طلبي كان بيتزا ماجريتا وكان طعمها عادي جدا سعرها 40 درهم حجم صغير اسعار المنيو غالي جدا عندهم عصائر طازج ب 29 درهم وهذا السعر مبالغ فيه جدا ديكور المكان جيد طاقم العمل جيد كان في المطعم اربع طاولات مشغولون للزبائن يعني غير مزدحم من الناس وهذا يدل على أن المطعم غير مستحب من الكاستمر وهذا الوقت كان في الويك اند في المساء....

المطعم جميل وموقعهم ممتاز والأكل لديهم رائعه ولذيذة أنصح به كثيرا

الاكل رائع .... قائمة الطعام متنوعه ... احببت الستيك مع البطاطس المقرمشه .... السعر مرتفع نوعا ما

الاكل اكثر من رائع وبالأخص رزيتو مأكولات بحريه و ديزاين المطعم رائع يستحق الزيارة

My favorite place for breakfast on weekends, the food is just amazing and always good , unfortunately i always end up leaving angry because of the staff behavior they seem to ignore the customers and their service is very slow.

Oh IHOP, how far you have fallen :( used to be a real treat to go for IHOP - maybe I came in at a bad time, when it was empty and so the waiters kind of didn't want me there... Anyways, food was mediocre and service was worse. Unbelievably, the waiter sat in a little cubby right next to me and played Hindi cartoons on his phone at loud volume for the whole meal! Complete with kiddie laser sounds and whap-boom-bang cartoon music... I guess the manager wasn't in. If the food had been wow, I would have forgiven him :)

The staff needs training, the portions are huge and worth the price if you’re a big eater.<br/><br/>The custard is great <br/>They never have croissants if you want the croissant sandwich <br/><br/>The snack sandwiches are a little pricey but still tasty.

The lunch offer is really good we had the waffles with crispy chicken and the egg and ham sandwich as a combo with salad and drink for 40 aed only. I had the breakfast combo with strawberry passion fruit pancakes and poached eggs with hash browns and bacon ... all very good very fresh ...

Stopped over for a quick bite for lunch today with the family on the way to our hotel and found the place deserted.<br/><br/>We were ushered to a table by a nice lady and handed menus in no time.<br/><br/>Orderd a Volcano Shrimp, Beef Nachos and a Beef Lunch Combo.<br/><br/>Food took forever to come and came in bits and pieces.<br/><br/>First came the Caesar Salad which was nice and refreshing.<br/><br/>Then came the Beef Nachos which were quite bland and sub par. Had to ask for additional Salsa to add flavour.<br/><br/>The Volcano Shrimp showed up next, great presentation and good flavor too.<br/><br/>Finally the sloppy Joe crepe showed up and my son liked it said it was a nice balanced of savory and sweet.<br/><br/>We usually have the pancakes and breakfast items at IHOP and they are always fantastic but they need to work on the other items<br/><br/>Service was very slow as well which needs to be addressed.

We visited their branch in Al Hamra. Ambiance is really nice and clean. Staffs greeted us with a very warm smile. My auntie and niece really enjoyed their food. 💜💜💜

Does not serve local water. WHY?? Very few people in the restaurant. Not very pleasant. Do not recommend unless you have specific interests in the menu.

I visited ihop at Al Hamra Mall which is located at a distance of 5 minutes from the Waldorf of Astoria Rak. Ihop is a nice place to dine at when your out and about. I received good service and the staff was extremely polite. My order was served within few minutes of wait time. Cleanliness within the restaurant was taken good care of. <br/>My order includes the ihop supreme burger which was really nice beef patty with caramelised onions and a spicy ihop sauce. It was delicious. We also ordered for an beef bacon egg and cheese burger this was also made to our liking. With every meal we had the option of choosing the side of our choice. So it had to be fries which were nice golden fried fries with some spice “yummy”<br/>And for the other side I got some onion rings- these were very crispy and crunchy, we all like the crisp but this was a little overdone along with the crumb on the onion rings being really dark brown rather than golden so just this would be my suggestion to improve on. Overall extremely good experience and I love this branch of ihop.

