هدا المكان سئ جدا في الخدمات والعاملين داخل المطعم غير مؤهلين ومعهم مدير الخدمة غير كفؤ والطلب يظل اكثر من ساعة في الانتظار هدا ومطعم غير مزدحم مع احترامي لي اسم المطعم ولكن يعتبر من اسواء المطاعم في ديرة ستي سنتر ولا انصح بيه

للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئه جدأ يوجد ملاحظات على المأكولات الماهيتو ليس نفس الموجود في نفس المنيو الدجاج فيه رائحه زفر الدجاج ولم ينضج بشكل صحيح والخضار طهيت بشكل غير مناسب والصوص على السيزر سالط كان ماء ونكهه خفيفه جدأ

مطعم جميل وأكل لذيذ له فروع في دول الخليج . أسعاره معقوله نوعاً ما

مطعم شهي جدااا له فروع هذا بمول سيتي سنتر الديرة وجبتي المفضلة عندهم دوووما...دجاج مع اللحم بالخضار مع الارز والصلصات الخاصة افكادو مع زبادي او كريمة.. خدمة ممتازة فيه شخص مصري نادل لطيف ومبتسم ومتعاون نسيت اسمه ..ايضا البقية لطيفين ..الصور تحت 👌👌👌👌⚘🙏

TGIF is a casual restaurant at Dubai Mall that we frequent with family and friends...<br/>Friendly staff and a lot of seating options are there.<br/>The staff was supportive when we had gone with kids too.<br/><br/>Their menu is vast with lots of variety.<br/>The portion size of Appetizers is good for sharing. Main Course portion size is also very good. <br/>Their sweet potato fries are a must-try!<br/>An additional positive factor is that they have a kids menu.<br/>.<br/>Their fresh juices also taste really good.<br/><br/>My take on TGIF, the Dubai Mall:<br/>Food: 4/5<br/>Ambiance: 4/5 (casual)<br/>Service: 4/5<br/>Pricing:4/5 (worth the portion size & quality)<br/>.<br/>Highlight: They have special lunch menu deals which are priced very reasonably.

To begin with no one came to take the order for atleast 20 mins. <br/>After the drink came, we asked for ice. They gave us ice in a glass without any cutlery in the table. Did they expect us to put the cubes by hand?? Inspite of reminders, we got what we wanted 10 mins later. <br/>The staff taking the order was rude without any greetings and no smile what so ever.<br/>The Manager passed by, and I did mention to her about a birthday on the table, she said she would come back but did not. She came back with the bill after the food. We have not asked for the bill since we wanted to eat dessert. However we did not order the dessert then as it felt like they wanted us to leave.<br/>To top it all,we were given a wrong bill. And we had to inform them that was not our bill. <br/>They messed up the birthday with the rude and ignorant behavior. <br/>I am extremely disappointed with the experience last night. I expect someone to take action and u have lost a loyal customer.

My sisters surprised me with a birthday lunch there. The staff started singing happy birthday and it was extremely special. This plave is absolutely amazing, the flavors are all there, food is amazing, staff is great, and ambience is good.

TGI Fridays is a good casual dining meal. Its quite heavy so maybe dont make any plans after. The portions are big and the food is pretty good.

Food was good , but no service there , waited order for 30 mins , water was served after we got food and had to remind them , a lot staffs there but seems nobody is in mood to work . Even check was waiting for long time .

It’s always Fridays in here! I love this tag line from TGI Fridays and yes Fridays are always welcome in Dubai. TGI Fridays the casual dining American restaurant in Dubai has now come up with a brand new section called wood smoked plates to entice our taste buds once again. Basically the flame grilled meat is smoked on an apple-soaked hickory wood plank to give that special touch and that’s the specialty of the new offering.

Staff are rude, they made us wait outside 5 minutes even though the whole restaurant is nearly empty, and no one was available to give us menus or take our order until we asked. Even the manager was very rude when she took our order. I don’t recommend you visit this branch.

We had a quick dinner at Friday’s Dubai Mall branch last month. I’m not a huge fan of burgers but we were in a hurry that time so we ordered burgers anyway. Their food was delicious and serving was big. Thumbs up!!

@tgifridaysuae at the pointe, palm jumeirah is the place for good food, a nice view and amazing staff! The portions they serve are very filling, especially for their prices! Both appetizers were filled with flavor, and the main courses were delicious! They offer a wide variety of international food! Loved the warm welcome we received by staff and Mr. Wael (heading the branch)! Will definitely be visiting again!

Very bad front of house. Shop was half empty and receptionist was extremely confused and didn’t know how to seat people. Saying there is a waiting list and the tables are booked but everyone waiting outside and the tables are empty. Doesn’t make sense.

