However, the customer service is not as great because of how the employees seem not to smile at the customer's face and do the normal greetings which they are supposed to do, such as "Hi, sir/madam. How may I help you today?" Or "Thank you, sir/ma'am, for visiting us today, have a great day" or when you thank them, they don't even say "You're welcome" and the list goes on and on. It's kind of disappointing because these are the basic etiquettes that companies are supposed to teach to their employees! My food was prepared in less than 7 minutes as and I went out satisfied as the ingredients of their  bestselling Delmonico steak (from meat to vegetables and sauce) beautify blended together and melted in my mouth. I love it when a restaurant lets me choose the size of my sandwich and Pressman gave me three options: paperboy (being the smallest and possibly suitable for a young teenager as the name might suggest), Big and Bigger.  I also love it when the restaurant bakes its own bread because I know it will have its twist in flavour. More importantly they gave me the option to choose the healthier multi-cereal bread for a small premium. I ended  my short  but pleasant visit to Pressman with a free cup of coffee and I chose the Mocca which I enjoyed drinking slowly as I drove back home.

Freshly baked bread, Fresh salad, Fresh hot coffee and one does not need much for their Breakfast, Lunch or Supper. They have some platters to choose from and fruit juices and mojitos too. There are lots of vegetarian options. All the sandwich ingredients are stored fresh in small containers under controlled temperatures and one can order a fresh sandwich pressed on toaster from the menu or can customize their sandwich. Their bread sizes are so cute and would suit all age groups and are packed in an innovative solid small boxes for takeaway. A quite cozy restaurant with an excellent shaded outdoor seating too. The tables in the restaurant are well laidout to accommodate couples and small families. There is parking area available for the restaurant at the upper level of the building. One could park their vehicle in Cluster E parking and take the stair leading to the lake level which lands you right in front of the restaurant. However, if you need wheelchair access, enter the building reception and take a lift to the basement and reach the restaurant which is at the lake level. During the Pandemic, the restaurant follows a good hygiene, sanitization, social distancing protocols on seating too. There is no toilet within the restaurant, one has to reach out to the building reception to find one. Overall a very good place for a quick meal and the prices are a bit on the higher side but completely justifies the quality of the food served. I'm a fan of their sandwiches and visit them very often.
