This place has amazing food and always has me drooling to visit it again and again. Authentic Kerala Paratha, tasty curries and thali. Location is a bit hard to find since they are inside the Emirates building near Clocktower. Definitely a visit for a budget friendly meal in Deira. Inside is neat and quite a few tables.
White pomfret Chatti Curry and King fish fry with wheat porotta - Finger licking good . Fresh and
Piping hot food .
Most conveniently located with ample parking . Ambience is very basic and more of a working lunch atmosphere.

Our visit to this was really an unexpected one. We were planning to eat something on one fine evening and I was craving for parathas. Suddenly saw this restaurant and thought about giving a try. We went inside and the place was empty. I’ve heard before that this place is way too crowded during lunch time as the location is perfect, on the Dnata building. But unfortunately there were no parathas as they are the breakfast items. So we ordered Kerala Porotta and Wheat Porotta along with Chicken Kothiporichathu and Chicken Chettinad. First of all, the Chicken kothiporichathu was delicious. It was chicken cut into small tiny strips and crispy deep fried with masala. I prefer that as a snack or a starter. Porottas were hot and crispy. Chicken Chettinad was a wonderful dish to try on. I also had the famous Kuluki Sarbath.
Good food at average price. You will get to find Kerala cuisine and few north Indian dish. Good crowd doing tea time as they variety of tea snacks from North to South kerala. Lots of parking available and near to metro too. One might get confused find exact location as this is located at first floor of emirates. Also know as we Ever Fine restaurant.
Food was great. We tried chicken biriyan and vegetable biriyani as well. Both were good. Place is neat and clean. But the service is not up to the mark. Staff seems to be kind but we were not attended properly. Anyway, we had a good time with great food!!!!
Really tasty and freshly made Kerala Biriyanis are available here! All of their versions be it chicken, mutton, fish or even veg (I am surprised) immensely satisfies to our appetite. We had a take away this Eid and we hope to dine in soon.
Hav frequently since i work close by... taste is fine.. place is good.. but service is a bit slow.. and sometimes you may spend an hour just for breakfast or lunch due to crowd!
Breakfast is very good. I would recommend their dosa, puttu, set dosa, poori bhaji, aloo and Gobi paratha. They aren't stingy with the sambar and chutney and I love that about them. The times we tried the appam, it was a bit sour so haven't gone back for it. The egg roast is great.
Lunch: My abs fave is the Malabar chicken biryani. It comes with pickle, chutney, salad and pappad. Not very fond of the Hyderabad biryani. Found it waay too oily. Their Kerala meals, parottas, chicken and beef dishes are really fab. North Indian meals are not really to my liking. The paneer butter masala tastes great but they use a lot of colour in it. Your fingers will reflect the colour long after you have given it a good washing. I used to be a big fan of the chicken lollipop, but recent times when I asked they said it was not available.
Haven't gone for dinner yet, so no comments.
Reality check:
## This place is swamped with Emirates/dnata employees. So if you are going for breakfast or lunch on a working day, finding a table may take time.
## Some of the waiters have a don't care attitude. If the place is full, don't expect to see your server for a really long time. If the wait has not killed your hunger, then maybe the food will make up for their lassitude. Trust me, the food makes up for the lack of love and care from the human department.
## Parking also depends on luck. On weekends parking is lavish.
## If you are ordering (take away) from here be prepared to wait for them to deliver it. Else ask them to keep it ready and pick it up yourself.
## Only cash accepted. Quite scary coz once we had just enough to pay our bills. There is an ATM on the floor below though 😋
It's one of the great tasting hotel... Non Veg here is much recommended... Go for Chicken Tikka... They do not accept Card Payment, sad on this part
A place mostly visited by Emirates employees. Is a good choice for healthy & delicious food. Service & ambience is above average. Worst thing is you have to wait for long to get your food served.
Good people. Good food. Good service.
My favorite items
Palak paneer, methi masala, palak chicken, north Indian veg Thali, fresh milk tea, appam and egg curry, egg burji :)
Never try biryani here..too much oil they put.
Last couple of days, deing ordering from here for our evening snacks at office. The Pazhampori and parippuvada is awesome, and the chutney is from a different world altogether. Next day, ordered breakfast and the dosa items were world class.
A different experinece at everfine restaurant. This is the first time i had dancing tea which is great. The food have different varities and the taste is soo yummy. Chicken kondattam is my favorite which is spicy and crispy. Muttom biriyani is very special. Had chatti curry with wheat paratha yesterday night. We had been welcomed with a fresh welcome drinks and the service is great.
this place is my favorite. the taste is authentic and is highly affordable. the ambience is super class. ordered konchan kandari roast which is amazing and the staffs all are friendly. love the restaurant love the food. the best i would suggest. IT IS A HIDDEN GEM...!!!
Located at dnata building above Emirates nbd bank is difficult to find but worth it big time. The food is amazing and the interior is superb. Plenty of parking available and different varieties of food. Surely going for a next visit soon. Worth it totally.
Masala dosha , appam , chatti curry, beef olathiyath all are super tasty. Lot of parking available in night time, easy to find out the location
awesome ambience.....great work keep it up.. until next time....so much varities and options...highlight is the pothi biriyani with so much flavours
A restaurant in Emirates dnata building good ambience and nice area ample parking area There is a small supermarket inside the restaurant ,food is average we tried A chicken starter and hot an sour soup ,normal taste a bit spicy the main course was Appam and chicken curry in clay pot and beef roast
A place with quality and quantity with reasonable price. The south Indian dishes are authentic, especially their Kerala cuisine have the traditional taste. Their north Indian dishes are also equally good.
Their payasams are always great.
Amazing experience you would encounter when you visit everfine restaurant with great ambiance and spectacular taste for the food. known for the traditional kerala food and also include indian chinese and list goes on...
Authentic Kerala cuisine at a reasonable price. In case you plan to dine with family and friends , dinner time is suggested for a more relaxed and cozy environment.

