s kinda small but the ambiance is great. It gives you that experience on how it’s like to be in a snowy place. You can also stay there for as long as your body can tolerate the coldness. I love their chocolate drink and cakey. Can’t wait to bring family or friends who’ll come for visits - just for chillin’ out.
Perfect hangout place for summer. The name depicts its own purpose - Chill Out! :)
Could have been 5 if there are more beverage and food choices. I wish that the hot chocolate is more chocolatey. Though I actually finished 3 cups. Hahaha!
Chocolate cake is moist and bittersweet! Dry Ice on a Caramel Popcorn is a nice idea.
Amazing ice scupltures!

An experience never to be missed .. It was chilling experience with all the ice sculpture around.. Service level is OK.. A Hot chocolate in a chilled environment is an experience.. .. Unfortunately didn't take my phone along to take some pics ..
This place is a magic! Just pure magic! I really wasn't paying attention to what I was eating, I was checking out the whole spot.
Mandatory orders: Hot chocolate and oriental Kebabs.
For people who are looking forward to a twisted experience try the Arrow the Lava flow!
One of its kind place. It is the first one in the middle east. Very creative, very cozy as well. Recommended to be visited during your stay in Dubai
A unique experience when your in a dessert place. Entry fee is DHS60 per person, but they cloth you in a thick coat with boots and gloves and offer you a complimentary drink in an ice glass. Careful not to get your lips stuck to it though!. The chairs, tables and bar are all in ice, as are the sculptures of Dubai skyline and the art on the wall. Kept at -6 degrees, it is not a place to stay for a full evening as the cold gets to you; half an hour at most. The ice is remodeled every 3 months, but worth the experience.
this place is unique and worth visiting once, food and drinks was not upto the mark at all but i guess experiening sub zero with lot of ice art and memoriable experience was upto the expectation.. hot cholate drink was taste something else :P overall happy to visit the place
Place is nice for a one time visit. It is really cold inside but the place is small. For 80 bucks it's very expensive considering the small area and not many attractions. We went there thru an online deal and got hot chocolate and a chicken skewer free with it. So it was worthwhile. They should consider expanding it and adding more thing inside. And also lowering the prices.

Well, it is a one time experience and you wouldn't feel to come back and give a visit to this place again. Being in Dubai, makes this place worth visiting one time as it really goes to sub zero temperature as you enter the cafe. However, it then becomes boring, so you would spend a short amount of time with a mug of hot chocolate and there isn't anything interesting that would make you want to come back again sometime, as it is just worth visiting one time and again.
Indeed a unique experience .. Went with kids under 4 and they could enjoy too.. In terms of food, we just had chicken skewers and hot chocolate.. Was nice for the excited us.. The timings we chose were apt, sat morning 11am , the place was least crowded and we could enjoy the place to the fullest.. Since the floor area is minimum,, recommend you all to choose timings wisely.. Cheers to the friendly ppl over there.. One time visit is recommended..:-)
as the name says chillout and going there u just have to do the same chillout .
its nice art work with ice it must be very diff to keep going whn its so hot outside
just visit this place if u love to click nice picz with all ice thgs i love there ice work
An unique experience in sub zero ice lounge at the Times square. This was my second visit, the first one being 4-5 yrs back.
The entrance fee is 80 dhs and they have some 20% discount offers on certain cards.
After the entrance you get a small changing room where you put on thermal jackets, caps and gloves. The main restaurant has many ice sculptures which are different from my first visit. It's a medium sized hall with some long ice benches and ice tables. It's pretty chilli inside and after you finish the initial exuberant flurry of snaps, you find the menu hardly consists of 6-7 items and also few of them are unavailable. The entry ticket comes with a hot chocolate mug add on. That hot chocolate in that coool settings seem the heartiest life saver at times. We didn't go for any food.
Its basically a visit for something new and contrasting in Dubai. Don't expect anything more. Good for 15-20 mins of chilled times.
A great experience but if i would have rated for only food it would be just 2 stars, They should have more varieties of food not just sandwich cakes and hot chocolate. The sub Zero temp and the ice sculptures are the only attraction of this cafe or lounge !!!
Excellent ambience completely covered with ice and it super freezing . Chill out is located in Times Square centre . Pricing wise it is economic as it is worth the experience . Ambience wise the place is incredible . You will Definetly visit this place again specially during summer time . What is the best part about this place is when they serve hot chocolate in a stainless steel mug . Staff people are also friendly
Good place to take visiting friends from out of town ( particularly if they re from a tropical country). They provide you boots and gloves and a cap. There's free hot chocolate ( that doesn't have any sugar in it). It's really small though ( just 4 tables ) ...and you can spend an hour to 1.5 hours max here. A good one-time experience! Entertainer vouchers valid here if you have the Entertainer Dubai pack.
