When I ordered #chickenkeiv didn’t realize it could be irresistible. Pizza was beyond my expectations 👍 cooked to perfection. They make better #Fishandchips than the branded one. Crunchy fish and tangy sauce. Salads and milkshakes all were great. .
The Stag Dubai is a family oriented #PubinDubai and kids are allowed there. It’s truly a hidden gem in #myDubai. Decor is sooo awesome you can see the photos in my blog and in my story highlights. I tried out this bar on the weekend and I have to say that a bar that is non-smoking and had a very chilled out environment on a weekend which was very surprising. The vibes were good the music wasn't very loud and on top of all the service was pretty quick plus the lighting it was a total package and they offer great deals on zomato and shukran card. Our servers for the night were Racquel and Prabhath.
Food ordered:
1)Scorch eggs - Had a nice outer layer of chicken and semi-cooked eggs filling on the inside I tried this dish for the first time and it was pretty good
2)Garlic/mozzarella flatbread- These are cooked fresh in the over and are a great snacking item with the drinks.
3)Prawn cocktail - Its a type of salad in which the prawns are made from a cocktail sauce with small tomatoes and other healthy items. It was healthy yet delicious to have.
4)Fish and chips - The fish and chips come with 2 large pieces of fried fish and for sides, it had Mashed peas. Honestly, I didn't expect it to taste as good as it tasted and it's definitely a worth it dish to order
5)Chicken kiev - These are breaded chicken fillets that have been cut and are served with mash potatoes and beans on the side to have with. Its a total package and it's good for 2 people.
6)Welsh Rarebit - We had ordered this dish not knowing exactly what it was and basically it's a garlic bread that has the topping of tuna and melted cheese on it. The dish is super creamy and delicious.
For drinks, we had ordered the Whiskey pop, Hoppy English, Afro safari and we really enjoyed the afro safari among all the drinks we had ordered. The bartender Prabhath made really good drinks and made it according to our liking. They also offer many varieties of beer which arent available in UAE and are exported from different countries.
For desserts, we had ordered the raspberry cheesecake and as always its the one item i love the most.
Overall had a great time with my friends and would definitely visit this location again.

One of the best places to be on a Thursday night, after a hectic week of work.. Being a non-smoking pub, the fact adds much more relaxation to the drink you sip, giving out the true sense of it..highly recommended!
great new pub non smoking service was great, staff were amazing and my pizza was so yummy. highly recommended however it would be nice to have a few more options for the pizza.
After long time I visit the new city max, almost 50 day's above, I like their service, especially dhiraj the best friendly barman. Come couples and family.

Kind of a place that deserves 11 out of 10. Fabulous! Awesome! Imagine a non smoke bar, a kid friendly bar, relaxed atmosphere bar, very english spread on the menu, decent quantity, A level quality, the smell the lights the services oh I could go on and on about how good the place STAG is.
Speaking about the food, some good options, very non desi so if you order a curry think of a british customised curry, taste speaks for itself. Zomato Gold an add on. Also they run Happy Hours all days (even on a thursday 😉)
Definitely going back soon. With the kids yay!!