Manager Jane is very pleasant to speak to she knows her stuff, how to deal with customers and how to make them feel at home apart from great food! Actually this is our 1st time eating in this branch (Dubai Mall branch) becoz we always eat in Diera City center. And i compared the 2 branches. The service here in dubai mall was really horrible. When we sat in the couch the lady assist us. After that we waited for about 20mins for someone who will take our order. I almost called every waiter passing by to the both of us (with my partner) of course they will just smile but no one come to us to take our order. So i stand up to call the attention of the black lady server (sorry i forgot to take the name) and then i ask her for wetwipes plates and spoons as soon as she take our order but she never comeback again to our table and so the food is already there but the plate i ask in the beginning never comes!!! I know its kinda busy when we come around 8pm but im also working as a waiter so i know how it works but the service here in this branch i will make sure we will never come back!!!!

I was really excited to try their molten cake. I think it came short of my expectations. The cake has some sort of egging smell in it. Texture was soft but there was barely any sauce on it. Between the two of us we couldn’t finish this small cake. Just a one time try

I always enjoy my meal at TGI Fridays :). A rich menu that make you spoiled. The crispy chicken sliders were really tasty but i did not like the bun. I think it should be replaced by a better quality one. The texas ribs are the jewel on the crown really. You will simply enjoy every bite. The onion rings and fries are also good

So I went to TGI Fridays and I wanted to try a vegetarian option and they had a mushroom burger that I tried. It wasn't good and it was mushy and the texture and taste was oily and extremely off. NOW HOWEVER<br/><br/>the manager and the waiters were very kind about the whole situation when I explained to them about the burger and decided to let me change my dish. the situation was handles professionally and I respect that they want to provide quality service.<br/><br/>I exchanged my dish for Buffalo Chicken Tacos. Best decision ever!! The tacos were so good, I think every time I took a bite I just couldn't stop raving about it. It's sour, and spicy and creamy and UGH such a good taco.<br/><br/>5/5 would recommend those tacos. And the ambience is amazing with a fountain view. I was served kindly and calmly and I always appreciate good service so keep it up TGIF for turning something negative into a positive experience!

Been eating there for a month while staying at Rove. The people there always make you feel welcomed and they wear the smile everyday. The food menu changes quite often which gives you variety. As for the food quality, 8.5/10. Real pleasure to eat there! Recommended

A dinner date with my lovely little sister, Garima, at TGIF where we ordered Hangover burger and Extreme Buffalo chicken spicy tacos. 🌮 🍔<br/><br/>The burger was quite fulfilling, though the beef patty was a bit dry. The tacos had the right amount of spice in them and the shells were quite crisp. What I loved the most? The sour cream! It went amazingly well with everything. Also, the fries were crisp.<br/><br/>And the best part about the whole experience? Dinner with the view of Dubai Fountains.<br/><br/>Dubai mall is the best place to spend the weekend. This has to be up there with one of the best meals I have ever had. Fully deserves the Michelin stars and its excellent reputation. We had the four course set lunch with the wine pairings, and could not have asked for better quality. Knowledgeable and friendly staff without being overbearing. The food is truly out of this world, I could go on for days about the quality and incredible flavours. Can’t wait to come back one day.

Terrible experience - long wait even though it wasn’t iftar as yet, made us wait and then seated us outside, and THEN called to move us inside which we were happy about, but I doubt they were. They seemed ill prepared after we had gathered all our stuff (dining with a toddler who was eating a home cooked meal and playing legos) to come inside. We finally we given a booth and the food arrived shortly after. My dish (grilled chicken with veggies and corn on the cob) was under cooked and I asked them for an alternative. They gave me a menu and I re-ordered, and the food frankly came out quickly but hubby was waiting and had to eat his dinner cold :( <br/><br/>Then we asked for the bill a few times, and we were charged for all ordered, including the original order of grilled chicken that was sent back! <br/><br/>Overall it was a hassle and the food was very mediocre. Serve was friendly but mostly clueless and delayed.

So you'd expect things to run smoothly considering a not so busy time. However, let me say how disappointed I was with such shoddy service provided.<br/><br/>To begin with, the air conditioner did not seem to be working as we entered and was pretty hot & stuffy. After complaining about this, it started working a while later. Took our time to go through the menu, deciding what to order. Placed our order for food, some sparkling water and a berry smoothie (the berry smoothie never came to our table, nor did our server realise it was ordered).<br/><br/>After waiting for about 15 minutes after ordering, she brought the water empty glasses and kept on the table. We stared at those empty glasses for 10 minutes, without a server in sight. So an approx. time of 25-30 minutes to get our water, and which the server 'assumed' we wanted room temp. So she had to go back and change it to cold. <br/><br/>Food got served after another 20 minutes. Everything we ordered was pretty good. Cooked perfectly. Tasty. <br/><br/>Another thing - we had ordered for the Beef & Chorizo Sliders and pointed to them in the Starters section whilst we ordered (AED 39). When we got the bill we were charged AED 58. When asked about this, she told us it was a main course and we said we ordered it from the starter. Again, our server 'assumed' and did not bother clarifying what we actually wanted and we had to pay the extra.<br/><br/>I understand service staff get very tired and it's not an easy job. But when you come across as someone so lethargic, dragging around your feet as you walk, and not seem very interested in what's going on around it does not represent well of a brand.<br/><br/>And this is not the first time I experienced this at a TGI Fridays, it has been repetitive for a while at many other branches. The wait times are unreasonably long, the staff attitude is mediocre to say the least. Why I do return every now and then? Is for the food. Which mind you, can be quite a miss sometimes.<br/><br/>As someone who generally loves the food here, you guys got to step up your game.