A new concept of chilling with a cup of hot chocolate and spicy paneer tikka on seats of ice is a must try!! Times square has alot of new things come up and this is one of them. There is a separate area made where people can play with ice. It might be a one time thing. Though i couldn't sit inside for long but the overall experience was great.
The place was OK not really that exceptional, but it's a great for a one timer.
The actual place is not that big, the hot chocolate was below average I mean comparing it to Paul's cafe hot coco I wanna say bad but am sugar coding it when I say below average.
It's good for families and for 📷.
This is just a fun place to experience the chilly temperature specially for people who love winters. It's a good one time experience but it's not a place to be for food.Actually even Chill out people dnt want it to reviewed on zomato. They mention Tripadvisor,Google,Facebook,Foursquare which are primarily not for eateries.Although the hot chocolate and snacks are fairly good...but nothing special about.
Go to this place only for the love of chilly winters!!! 4 star for just experience!
Ensure you have made prior booking before you decide to walk in with a bunch of friends. The place is quite small and as expected frozen as well. It was totally a unique experience for us, on arrival we were given thermal jacket and boots. What welcomes you inside is the ice seating, ice sculptures and ice tables. We then ordered for a super hot chocolate with some very and non veg skeweres.
Liked the theme hot chocolate were the best!panner tikka on cold stone. Made the best out of it.
Got non veg too! Penne chicken and sandwiches.
visited this place last year
its a very unique concept
we got free hot chocolate which was defintely a relief in that cold
chicken satay was just fine!
might have turned hard due to the cold
it a pretty small place
good to go on weekdays!
a one time visit
As the name suggest its a chilling place with ice everywher with Beautiful ice carvings.haths off for their creativity and intelligence.its a better place for group people.i suggest the place would have been bit bigger and menu was more.but its a cool place and a must visit
Well the 4 stars are only for the very unique pics and experience that you go through when you come to this place :)
Hot chocolate; too sweet
Rockyroad brownies; too dry
Size of lounge; too small
Staff; very nice and helpful at the reception, very slow & grumpy waiter!
Will i go there again? Nah! Its just a one time experience..
A chill out place indeed!!
A nice one time experience with a group of friends. Just go on clicking photos and chill with friends. We had hot chocolate which is very much needed inside.
It’s a small place but good enough to enjoy with your friends. The ice sculptures were pretty cool. Before entering the venue you are provided with an overcoat, hat, gloves and shoes to keep yourself warm. I went here with a group of friends. We all purchased cobone vouchers which included hot chocolate and a chocolate cake. I just tried the hot chocolate and it was yummy.
Interesting concept. Good for one time experience.
A real fun in -6degrees... brrrrrrrr its too cold....
All frozen.. very nicely done.. small place .. but that too seems big as its really cold..
There hot choclate is ok .... choclate cake is awesome but the honey or syrup they use is toooo sweeet....
Honestly I expected a bigger place but overall worth it. I had their delicious hot chocolate and their rockslide brownie it was heaven it was just like fudge *drools* . The interior was beautiful the ice sculptures were pretty cool.
I've been to an Ice Bar before in Queensland, Australia. The main difference is at Chill Out they do not serve alcohol. Instead you can grab yourself a hot cup of indulgent hot chocolate or a warm cup of tea which is included in your entry price. You might need it to warm yourself up as the temperature is set to -5 degrees.
Before entering the venue you are provided with a jacket, hat, gloves and shoes to keep yourself warm. I would recommend wearing pants as well on the day you attend.
The maximum time limit to stay inside these freezing conditions is 45 minutes and trust me, the venue is quiet small so you won't need much longer. The manager told me the sculptures are changed every 6 months or so to keep it interesting. The only thing missing was some penguins.
Wawooo its a freezing , i went there i think 3 times , and we really had fun , with the nice hot choco , something different to try in dubai , if you have a visitors from other places i do recommend to take them there
Chill out is exactly where you need to be to beat the Dubai heat. It kinda resembles Elsa's house since everything is and ice sculpture over here. You get to borrow a jacket before entering. The place is definitely something unique and different to do in Dubai.

Had heard that this place gets really boring after like 5 minutes. So we decided to go in a big group (were about 8 couples) & click lots of mad pictures. Turned it into a super fun evening.
Their hot chocolate was much needed in the cold. But this place would be a bigger hit if they were allowed to serve alcohol ;)
-- A drop of ink may make a million think.
@AyaashPaw
Cafe or a Tourist spot?