Had a good lunch with colleagues!!!!
Good food at very reasonable price. Wow in 12 aed you will get north indian veg meal and it tastes really good.It consisted of 3 different veg items, curd, sweet dish, pickle, chapathi, rice nd pulse. Recommended for office going folks near by dnata office.
Just dropped in this after noon for lunch at Ever fine. It was slightly late and so combos werent there. Had to wait for a few minutes to get a table as the place was bustling with people.
We ordered a vegetable karahi, naan and Egg Biriyani. Food was served within 10 minutes. Veg karahi was sufficient for two, nice brown gravy with the fragrance of garam masala. The taste was upto the mark and it was not the run of the mill aaloo-gajar- mutter-gobhi. But a decent mixture of more variety of vegetables in an adequate proportion. Nan was good in size, neither too hard nor to soft. Biryani was average, quantity was sufficient and moreover it had two eggs and was accompanied by Raita. It just made me recall the Egg biryani at Green chillies, due to which I could not gather courage to order it anywhere for last 4 months.
Now, the cherry on the cake was chana daal ki kheer(or it might be a diluted Mung ka halwa as well). Not sure if its a part of menu or a complimentary sweet but it was delicious. Being a Marathi, i could relate it instantly with my childhood when my grandmom would give me the roughly blended Pooran mixed with some milk. It was awesome. Keep it up.
Taste 3.5/5
Service 4/5

I love the food from this place.. It's tasty and reasonably priced.. But yeah the delivery does take a long time no matter how close the delivery address is but as I regularly order from here I have got used to it.. Although all the dishes are tasty but I am a big fan of the variety of pickles the chef makes.. Suggest everyone to visit the restaurant..
I was taken by a suprise that there is a restaurant inside the Dnata Building considering it to be just an office building. I was taken to this place by a friend of mine with the promise of getting me some mouth watering Beef(this is something i cant resist) Finding a parking in this area can get a little difficult as its office area and limited parking space. You can try out somewhere behind the Dnata building. This restaurant is located on the 1st floor.
The reception of the restaurant is mini supermarket and couch for waiting area. The place has a dim lighting effect and it kind of gives you a feeling of pub but its just a restaurant. There is ample space for seating, however getting a table on weekdays could take you some time since you can find a lot of office employees, but its still worth the wait. We ordered Kerala FIsh Curry Meals, Kerala Porotta, Varutharacha Chicken Curry(Preparation with fried/sauted grated coconut) and the Beef Cococunt Fry. The meal is served with 2 types of Fish Curries which are authentic kerala style curried actually can be had without any other side dishes, but then how can a mallu resist the yummy Beef Coconut Fry with the right mix of spices and coconut.I must say it was heavenly. The porottas also tasted great with the right crispness. All in all it was amazing treat and very friendly on the pocket.
Must Visit!!
Tucked away in a office building, its easy to miss this restaurant between dnata, Jet & MMI logos. I happened to know about this restaurant only when I was invited for lunch by an office colleague.
A surprise package as from outside sigange you would expect an ordinary canteen type of restaurant. However the interiors are tastefully done (review the pics uploaded by some professional in this website). The food too was great and reasonably priced.
Whatever you decide to eat (veg / non-veg), you just cant miss the special WHEAT KERALAY STYLE PAROTHAS. I have never tasted or found this option in any other restaurants yet. It was crisp & soft & fresh and supposedly healthy because its made of wheat.
Other dishes tried were prawns curry, squid masala, chicken dry, mixed veg, paneer tikka & veg crispy. All had good quantity & tasted good.
For a small family or office get together they have a private room. On weekdays & lunch time expect mostly office white collared professionals.
They also have a buffet I believe which is reasonably priced. So if you are around Deira, try this restaurant. Al though there is public parking space around the dnata bldg, it will be challenge during office timings.
Best place to have a value meal!! Value for money... Great ambience, good to go with family
اسعاره معقوله يمكنك التسوق منه
