Very nice and clean restaurant food is splendid well cooked and tasty though no alcohol is served. The staffs are well trained and cautious and always keen to deliver a tremendous service. Delivery is somehow a heck this is the area they need to improve the more.

They don't commit to the delivery time, and it really test my patience. What is worst, is they made a mistake of delivering it to my old apartment, though Zomato clearly mentions my new address. But I'm lost of my wits to learn, that they just leave the food at the doorstep without calling me, and it's only after a repeated complaints that I receive a call from them and inform me to pick my order at my old apartment because they leave it there and the one who delivers have low battery and can't call me. I could take more than one hour delay from the agreed time but leaving food at the doorstep is another story considering my old apartment is near the garbage chute.

Super delayed delivery. Waited more than an hour to receive the food i ordered. The taste of bulalo is blunt altho the adobo is good. Nothing special.

Worst service ever. They dont respond to phone calls after they realize the order is late. <br/><br/>I ordered daingsilog at their restautant and paid them at the same time. I told them to deliver it to my home (family waits for the food) i ordered at 12.16pm and the delivery came at 2.14pm. I went to deira and came back before the food delivery. This restaurant is really irresponsible and once the payment is made they wont answer the phone. <br/>Really i was super upset with their behaivour. I dont recommend this restaurant at all.

Not bad for first time.. Price is OK you got the portion u paid for. <br/>I can say that the only let down is the delivery time, they committed 30mins thru zomato but arrived 55mins late. <br/>I intentionally ordered dishes that are badly reviewed like the shanghai and the papaitan, then i also ordered sotanghon guisado. And tortang talong with giniling! Im disappointed with papaitan, it doesnt have the bitter taste that you are expecting “as named papaitan” I understand that theres a shortage of apdo here in UAE, but they could use alternative like rind of lemon maybe. But the lack of acidity, spice of ginger and saltiness! Nah ah! the taste is really blunt. <br/>Dont get me wrong, the other three dishes has the authentic filipino flavor! No doubt about that! <br/>I know they could be better. I should say dont commit if u cant deliver. Straight away Off the menu or just say seasonal dish! <br/><br/>Overall: AVERAGE<br/><br/>

Always late... min 1.5hrs to deliver. They said on the way only to find out 2hrs later that the driver was somewhere delivering and was just about to deliver my order! I don’t see the point why they have to lie! Very unprofessional... Will NEVER order here anymore!

We order 12:50 pm and it’S already 1:52 and we still have not receive our food which is they promise to deliver in 20 MINUTES ONLY,we follow up and they said it’s on it’s way already but we still have not received it.its always the same issue We just try it again now coz maybe it will fastest this time but it’s a NO.very disappointed as 3 ladies now starving waiting more than what they have promised.We will never order with you guyz again.

I used to order here for delivery in our office in Academic City. My favorite is their beef steak! Most recently the servings are quite small but expected since cost is low. I have experienced dine in as well. It’s like a typical carinderia/food chain back in the Philippines with lots of variety.

The food delivery was more than one hour late. I decided to cancel and get a refund. The manager called. She was shouting and not listening to any word I said. She said they cannot do anything about it. That my area was too far. She also said that zomato was lying with the delivery time.<br/><br/>Its very disappointing that this business would hire someone like her. She is extremely rude, arrogant, disgusting, immature, uneducated and unprofessional. She needs help.<br/><br/>This restaurant should consider another manager who would run their business very well. <br/><br/>I will not support this restaurant anymore.<br/><br/>

As per zomato app minimum order was 25 aed.<br/>Placed order and after 15 min of accepting order restaurant called me and informed until I add more items they will not deliver! !<br/>😠😠😠😠<br/><br/>How come such behaviour can be tolerated! !<br/><br/>Informed zomato support and they were unable to sort this situation. <br/>Restaurant cancelled the order after agreed delivery time. After trying 220+ restaurant I can confirm that this was my worst experience.