TGIF used to be my favourite place for tex mex cuisine. Awhile ago we had the Triple meat burger and the Angus beef cheeseburger here. They were at 51.50 and 44.50 dhs respectively. Lots of stuffs they have in them to make them tasty. Quite big. Perfectly justifies it's price.<br/>We sat outside on the balcony. Where we had a beautiful view from 2 nd floor. The fountain can be seen in all its glory, along with a wide view of the lake and downtown area. It's a premium view.<br/>Service is polite.

Food was great. Sometimes it just takes them almost two tries to perfect the preferred degree of doneness of the steak or ribs. But overall, appetizers and desserts were really good.

well it’s nice to be baaaaaack!!! As usual we ordered the same thing cos i really like their Texas spiced short ribs. This time the beef was not good we didnt complained about it but i like the guy who has a keen eye for attention to noticed that we barely touched our meal. But the Cajun Shrimp & Chicken pasta was the best. He called the Lady in charge, her name was Leny very nice person and a perky one. She offered us to change the meal but we refused cos we are full already. Little did we know she prepared an amazing dessert. My appreciation knows no bounds. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I just love the grilled and barbequed food and this place is full of it.i tried smoked chicken twisters and the smoked chicken taste is bit spicy and delicious. chicken is so soft and juicy .quality of food is excellent and staff service too. price does not matter if you are a tastemaker.<br/>#bbqchicken

Good ambience. Good Service. No Fuss Food.<br/>Had a very nice experience at TGIF. We tried the Lemon Chilli Chicken and Country Fried Chicken which were appetizing. The food arrived a little late to the table, but that maybe because of the crowd present on that day.

Their food is good but I find it a bit dry. We ordered Buffalo Chicken Tacos. The chicken was nice and tangy but was loaded with a lot of vegetables which made it extremely messy to eat. I would suggest having less of veggies and more of ranch or some sort of sauce to keep it creamy. The Chicken Burger was good.

Terrible service. We waited over half an hour for our drinks order to be taken. Then another 15mins for the food order to be taken. When it arrived it was wrong. Has a nice view of the fountains is probably the only redeeming feature

Lovely view. I love their steak combo. Steak with shrimps. But the steak temperature was not accurate. Although the service needs big improvement. We ask for the bill thrice

I hereby want to appreciate the high quality and astounding services of TGI FRIDAYS during my 10-days stay at Dubai. Particularly, KC, the manager of the Dubai Mall’s branch, was a fantastic and thoughtful individual who handled every request we made and went beyond our expectations by offering us a surprising free desert which was so delicious and mesmerizing. I think, by employing such competitive manager and attentive, professional staff, TGI Friday will attract more and more loyal customers every day.

Food is average and service as well. Pasta and burgers was too oily but delicious. Thursday evening was not busy and service was slow. However we had good impressions.

TGI Fridays in Dubai Mall has the best views of the dancing fountain from their balcony. They have many options for food in their menu, I personally love their Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta. It is so delicious and the quantity is pretty decent. I often visit this place for their food and amazing atmosphere. Another advantage of going to TGI Fridays is that it is easy on pockets because of entertainer :)

Staff were Impolite and lied to us about when outdoor seating opened (told that seating outside wasn’t opening for a further 4 hours when it opened just as we finished our meal). Food took a long time to arrive as well as bill. Food was tasty, albeit burger was soggy.

I am just home after visiting this restaurant. This is the worst TGI Fridays I have ever been too. Staff rude. Slow and uninterested. Waited way too long for our food and even longer for the bill. If you are thinking of going here to watch the fountains DONT.

My favorite place in Dubai Mall aside from the food it has also perfect view to enjoy the fountain and Burj Khalifa. I brought my family when they visited last December and they enjoyed it. Only thing is outside seating is a bit dark, not sure if this is the same comment they have from other diners!