One of the most adorable places to chill after work/ weekends. Loved the fact that it is quite unique - its a non-smoking pub, but u can get out to have a smoke! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here as not only there was good ol' brit food (must-haves is the garlic flatbread, stag style prawn cocktail [non-veg] and the bread and butter pudding) but Prabhat served us with some amazing cocktails & shot, whisky pop, stagarita and caribbean breeze being my favourites!
I love how this place is not too loud, n probably also perfect for date/ beer night! Also, their menu is quite different with a focus on British cuisine. The ploughman's lunch is something you would want to try only if you really want to have something different/ aware of the taste. It consists of 3 types of cheese (one of them is blue cheese - a rarely liked cheese) with bread, salad, pickle, ham. It was something new to me and while I love cheese, there definitely was a lot of cheese for 2! Perfect to have this with wine!
Garlic flatbread/ pizzas are made from their oven fresh and hence quite tasty and obviously a perfect pair with the drinks
The Eton Mess, again a British inspired dessert which looks beautiful and becomes a mess while eating only, perfect for whipped cream lovers, personally I am not a fan of whipped cream! The bread and butter pudding was heavenly - you top it with custard and u taste heaven, seriously - it was soo soft & had the perfectly balanced taste ever!! A must must have, kudos to the chefs for this!
Overall loved the place, hospitality (Prabhat knew just everything!!), food and drinks. Also, interesting enough this place has the lads night where guys get nice discounts! I have so much yet to try out here, definitely going back.
I absolutely loved this place. We went here on a weekday night just to relax after work and oh my god. I fell in love with the ambience the food the music and just about everything here.
For food we had the garlic bread with cheese, scotched eggs, penne Arabiata, Welsh rarebit and chicken tikka masala with rice. I loved it all, it had very mild flavours - suited to all taste buds esp of their Westerner guests.
It is one of the rare non smoking bars which is even family friendly! Yes you can get kids along too. Our host Prabhat knew everything about the place so well- their food, their aim/vision and of course the offers too. He represented the place perfectly and ensured we had a great night. He suggested we try their various different choices of beers everytime we dropped by. I couldn't have changed a thing about that place. Loved the experience thoroughly. It reminded me much of my Georgia trip. It's a cute place, best visited with loved ones.

The Stag is a new concept because it is not a regular bar, it is Non Smoking.
Non Smoking People will enjoy a lot and I enjoyed been in a non smoking place.
For those who wish to smoke, they can do it outside the hotel.When we order the Stag Style Prawn Cocktail, I was thinking that it will come in the regular way of serving the cocktail shrimps but when the dish arrived, it was different. Loved this new way of presentation!. Then we had the Ploughman’s Lunch. A selection of cold cuts, cheese, apple and assorted bread.
Good place to spend time with friends
Most pubs and bars in Al Barshaa are too noisy but The stag is an exception and just the kind of place where I would want to go with my girls or hubby for a good heart to heart conversation over few glasses of cocktails. They have a very comfortable sofa seating and good variety of food and drinks in the menu. The staff was very polite and the service was quick. Special thanks to (Prabhat- the bartender) for taking care of our orders ans making them quick. I would be visiting soon.
Had freshly made bbq chicken pizza best place to hangout with friends & family . Kids are also allowed its a non smoking bar they have kids menu as well . Highly recommend . Keep up the good work guys CHEERS
The ambiance of the bar is so cool , we went for a dinner last night with friends . We ordered flat bread and steak . Great ambiance, Non smoking bar . Nice to chill out with family and friends. I had a great experience with they are signature cocktails called citymule. Highly recommended also they are Fish & chips. So Delicious and outstanding service. Definitely will go back there to taste different style of cocktails.

Bartender Diraj was so professional and he make for us they are signature cocktail called watermelon ginger mojito . Taste so good and good creation . The service was outstanding.Highly recommended.
The Stag is the perfect non smoking venue in Al Barsha. I do smoke but sometimes I love to have my meal in a non smoking venue. The stag is perfect for it. They serve some nice signature cocktails and a good range of craft beers. I will definitely go back to The stag.

The Stag is an amazing pub in Citymax Barsha. The decor is funky and fun. The menu has lots to offers for food and drinks. They accept zomato gold which is amazing. Loved the garlic flatbread. It was so fresh, loaded with garlic and cheese. Not to be missed. The onion rings weren't good though. Too oily, less salt and lacking flavour.
Loved the rose wine they served. Not too chilled. Just to my liking. The staff were very accommodating and always at our service. Great place to visit with families and kids too as it's a non-smoking bar.
Located at the Citymax Al Barsha extension, Stag is a wonderful hangout place. Well done interiors in English theme pubs. The seating is super comfortable with big sofas.
Their flatbreads are must-try. Super-delicious! The service is very hospitable and the staff are always smiling. A slightly calm and quieter version of Huddles. Also, it's a non -smoking pub so perfect for kids and families.