Good location, perfect service, staff very friendly. Food always tasty, happy hours menu until 6pm so You can have lunch or dinner with really small money. You must try Chicken Florentine Crepes!   Positively surprised with coffee.

Pancakes being my favorite I stopped over at this famous restaurant to sample and pacify my hunger for my all time favorite food. Fairly empty the place was and we ordered the soup of the day (as suggested by our server) were we were told it is potato soup and it was warm and delicious considering the weather itself was chilly. However the soup had bacon in it which would have been nice if we were informed about it prior! (We eat bacon so luckily no issues here) <br/><br/>We order the combo with a blueberry pancake. Was not very impressed with the blueberry pancakes. I cook pancakes and this was a huge disappointment. Pancakes were a little over done and the blueberries eventually over cooked. Overall the food was satisfactory with nothing to boast about and staff attentive and warm.

Wow..For breakfast..Thats the right place to be..<br/>There is a lot of option..So you need a bit of help on that..The waiter will assist you..<br/><br/>Nice portions..Great taste.<br/><br/>Would suggest you try the combo options..Great value ..<br/><br/>Would go there again..

Perfect place for breakfast and even for brunch 😍<br/>The main drawback is too less to choose from. But whatever they have is amazing 👍🏻<br/>I wouldn’t suggest if it is for lunch or dinner 🤔

The ambience is pretty good but I prefer the dubai IHOP as far as the food is concerned! Ordered chicken Florentine crepes which were okay, a burger and NY cheesecake pancakes! The cheesecake pancakes tasted like regular pancakes with strawberries on it 😔

If you are going to have breakfast here, best choice is to order pancakes they are so delicious. I ordered halloumi with Spinach omelette, salted Carmel latte, strawberry and banana pancake . For the omelette it didn't taste so good, Coffee was normal and for the pancake it was perfect. As for the service it was very slow.

I was greeted by a lady who was friendly and said she will be assisting us today. Menus came and the choice was like choosing something out of a library. Finally ended up getting eggs with steak, salted caramel drink and pancakes instead of toast. Delivery was fast. The eggs came joined like twins. The steak was cooked to a chewy level, too chewy for my liking and were shiny like a sweaty forehead. The hash browns looked like someone sat on them but tasted rather nice. Pancakes were fluffier than my pillow case but the lack of chocolate sauce let it down. The tea came in a cup like it was picked up from the street. But nevertheless, the drink tasted nice. <br/>Food: 7/10. <br/>Atmosphere: 6/10<br/><br/>Would I come here again?<br/>If money grows on trees yes!

This place right at the entrance of Hamra Mall quite attractive due to the smiling sign it has in its name. As for the portions , I had chicken & mushroom pasta which tasted good however missed the spices. Outlet did not have chili flakes or any other herbs to add to pasta. Prices are little to high for the portion. At least I was not happy with portion served.

very nice seating area with plenty of space.. my favorite egg maker restaurant they have tasty creative dishes made with eggs.. food and sweets portion is very large 1 order for 2 average eating people.. very good place for breakfast in RAK.. sometimes the waitresses are lazy and not paying attention to customers

American breakfast/brunch style restaurant located in Al hamra mall. Tried alt of varieties for brunch. Best was their lunch offer meal for 29 aed, chicken mushroom pasta with a choice of drink, portion enough for one person. Their full fledged dishes are enough for 2 people depending on the appetite. They have different pancake sauces on the side to customize as per your taste. Tried the chocolate and blueberry pank cake! Good interiors and seating area.

Ihop in Al hamra mall have a very decent business lunch offer. I have been there twice and my recommendation is the chicken jambalaya pasta. I have to try the pancakes from this place as well.