This restaurant is delivering foods in our office.. yung food nila ang konti (it consist of 2 ulam and rice) given that nagdedeliver sila 15dhs is reasonable kaso konti tlga 2 pirasong maliit na pritong talong at madalas yung ulam mas marami pa yung buto kesa laman.. imbes na mabubusog ka, mabibwisit ka! Theres also 1 time na May birthday celebration dito sa office, we placed 2 order of chicken sisig, and it was by far the worst sisig ever!! Sobrang dami ng sibuyas, wala kang halos makakain na laman ng manok.. at nung nag complain kami sila pa galit! Never eat or order here.. not worth your money! Bad, bad service! I dont know why they manage to do that to their customers..

Very disappointed, boodle fight naging aluminium foil fight, wasted of money. Sabi sa menu, grilled squid naging adobong squid, tapos un shrimp super liit at un king fish at inihaw na bangus, maliit na nga malansa pa. It’s not worth to pay 180 aed. They cheated people by picture but actually wasted of money and not delicious. Never ever try again. 😡😡😡😡😡

Food is average and delivery time is worst need to wait more than an hour. I called to follow up my order they said its on the way instead to apologized for the delay they asked to wait longer because of so many deliveries( Unprofessional). I visited 2nd time few months back it seems need renovation it doesnt seem cleaned and proper maintained maybe because majority of sales are for catering and deliveries. If you asked me to dine, no way! There is many filipino food outlet open now around Intl city like Max's, Chowking etc.. take this as constructive critisism if you want to improve and remain in the the business. Because the competition is growing,customer are looking for better food and service its not always about the value its what you can offer..<br/>All in all unhappy and dissatisfied! <br/>PS.. ordered Longsilog(tasteless) <br/>Siopao ( without sauce, maybe they forgot). Worst ordertaker ever... wont even let the caller speak of what she wants.. very poor service. Please train your staff on how to listen and have costumer focus. A very bad experience and won't even bother calling again.

My family and friends went to international city to deliver packages from families of friends back home. We ended up eating to this restaurant. Food was so so, not that impressive. More disgusting, we dined with flies who seemed to be regulars in that resto. We were joking my friends that they may have brought those regular diners with them, as they live in the area. My wife kept fanning while we were eating, as she was so disgusted that flies kept coming back to our table. To make things light, our friends joked us back that flies also like to be in airconditioned places like humans! They are also feeling hot like us!

i like their karinderya concept, often dine to remain grounded, renew my local taste, staff were fine, u respect them they will respect u back, their food is not cheap tho, same with goldenfork, if they are next to each other, its gonna be goldenfork, quality of food is better, bigger portion with complimentary bread nd soup, both menu same price

Typical "karinderya" style that serves fast and affordable Filipino food. Nothing extraordinary with their dishes, the kare kare, bicol express, bopis and beefsteak were all mediocre in taste. Serving were small compared to other Filipino restaurants in the area. The servers were super accommodating though.

Kung hindi panis sunog ang idedeliver! Next time na magbigay pa ng panis irereklamo ko na talaga kyu! Hindi nmn libre... nagbbayad nmn. Lahat ng delivery kulang kulang. You need to call them again and again para lang mag follow up ng kulang n orders.

the food was nice and affordable.. love the palabok.. but was so disappointed with the crew.. I think they should learn the good behavior on how treating your customer.. my friend asked for the password of the wifi but instead of telling us to take the password in the cashier she just answered "I DONT KNOW!" or HINDI KO PO ALAM!! in a rude way.. I love the Tapsilog, Sisig, Charcoaled Chicken and a lot more of 'em. All of them. The food is very delicious and oh so yummy! Polite and friendly crew and great service. It feels like home whenever I eat there. Truly it is the home of Filipino authentic cuisine. The best Filipino restaurant in the UAE. :)

Delivery time takes 20-30 mins which is normal.<br/>There was one time when I ordered, it was a bit delayed and I received a call from them to apologise explaining the reason for such delay; which is professional. Their staffs are respectful. <br/>So far, the food I have tried ordering from them are better than what other filipino restaurants in UAE are serving. Prices are reasonable too. From past 1 year, I don't have complaints against their food and services. But there's always room for improvement

Actually we ordered some of their food and when we tried it, it was really disappointing as the food they delivered is like their stocks and just like its been for more than 3 days... I don't recommend this restaurant and i will never try their menu ever again...
