Very nice location in DIFC specially if the weather is good ! The decoration of the coffee shop is cozy and nice with a music in the background . The coffee is tasty and one of the best. During the weekend is not Crowded . The team service is awesome and fast . I like the way how they keep the delivery orders ready for collection ! Very efficient and smart !

Always a place for coffee and cake near trade Center. Easy access and love the vintage ambience! And the best part is they do have the diary free options such as coconut milk, oats milk, soy for the coffee without any extra charges. Great seating arrangements ( outdoors & indoors)

I ordered for cappuccino, I got latte and it’s tastes like coffee powder mixed in water! I don’t understand - why I pay so much and order everyday coz I love your coffee and one day it all falls down to this! I wish I could you a picture or send this coffee back! I am really disappointed.

I go to this place almost every day and so do my colleagues. I make it a point to go there because the team is amazing! They are so positive and genuinely love their job, they always greet everyone with enthusiasm, it’s really refreshing to see this kind of vibe. I don’t have a favorite product and we have coffee in our office as well, yet I go and buy from them because they are special and make me feel that way too! Thank you!

The staff is extremely polite to talk to but the cafe is not up to the mark. Especially having their business right next to cafe Bateel, they need to up their coffee game and not having crème over cold frappes after taking the full money is unforgivable! <br/>Hopefully they will get their A game in the coming times if they need to sustain besides the other competitors.

Bought a chicken and avocado sandwich for lunch today. The bread was soggy from the moisture of the leaves, the whole thing was sour, like gone off sour. I left it after just one bite. A member of staff saw me and asked “you didn’t like it mam?”, I said “no, it’s pretty inedible”, his response was “okay” then walked away.<br/><br/>Thank you for not trying to do anything else for me.

I loved this very nice busy place,<br/>Coffee latte is very nice and i don't like white Mocca at all dont order its because its reaky without any single taste i asked friendly staff to change and they did but still no taste.<br/>I prefer to have normal latte with skimed milk.<br/>

Im a big fan of caffe Nero's chocolate fudge cake, yet this time i got disappointed because the size of the cake i got is so far considered as a sample more than an actual piece, and the cake was dry and not up to the standards that Nero usually presents, hope they fix this thing.

Monday morning caffeine to the rescue! I had a ‘Small Caramel Latte’. As you can tell by now, I’m very much into anything Caramel! Do not underestimate the caffeine effect on the basis of the size. Always perceived this brand to be a little overpriced for the items catered to us.<br/><br/>Went there for a cup of coffee, and came to my notice that they've a limited time offer of Dhs18 for coffee and a pastry!<br/><br/>Hence, got a cappuccino and a 'pain au raisin'. The pastry was fresh, flaky and everything nice:)<br/><br/>Got a caramel latte which wasn't too bad either.<br/><br/>Happy drinking!

One of my favourite spots in DIFC for coffee meetings. I like my coffee served hot and Nero does it just right. Great ambience, friendly staff, fantastic location at the DIFC and above all great coffee. Their sandwiches are good too. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to pick a quiet corner to read a book like me.

Thought I must try a different coffee spot today , not that it's my first time having coffee at Nero.<br/>I ordered my usual ,extra hot latte . Caffe Nero is a brand really been growing on me as it offers a great product, ambiance and very good service. And I think today I discovered the largest of their outlets, which is at DIFC. A rather large space both indoors and outdoors, with varied seating options. The outdoor seating in the cooler months like today is awesome.<br/><br/>They offer a really nice selection of food items, perfect for 'on-the-go' and a diverse range of coffee and other soft beverages.<br/><br/>Definitely one of my preferred places for a coffee catch up in DIFC.

I was here for a meeting, and tried out one of their specialty drinks. I am a big cold coffee fan, so ordered the Double Chocolate Mocha. Double Chocolate Mocha was delicious to try and had the perfect blend of chocolate and coffee. Definitely recommended.

Like this caffe, especially the soft leather couches. The couches allow you to sink in and enjoy a good long conversation with friends or business partners. We had the standard cappuccino and latte. We also had their chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was a bit hard and not as chewy as i normally like it. <br/>The staff is quite helpful and friendly.

Ordered the raspberry and white chocolate frappe and cheese twist. Service was pretty quick. The drink wasn't good I had to throw it away. Sweet beyond measure and the flavors just didn't mix well. The cheese twist was fairly average.

Your typical coffee chain. Standard roast, nothing special about it. The cashier however is beyond hilarious and tries to be personable by recognizing regulars and familiarizing with new-comers. I would recommend the espresso: seemed semi-decent although a bit burnt.

Just average coffee place. Comparitively low priced, service is fast and i usually find this place crowded. Mocha collection is not so good compared to other cafes. Very Good for simple Latte, Cappucino, and Americano. Frappucino is a flop in this cafe.