Spoke with the chef, very polite and making sure people are enjoying the food. Try the pie(OMG) and the cinnamon whiskey. The bar tender recommends which I personally appreciate.

Cosy non smoking community bar! Professional and friendly service from Dhiraj, and his colleagues. I had baggers and mash which was delicious! Their happy hour is from 12 noon to 8pm, am definitely going to visit again.

The stag Bar it's really looks awesome. Specially the bar setup looks cool and also a whole Bar decor. We enjoyed our Hoegaarden and a yummy fish n chips.. Lovely Experienced Staff good knowledge of Food n beverage. SPECIALLY Dheerah and Raqual.. We wil be Coming everyday here.
Visited for the first time and had a Gordon’s pink gin. Perfect serve by the bartender Dheeraj. Nice quiet place to have drinks. Had a look at the food menu and seems interesting with a great varieties which you can’t find any of the bars around. Will come back for sure.

Shared scotch eggs to start followed by the steak and Guinness pie. Both excellent! Washed down with a few Heinekens. The staff were very attentive, especially Prabhat. Great decor although the benches at the high tables are too low. Will certainly return in the near future!
Great new pub! The food was delicious, especially the flat bread and crispy onion rings. Had the rib-eye steak with mushroom sauce that was cooked perfectly. There’s a good selection of beers including special craft beers and some nice cocktails. The team are friendly and super helpful..will definitely be back!

Pub called the stag bar , it was amazing community pub in al barsha area , to hang out with your family and friends the stag bar is the right place I will recommended . Non smoking bar, food was so amazing we had a bbq chicken pizza with my friends it was so delicious and the selection craft beer they have is you cannot find any others bar in al barsha . A night out at the Stag is a refreshing change from other pubs in AL Barsha. Smoke free, great food and very friendly staff. I would recommend this pub to anyone. It is well worth the visit. George and Louise Wright.

My second visit here. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Non-smoking restaurant. Ample selection of "craft beer", draft beer and bottled beer. In addition a large selection of spirits.
On my first visit with two friends we ordered two pizzas, Farmer's Delight and a 3 Cheese. Both were lavishly filled and the taste was fantastic. As we were told, the pizza dough is fresh and not frozen. We recommend!
At the second visit we were two. We ordered Heineken draft beer, chilled and fresh.
For this we ordered a sharing board for two people. Our choice fell (on the recommendation of Sajad) on The Stag Platter. It turned out to be a very good choice, portion not too big and not too small, just right for two people.
The server, Sajad was very nice and very professional. The same applies to James. Always nice to see him, funny and always correct.
Unfortunately, I do not know the names of the other employees, but that will change soon.
Keep up the good work, guys!
All in all a nice evening, we will definitely come back. Maybe we will even become regulars.

One of the best community pub in Al barsha which I like the most is non smoking bar, I visited last week and it was really chill out place, if u want to dinning with ur family THE STAG BAR is the right place..The service is excellent., especially James with the team..Food is so delicious and they have amazing Craft Beer. You will find the best Pizza in the town..Can't wait to visit there again.
I had a great experience celebrating my friends birthday at The Stag. Food was amazing specially the steak. Staff were attentive and provided wonderful service. I will definitely go back and recommend anyone to visit and experience the same.
Lovely place. It is one of those places where you can hangout regularly with your friends without digging up your pocket.
The prices are affordable for it's standard. Ambience is also very good.
Service is beyond awesome. I was received by Mr. Girish and Ms. Pema. Both of them were beyond excellent. Made sure everything we ordered was on our table in time.

This bar has a nice ambiance and is not very crowded even during weekends. Drinks and food have affordable pricing. There is an ongoing buy one get one offer on Amstel draught beer.
