It was made with fresh lotus icecream. It was the best icecream shake i have ever tried. Definitely one of my fav places to go with little one.<br/>They have no preservatives, emulsifiers or additives in their ice cream as it is made freshly infront if your eyes with liquid nitrogen.<br/>We tried cookie dough & salted catamaran. We loved the flavor & consistency of both! <br/>Absolutely recommend it 💯😍

Yummy ice cream made in front of you in the lab! Many flavours available I personally tried the chocolate flavour and the pistachio and loved both ( pistachio is 100/10🤤) <br/>

I went to visit this place to try their pistachio ice cream and i found out that it’s made in house with less sugar and no additives which made me more attracted, I have tried their caramel milkshake, omg it was soo addictive !! Most try !! The team was soo friendly, the value is great and the taste is soo yummy 😋

Loved the concept of how they make fresh Natural Icecreams. We get that whole lab experience of making of Icecream. We tried the pretzel one and choc. A really good place for ice cream, the ice cream is made fresh in front of you and it consists of all natural ingredients, no added sugar no preservatives etc. Super smooth texture which just melts in leaving a great goodness, its made with liquid nitrogen and comes in amazing different flavours. LOVE IT !!! from time of check in till time of checkout, do try their best seller the Lotus Ice cream and try their mix milkshake. The way the ice cream is made and has no artificials and all is just amazing. I love when i asked about my ice cream choice how they explained everything about it, thus afterwards when your eating your atleast knowing what you experiencing. I prefer ice-cream these days to beat the heat. After burning so many calories shopping, I end up @icecreamlab.<br/><br/>They make fresh ice creams that are the best thing. I was surprised to see they have so cute set up for making "ice creams live" ------ yes they use nitrogen to freeze, while you can enjoy the smoky look of the place. <br/>It's located in the food court.<br/>The staff is very friendly and helpful.<br/>I tried their immunity booster and lotus ice cream.<br/>I was surprised by the unique flavor in the immunity booster. Each bite had a combination of clove, turmeric, mango, ginger, black paper, and cinnamon and they garnish it with ginger.<br/>Lotus was very impressive too. Not too sweet as lotus biscuits are a lot sweeter. <br/>

I tried the lava mud chocolate crunch ice cream from here. It was freshly made and they were really warm and welcoming. The filipino lady prepared a very yummy icecream, it was gooey chocolate and crunchy and had a waffle at the base. I just feel Dh 32/- was a little on the expensive side but their freshly made icecream is too good not to try!

All this mix of flavors with mango ice cream as a base. Served in a waffle cone. If you love to experiment with flavors, this icecream is your type. I loved the experience.<br/><br/>Another new addition to their range is called as THE DRAGON BREATH. This was basically cheese balls infused with Liquid Nitrogen. Ice cream experience made even more exciting at at The Ice Cream Lab! They will make the ice cream just before your eyes! So fresh and yummy!<br/><br/>I love all the flavors I ordered -pistachio, cookies & cream and yogurt ice cream! I do love their ice cream. They're not too sweet and heavy, the texture of the ice cream is smooth. Also, they serve their ice cream with their freshly made waffles/crepes which makes it tastier because it is crispy. The salt lick crunch and the lava mud flavors are one of my favorites.

I love this place so much and can't wait to go back soon .We didn't get a waffle cone with our order , but apart from that , service, and flavour was great !<br/><br/>The little bites of ice (if I'm not wrong ) was such a great added effect.

Ice Ceam Lab use liquid Nitrogen to quick-freeze the ice cream so it doesn't melt as quickly. Also, you can add a huge amount of toppings to make unique flavours. The serving is quite good so it can easily be shared (if you're willing to do so). I like their Cookies & Cream which tastes like the real deal. Highly recommended for ice cream lovers.

Here you can take a look at how Icecream can be made freshly, using liquid nitrogen.<br/> <br/>They have a very unique concept and their décor and colours gives this spot a legitimate laboratory look.  <br/> I tried their cookies and cream icecream which had oreos and it sure was delicious, however quite average in taste and presentation, especially considering the price. <br/><br/>The staff are quite friendly and it's quite exciting to see your ice-cream get ready with all the liquid nitrogen surrounding it, however it's not really a place I'd be coming back to often.