This was my first visit to the Ihop in RAK at the Hamra Mall. We were there for dinner.<br/><br/>My first impressions : love the decor, the colors and the restaurant seating area. Very bright and cheery.<br/><br/>Ihop is famous for its all day breakfast like all the old American diners you see in old movies. Although it was dinner time, we wanted some breakfast.<br/><br/>I ordered the sirloin tips and eggs and my wife ordered the omelet with steak. I had a side of toast with mine while my wife went for the pancakes.<br/><br/>My dish came with 2 sunny side up eggs, a hash brown and the sirloin tips which I had ordered well done. The meat was a little tough but the combo with the onions and mushrooms were good. The eggs were fine and I loved the hash browns.<br/><br/>My wife's omelette dish was huge and pretty decent but the eggs weren't as fluffy as I expected. The pancakes were wonderful as always. I especially enjoy them with the blueberry sauce.<br/><br/>Overall we had a good time and would probably go back more often but maybe next time we would probably prefer to have the breakfast at breakfast time.<br/><br/>P.S. My 2nd visit was at around lunch time and this time we ordered the turkey melt sandwich lunch combo which comes with fries and soft drink with free refills and a chicken Caesar salad. I also ordered the never empty coffee pot. My wife went for the breakfast and pancakea combo. Sausages, scrambled eggs, hashbrown and 2 new york cheesecake pancakes. The sandwich was good and the Caesar salad really hit the spot. Sausages were fantastic and the pancakes were super light and fluffy.<br/><br/>Its unfortunate that we have to go all the way to Hamra to enjoy IHOP. Wish they would open a branch at the New Manar Mall extension.

A great place to have some American breakfast. I simply love their plain pancakes. The service was slow a bit.

I WOULD SAY THIS PLACE AS RAS AL KHAIMAHS  GEM. THE MOST WONDERFUL PLACE IN RAK. REALLY A GOOD PLACE. THE PANCAKES, WAFFLES AND ESPECIALLY THEIR BACONS, THEY WERE SIMPLY AMAZING. PLEASE ALL MUST TRY  AND  PLEASE DO OPEN IN NAKHEEL TO!!

Pricey and slow service. I believe the service is slow because the place is huge and they don't really have a lot of staff there. But the food is decent...almost good...I will recommend the bacon and hash browns there. And maybe the French toast with bananas and strawberry.. This is the place I go to when I crave for breakfasts for dinner!😀

Been more than few times and everytime its getting better.. breakfast is absolutely good.. staffs is friendly.. the place is lovely and cozy.. best start your day here.. highly recomended..

The service is amazing. The decor is ...ok. <br/>The seating area was organised very strangely there were one 2 3 big tables with benches and the rest of the tables were very trendy but small and not enough for more then 2 people. Very strange. Loads of empty table but no one wanted to sit there since they were so tiny. Knowing that they serve one person a lot of items the table should be bigger. <br/><br/>Anyway, food was decent, scrambled eggs were horrible no salt no pepper and very tough and overcooked. <br/><br/>Drinks are a waste of calories. Don' t bother. <br/><br/>Our waiter was very knowledgeable and polite. <br/><br/><br/>

I went there for breakfast, my cousins and I ordered egg Benedict and it had turkey with it. Though i don't like eating turkey but it was good actually! Will the food was good but I don't think that i'll have breakfast there again. Wanna try new places!

Unfortunately being an international brand doesnt mean great quality - burger came frozen cheese - sent it back - then got burnt as i ate it because they just piled the entire burger with bread on grill. Good pancakes tho.

- Service: the waiter who assessed us was very friendly and helpful, but the customer service in the resturant in general is very slow considering that they didn't have a lot of customers to serve.<br/><br/>- Food: Buttermilk pancakes with chocolate chip, original french toast, black coffee and garden...

Before everything when I go to any dine place I care much about the customer service, I have been to ihop mall of Emirates and it was good. However the one just opened in RAK they lack of customer service . I hope next time they improve their quality of their customer services

This is my second time at this location. Yet once again I was pleased. Of course ordered my usual meal choice the pick a pancake combo. It offers choice of 2 eggs, hash browns, two pancakes (your choice) and meat. <br/><br/>I chose scrambled eggs, New York cheesecake pancakes and turkey sausage. I also ordered a vanilla iced coffee. <br/><br/>My server Naomi was wonderful very friendly. <br/><br/>Even though there was a slight crowd my food was still hot, fresh and quick. <br/><br/>A little disappointed that I could not sit in the outside area that had no overall effect on my dinning experience.

Best place for delicious breakfast!! Loved the food and ambience. The menu is amazing catering to different taste buds. Will definitely go back to this place for more!!