I └ºvє♡ the idea, you don't have much on the menu to chose from, it is just a couple of hot chocolate drinks and very few sandwich variety,
Thermal jacket and the footwear will be provided by them, can't stay more than an hour as your nose will freeze and will stop working like my phone gave up, battery drained very quickly inside, so make sure to carry a power bank if you are planning to stay more :)
One time visit
This was a unique experience to be in sub zero condition. It's a small place but decent enough to have a fun time. We stayed inside for around 35 minutes. That was more than enough to freeze us.
The place has some nice ice art work done inside.
They serve complimentary hot chocolate which I feel is much needed when you are in - 6°. The staff was warm and welcoming.
Wish they serve more veg food options.

t'was my second time here!i think it's more colder now! and their hot choco and bar is right inside the cafe unlike before that they are bringing it from outside!
still its space is small!i suggest getting a more bigger space so that here will be more ice sculptures to display!
and my husband complained to me that the jacket is kinda smelly!mine though was ok!
and don't forget your entertainer voucher if you have one, twas a big discount!
Unique concept, any tom dick and harry whose been around here for a while would be able to tell you that. They’re not really a restaurant; they’re mostly a tourist spot, or more like a single time visit place, just for its ambience. Their service is great; you do usually require a reservation prior you head there, as they have limited seats. The concept is brilliant, amazing, as their name goes, in this hot desert they’re probably the “coolest” restaurant there is. You’re expected to wear the overalls they provide, as it goes below sub-zero temperatures, the overalls do usually stink. Not appreciative of that, but the staff is great, service time for the limited menu they serve there is fine as well. It is beautiful on the inside, and sipping hot chocolate while you’re in there truly is a different experience, though your Hot Chocolate doesn’t really stay that warm for long. The other chicken and paneer tikkas they offer are average too, nothing special, quite confused about the taste as mostly the taste buds were frozen. Overall, a good place, You wouldn’t visit them on a daily basis as it is their experience not their food which leads you to return, and their food is not to really to return for, as mentioned it’s not really your typical restaurant, and you pay for the interior of the place, the food wouldn’t be worth of 1/10th of their price.
It was a great experience at Chill out. They provide with the Thermal clothing which keeps you warm and makes you stay inside chill out for a longer time. I had visited chill out with the cobone voucher. AED 50 included hot chocolate drink with entry. Its the best place to take family and friends who visit Dubai.Tried their chocolate cake too. It was delicious!!
Had tried to experience what's inside and it was superb. Got only one problem they should have thermal clothing for small peeps like me :) The experience was nice since my husband and I had visited for our valentine date it was really a sweet place, but the location is not that good - Time Square is the most boring mall I think I had visited in Dubai but if you are looking for place with less people it's the best place. The hot chocolate is really your need for place like this and I had finish 2, not sure if they are offering beer or wine you might need it to warm your self.
The only reason you must visit this place at least once is the fact that the whole place is made of ice. Not even kidding. It's ICE. The food was pretty normal. It didn't seem extraordinary. But nevertheless, the kebabs was great.
It's ice. Don't think twice.
Really nice place. Extremely cold and ambience is too good. Staff was very friendly . stayed up to half hour till it felt too cold.
I'd suggest a must go. Once in a lifetime experience. Beautiful.
A perfect place to beat the heat of Dubai and 'chill out'. One would want nothing more after sipping hot chocolate in such a freezing environment. Not to miss the dim lighting and perfectly carved out ice statues.A must go place if you visit dubai.
Located in times square , the most unhappening mall or center ,which ever you would like to classify it as. Chill out isint the biggest in size but having accommodating limited number of people makes it enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and supportive. At the start you are given a jacket , boots and gloves. The place is cold , with ice sculptures here and there and even a place to sit made of ice. We were offered hot chocolate and a cake , the cake was horrible but the hot chocolate was good. Its a good place to enjoy and have fun with your friends , an economical substitute to ski dubai.
Located in the not-so-popular Time Square, I was taken to Chill Our Lounge as a surprise on my birthday in 2013. Needless to say, it was a brilliant experience and surprise. The cost for an entrance ticket, clothing, and a cup of hot chocolate was AED 60. Still, I think it's a decent price, for a one-in a life time- experience. However, being only five feet, 1 inch, the thermal clothing was quite baggy on me, but it kept up to its use of keeping me comfy and warm. Even with the clothing, we only stayed there for approximately 45 minutes because of the temperature. From the seats to the tables, the (dry) bar to the walls, everything in the joint was made from solid ice. This includes interesting ice sculptures there, such as Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab etc. But, honestly, it was a blast! From taking lots of pictures, fooling around, dancing, the staff wasn't at all strict with us. Although I have to say, because I wear glasses, it kept fogging up (or rather freezing) which was quite a disadvantage, so it's better to just keep your glasses away.