We saw quite a show going on near the icream lab stall and icy vapor and decided to give the place a shot. It is impossible for anyone to miss this place if you are walking though the food court in Dubai Mall, I have been going to this place ever since I moved to Dubai. If you go by the name it says Ice cream lab and this place literally looks like a lab, it looks like an open nitrogen chamber where they make liquid nitrogen ice cream. This particular visit was three of my closest mates and we were like kids eating ice-cream from each other’s cups. <br/><br/>Ratings and Comments:-<br/><br/>1. Lava mud chocolate crunch (4/5) – There’s a reason why it’s called crunch, you can literally feel the crunch in the chocolate syrup.<br/><br/>2. Pistadates (4/5) – That generous amount of pistachio made me think, man is this thing for real and I kept saying it is heavenly, while munching away to glory.<br/><br/>3. Chocolate (4/5) – One can never go wrong with chocolate, very chocolaty with choco chips, what more can a human ask for, more chocolate I guess, lol. :)

Too overhyped for the price. Did not like the taste of the icrecream...found it a bit stale. other brands are better. Conceptually an interesting theme but taste not good.

The ice cream and the wafer are made on site - just for You. The process begins after You place Your order and You can follow all steps while waiting. I have worked with ice cream all my life and have visited hundreds of ice cream cafes but this is definitely number one. The structure achieved this way beats everyone - and so should it also be if made this way.

I enjoy seeing that they make icecream infront of us. Also, they provide samples to people all the time. However, I believe the portion & quality of every branch is different. Deira city center branch is much smaller, however the portion & taste is better to Dubai mall branch.

Lotus ice cream just left speechless. Not your overpriced ice cream store or ice cream parlor but definitely creamy enough that deserves a four star ratings. Try their various flavors and toppings but for me i’d like to keep my ice cream vanilla and simplest toppings.

It’s pretty Normal!! Typical Icrceam taste as any shop. Just added the touch of organic.. best seller was lotus which was ok.. overall a one time visit to experience the taste of making fresh !!

This is the second time we were trying this place out and we were utterly disappointed.<br/><br/>We ordered the vanilla afogato and vanilla croke chocolate. Our order was taken efficiently, the preparation team was going through a meltdown. The shift was changing and so everyone was busy chatting. There was seven people behind the counter just doing everything beside preparing orders. We waited 15mn and asked them again how long is it going to take. One staff ask us our order starts preparing and something went wrong she threw everything in the garbage and left. Their whole staff was then focused on the cotton candy preparation which seemed to be new. One staff made two attempts at rolling the cotton candy and threw it in the garbage while other customers were waiting another staff tried to make it. While all of this was happening we were waiting.<br/><br/>We got our ice cream after 20min and asking them twice. The staff behind the counter has no notice of what the order is so they keep calling you and asking what did you order. It was utter chaos. Staff was just unfocused, starting something and not finishing it.<br/><br/>There was a problem with the chocolate croke sauce. I think it is a concentrate meant to be diluted and mixed with something the taste was so strong and sticky texture. The after taste remained until next day.<br/><br/>I have tried this place a year back and had a good memory of it so we gave it a try again. Unfortunately this time was very disappointing and no apology from the staff as they did not even make eye contact with the customers. Would not go back nor recommend for the lack of quality in ingredients and service.<br/>

A one of a kind ice cream joint. They make their ice cream as per your choice on the spot. Freshly made and soft that it just melts in the mouth. Had their Lava Mud Chocolate Crunch and was simply delicious.

The ice cream lab is a unique concept ice cream parlour where they will make fresh ice cream in front of you through the cold mixing machines. The process in itself was very different and made me take ice creams.<br/><br/>However I was a bit disappointed after we got the ice creams as there was nothing special. We used the entertainer app to get buy one get one free on medium ice cream. We chose a pistachio and creamy cookie. However I think we should have tried the blue velvet and salt licky crunch. But we enjoyed it and definitely try one more time.

This time I tried the Salt lick Crunch , the taste was good ( not too sweet) specially with the pretzels 🥨.The chocolate mud flavour is a also good for chocolate lovers . Best part is the ice cream is freshly prepared in front of you.Staff was quite friendly and suggested the flavours. Price is slightly on the higher side but it’s worth it.

These people here are doing just the right job at the right time and at the right place. The ice cream texture and consistency is good, just that it was a little too sweet or maybe my bad . You could always come in for quick grab at the mall.

Had the salt lick crunch ice cream . Its basically caramel ice cream with small crispy pretzels. What makes this ice cream special is the use of nitrogen to make it .
