Bad! Delivery please never order for deliveries with this branch ever!! They have spoiled the name of the Doner Kebab. Firstly my food order came half over the top inside my food I found a steel like object. I don't what it is I called the restaurant off course they didn't not accept it. We had Zomato gold - 1+1 food but the man at the bar (the cashier we think) told us that they have Zomato gold in jlt only. We double checked it and we got the information - there is one brunch in Marina (where we were) the man at the bar was rude and even didn’t want to look at this information. We ordered this chic burger and flaming French fries. It was amazing. The chic was so soft and not like normal burger it was shredded and juicy with fresh tomato and lettuce. Also the fries was crispy and tasty. So a thumbs up from my side.

I ordered a mini doner kebab, it arrives fresh and the right amount of spicy. It’s good value for money. I just wish there were some healthier options like quinoa salad.

My love for doner made me walk in this restaurant. <br/>The staff is friendly and helps you understand the menu in detail. <br/>The classic chicken doner was served fresh and hot. It was not very spicy nor bland. In case you like it on slightly spicier side, like I do, tell them before. French fries served along were crisp and hot. <br/><br/>A place with value for Money except that the ambience had a flickering bulb which was causing headache while eating the yummy food :) <br/><br/>I plan to place a home delivery order soon. Absolutely bad! The food looked like it was cooked yesterday, it smelled really bad, tasted like it was rotten and the food was cold. This is the worst food I have ever had in my life, the restaurant needs to get inspected or closed. Having been out shopping during the day we ended up skipping lunch and were looking for a quick meal that was not too filling as we had further dinner plans. Really disappointed  with the world trade centre branch. I had ordered from them in the past and had a few issues mainly because of delivering taking ages to arrive despite my office being 15 minutes from their branch in heavy traffic. Decided to give it another go today: the delivery arrived quickly. The fries were still hot but the sandwich was dead cold. There is no way that it would have been prepared when I made the order. I have had to send it back and waiting for a new one. Very Very Very poor service. I gave 1.5 for the hot fires but they are pretty useless without a sandwich to eat them with!!!

There's something really unique about this place.<br/><br/>It was loaded with chicken (roasted and shredded like shawarma usually are) which I believe is a good thing for chicken lovers. But something's peculiar about their wrap. It's got waffle like texture and tastes just amazing. Very different than shawarmas you get elsewhere. Do try if you're into shawarmas!

Horrible customer service- sub par food. A few months ago I dined here with a friend and the next day we both felt sick. After waiting a while I decided to give them another shot- not only did delivery take 90 minutes, but the manager said "sorry, we are busy." If you are busy don't tell me the food will be delivered in 45 minutes and have it show up 30 minutes late. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Doner burger with cheese is an absolute winner, tastes great when served with mix of both meat options. The real magic is in their signature sauces.

I was craving a shawarma sandwich so my friend took me to Doner Kebab.<br/>It's different from the typical Lebanese one as the bread looks like a wafer but it was good...I liked it !<br/>Besides, the staff was helpful.

Massive!!! Beware the size of the wrap is enormous. Bread is soft and filling options are veal chicken or mix served with fried or salad.<br/>Visited there in a group we didn't sit out as it was a hot summer dubai evening so we chose to sit in . Service was quick as it was pretty empty .<br/>The turn off was that the AC didn't work and by the time we were out we broke a sweat.<br/>Definitely recommend the donor kebab but the ambience and ac could be better maintained ..

Beware !!! It's a super size wrap. It is delicious till the last bite. I tried the chicken + cheese. The wrap is stuffed to the core with chicken and all the veggies. I couldn't make out what sauces they used. You will really not care, coz  it just delicious.  <br/>You can only eat one as the size is really big.<br/>The ambiance is nice and pleasant. I found it open at 3.30 a.m which was a surprise for me. <br/>However, AED 32 is kind of expensive for a wrap though its big in size. <br/>It's worth a try.

32 dirhams for a wrap. That's expensive. Good news is you only need 1 to fill you up. They're big. Doesn't really matter if you go for veal or chicken. Both are good. I go for the veal cause its a more expensive protein. A few too many ingredients for me. Next time I think I'll skip the sauerkraut and tomatoes. They put three different colored sauce in.. have no idea what they are but the concoction gives the sandwich a really nice savory flavor. I definitely docked a point or so for the ludicrous pricing though. I think 20 would be fair considering I can get a shawarma at Automatic for 6.