Ordered the Tennessee chicken and shrimp dish along with the cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. We also had the lady Lynchburg shaker for drinks. The pasta was really really good And the Tennessee dish could do without the overcooked vegetables. The drink was very refreshing. What I loved most about the dining experience was the live water shows and the restaurant ambience 😍

Disappointing experience and it's obvious that management does not care as I've read past reviews.<br/><br/>The waitress was pleasant until we mentioned that we're using the smiles voucher. Then she just didn't care, even though I don't understand why, how does that affect her? Isn't the voucher there to be used? And we ordered a sirloin steak so that's 93 aed that weren't part of the deal! Oh, and when we asked for the bill, they didn't bring us the plate of wipes and candies, but they did for the other tables.<br/><br/>She plopped the drink on the table and just left, no tray or straw. Food took soooo long and the steak was really dry. So was the mac and cheese.<br/>For the second time, the cajun shrimp and chicken pasta was oily and watery and had zero flavor! The shrimp and chicken had just a bit of spices because of the cajun seasonings I guess. Even when I took the rest home, added salt, parmesan and pepper it was just sooooooooo oily.<br/><br/>The crispy chicken strips were good, but I mean who can mess that up?!<br/><br/>Not great, no consistency apparently. I see from other reviews ppl have had a good meal and many who have the same complaint as me.<br/>

Our favourite restaurant. Cannot go wrong with TGI. No matter what we order, it's always the best. Excellent serve. Great food. Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Just perfect place to hang out with friends and have delicious food. Yummiest. Must visit.

Went there many times. Rib eye stake is spot on and must try item on the menu. Ambiance is great and staff is super first. The only thing is that sometimes the food is little bit over cooked which is only disappointment keep the restaurant category in mind.

Cindy and Melissa was very friendly. You guys are lucky for having them! I want to give them 5 stars for their service because they were outstanding! That’s the reason why i always keep on coming back here. they are always smiling and approachable. Every time i come here they remember me which doesn’t normally happen in other restaurants. The food was really good too! I love eating here because the place is very comfortable. They should be promoted or at-least give them chocolates for me . THANK YOU!!

Tennessee Chicken with shrimps and a side order of union rings. Absolutely yummy. Additionally the branch at the Dubai Mall is the best place for a front row seat to view the Burj Khalifa and Dubai fountain

Very nice place to spend your lunch.The food is classical american style and it is very tasty,specially their steaks.The service is fast and efficient.

TGIF never really disappoints. Whether it be their portions or the taste or the ambiance it always is a perfect place to go to! This TGIF has the most gorgeous view and we were lucky enough to catch the Dubai fountain show! Will post a picture of that too. Their outdoor seating in this weather is perfect. Although the staff is polite but it takes time to get their attention. I had the bacon crusted beef ribs this did was outstanding !

Who does not know TGIF, specially the one in Dubai mall with the view of fountain and burj Khalifa. Their food is good always but recently I feel their quality standards have gone down plus they are not coming with any thing new in their menu. I would suggest them to be more focused on food and quality.

Friday's one of my favorite restaurant but this Branch was a little bit disappointed , location overlooked to Dubai Mall fountain was outstanding , we have to wait almost half hour to get a table on weekend , also we waited another half hour to receive our order , outside seats is very good but I'm wondering how come there no spot lights at least , at night it's dark , they just provide you small light at your table , we request for baby chair but they said no seats available they will provide us chair later then they forgot or ignored us I'm not sure , food was OK as usual<br/><br/>

Food is definitely made better than the other outlet I went to. Wait was not too long for the food but you may encounter a queue for tables because this place is popular for shoppers in the Dubai Mall due to its location and view of the fountain and the Burj Khalifa. Service was outstanding as well and I did have an irate diners beside my table. While I may not recommend being passive aggressive to a customer, the person deserved it for expecting fast food preparation for a main course item.

I had the worst steak in the history of making steaks in the whole world.<br/>I paid 130+ dhs for steak that doesn't deserve even 1 dhs<br/>The steak was not cooked as i wanted and then they took the steak to cook it again and they bring it back as piece of cement that u need a hammer to cut into pieces<br/>I called the waiter and the manager and they had nothing to do but apologizing to me.<br/>Very very very bad experience.

I like this place only for the location, as the view of the fountain is amazing. <br/>But the food and the service are not good. The staff is slow and not attentive, and the food is nothing special, some dishes I tried were even bad.

We had dinner today in tgif located in dubai mall! We had a very good experience and we enjoy the food that we share! We ordered there new dish which is new york steak with shrimps!! Plus refreshing drinks electric lemonade!!thumps up

TGI Fridays in Dubai Mall has a perfect location overlooking the dancing fountain, but unfortunately that's all that's good about this place. The food was below average and lacked flavour. The place was crowded as it was a Thur evening and the staff was pretty inattentive.

TGI Friday's is one of the best I ever visited.<br/>It is the best restaurants in Dubai Mall which has the best view on Dubai fountain.<br/>The mozzarella sticks they have is very tasty and the steak sandwiches as well.<br/>Highly recommended