Great place with delicious food and friendly staff, but it is better to dine in or pick up your own food rather then the delivery service... i had a bad experience with the delivery service, the sandwish arrived not warm and scrambled!!

I ordered a kebab from Doner Kebab after a debate with my other half about who makes the best doners. I ordered the durum doner with extra meat. Apparently Doner Kebab uses veal and/or beef rather than lamb. The durum is wrapped in a flour tortilla, which was hard at the bottom. (My other half says it's always that way.) The meat was sliced thin and there wasn't so much of it. And there was too much mayonnaise-y sauce for my tastes. It's not my favourite kebab, though I still enjoyed it. My other half contends it's his favourite so I'm sure I'll eat here again.

Something wrong with the fries it does not taste good.... I guess you would need to look into it which makes the meal more pleasurable. Hope to see you take this review for the betterment....

After doner & Gyros marina, i liked the veg doner prepared by staff of doner kabab marina branch, i dont know what is the difference, but same doner in their other branch did not tasted that good, the staff was pleasantly serving and happy to add/change some sauces, salt etc.. Liked it this time

From the mouth of a vegetarian - what would a vegetarian get to eat in a doner place was what I thought when my husband said he wanted to have the doner here as previously he had loved it when he had gone with a friend. He being a meat lover was craving for it again and because the menu on zomato was not opening I decided well if nothing else I'm sure they will atleast have fries!<br/><br/>Imagine my surprise when I walk in and find a vegetarian doner!!! So I opted for mine without the carrots zucchini and eggplant and filled it with potato tomatoes lettuce onion cabbage and bell pepper. I also asked them to add all the 3 sauces they had to offer which were the spicy, garlic and yoghurt. I first thought no yoghurt but then decided to go with it and it was the best decision ever!<br/><br/>The doner was filled to the brim when it arrived and once I picked up to eat it most of the filling fell out from the bottom. I was a little disappointed at first but once I bit into it omg it was so sighed that I didn't care! I scooped th e filling and had it. The bread is amazing and once of the best I have had for a sandwich like meal in a long time.<br/><br/>The sauces inside were flavourful and the yoghurt made the whole filling much much more better so don't miss out on that. It's not regular yoghurt. It was super filling and I eventually couldn't finish the remainder of the filling even though I hate wasting food. On of the best places for a quick snack. Both satisfying and delicious. The bread they use is good and they put a lot of ingredients for a decent price I must say. (Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, chilly and 3 sauces)!<br/>

While my search for the perfect burger seems to be a never ending struggle, my search for the perfect doner kebab finished the day a friend recommended this guys. Their mix doner kebab never disappoints me. It's full of taste, with the perfect combination of meat, salad and sauces. The meat is always tender and not greasy as most other places. I have never been to one of their outlets, always got delivery. They are usually not bad with timing, although the last few times the meals were not that hot.

Being German I grew up with Doner which is why I can state with certainty that this is one of the better ones I've had. I chose #16 with chicken and fries and was surpised how beautifully prepared it was. In germany we are used to greasy, sauce filled bread and a one to three meat salad ratio. This Doner was differet. The meat and salad ratio was perfect and the fries were salted to perfection. On top of that the service was good! All in all it wasn't that german but very much worth the slightly higher price. I will eat here again!

One of the best doner's in town. The taste, texture filling, sauce is all amazing and up to the point. I hope the quality stays the same. However, i am bothered that the chicken doner finishes very quickly. I think i speak for a lot of people when i say the chicken is tastier than meat. So i would expect them to provide more chicken doner and to probably add humus to their menu. Thanks

I survived a month at the Radisson in Dubai Marina thanks to these guys.Courteous staff,simple,quick and delicious food.A bit pricey but quite satisfying.

Had a great experience today using zomato and ordering Doner Kebab for the first time. They were amazingly quick and the food was awesome. Although they could add a few more sauces to the list other than just the three that they're offering at the moment. Over all good experience and good food!

If you want a quick bite but a satisfying one, go for the doner. A huge sandwich with a lot of ingredients & flavors. Not recommended for the light eaters or people who cant take lots of sauces together.

I know ... Its my third review for doner kebab, but this my neighbour, so they dederve abig like and recommendation, just keep extra sandwiches for late ppl like me....

Changed my previous rating score as the place seem to have figured how to make the phone work. The doners are so far the best in town. One of the few places when you get what you see on the pics. The only drawback they don't accept card.

UPDATE:<br/>I went a couple of times after my review and received better sandwiches again. Was it a glitch? I don't know - but the food is better again and the meat part in the sandwiches are worth it!<br/><br/>Tip: Doner [chicken, beef or both], lahmacun [beef and salad] are a must - but you should not go without a German potato salad... delicious!<br/><br/>-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br/>They say, that you are only as good as your last performance...<br/>After this, Doner Kebab isn't that great. <br/>I have ordered my "Lamacun with meat".<br/>First, they took far longer for my order - they said, that it takes 45 minutes - at the end it was almost twice the time - definitely a major flaw, when it comes to delivery places. It is not even that - if they would have called and informed me, that the order would take longer, it would have been fine - however I needed to call... and then it still took too long!<br/>Second: the delivery guy didn't called me, just popped up - at the wrong place. He further didn't spoke any English. I am usually not that picky, when it comes to people, who at least try to make it right - but he just didn't cut it!<br/>Third: insufficient wrapped fries - hence totally cold. Rather unimpressive lamacun [Turkish pizza] with little meat stuffed inside [even though I paid additional].  I asked to make it spicy, but they just delivered spicy sauce on the side.<br/>I went to this branch a couple of times myself, and it was definitely worth. But this performance wasn't at all adequate!<br/>It is also important to understand, that they are charging a delivery fee... I guess, in this case, it would be far better to pick it up yourself [or better wait for it] - you save the money and the sorrow!<br/><br/>My rating still includes my good experience! Hope, that it was just a fluke or the problem with the delivery - not an indication for a trend!

Great meal yet again last night. I live just across the bridge from you guys in the Marina and the delivery is always there within 10 minutes. Good stuff.

This place is awesome for a quick lunch or dinner. Their Kabobs are great and the service is quick and friendly. A great meal for sure. Make sure you get the sauce!

The best sandwich in Dubai by about 1000 miles. Comparable to some of the best sandwiches ive had in the U.S. Only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5 was the service. There was a waiter that didn't speak english and every time we asked for something he would go and never return with what we asked for.

All round winner. The kebabs are full of flavour, plenty of protein, not greasy at all and a doner kebab you can actually hold with out it falling apart! <br/>I have been here a few times and they are very consistent.

A must visit place for the best Doner sandwiches in town. Very nicely and detailed preparation.<br/>Mouth watering taste.<br/>Quantity and Quality on equal proportion.

Their doner kebab and doner durum both beef and chicken were so gooooood !! I recommend that you try it with the feta cheese so delicious ????

This is probably the closest I've had to a British doner kebab... and as a Yorkshire girl I definately think it comes close. I love the doner kebab sandwich here... I have never been to the restuarant but I frequently get a delivery... ssshhh don't tell my personal trainer lol... you won't be disappointed. The delivery comes very well packaged and hot everytime!<br/><br/>Saying that I just took delivery and the boxed packaging has disappeared. .. we have it in just foil... wonder why?

If this Doner Kebab came packaged it would be labeled STERILIZED, PASTEURIZED AND HOMOGENIZED. The guy in the restaurant boasts that their Doner actually comes all the way from Germany – perhaps that’s why it costs so bloody much! Personally, I like my Doner with a little more artery-clogging grease, slap-you-on-the-butt-stink and claw-at-your-chest-heartburn. This is more DATE NIGHT DONER ;-) where the sauces and condiments pack the punch rather than the Doner so you can kissy kissy without resorting to sucking the life out of a Tic Tac or SMINT in-between every smooch. Excellent for the first-timer – if you don’t like this Doner than you should move on to something else altogether. Come to think of it, this is probably as close to a healthy Doner as you’re ever going to get…so there, in the interests of staying healthy, I’m going back for more…

Getting more and more expensive, potato salad 150g is 22 AED, no thanks. <br/><br/>It's no way German standards food, taste isn't as it as it started. <br/><br/>No more GDK for me.

Tried to order from the JLT branch and waited like 1hrs. At the end Doner came cold and taste not good.

Your delivery service is AWFUL. The worst i have ever experienced in 3 years in Dubai. I live in Time Place Tower in Dubai Marina, 20 seconds away from your new branch here. I have been waiting almost 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple sandwich and durum, called several times and dealt with incompetent employees, and i STILL haven't received my kebab! They cited "large volume of orders" as the reason. Meanwhile i ordered from 800 PIZZA and the pizza arrived in 16 minutes, before the Doner! When the Doner Kebab delivery guy came, he was extremely rude and said "okay you don't want? no problem." I will never order another Kebab from you guys again. And what a shame because as a German, it was nice to have a taste of home here.
