Now this was a surprise dinner experience at Hilton Resort. We booked a table for diner as that's when they serve the Brazilian Churrasco.
They have two options:
Full Churrasco (AED 290 per person) - You will get 10 meat cuts: 3 chicken, 1 lamb, and 6 beef.
Mini Churrasco (AED 235 per person) - You will get 6 meat cuts: 3 chicken, 1 lamb, and 2 beef.
All Churrasco are served with traditional Brazilian side dishes including garlic bread, salad, ride, mashed potatoes, black beans, fries, Churrasco sauces (Chimichurri, red chimichurri, tomato vinaigrette).
You will initially get a green/red cube - Green is for "bring me the meat" and Red is "Stop, I need a break"!
Everything is cooked in the live grill station outside the hotel, and they will pass around Roasted Pineapple between the cuts, to help you digest.
I loved the experience, and have to say it's cheaper that what you can get in Dubai, with a better view, as the sea is right there in front of you!
Highly recommended experience in the hotel. Don't miss it!
Great food with an amazing service team and live Spanish band. The chargrilled prawns were massive and cheese buns were delicious, loved it!
Just having quick snacks and drinks there, nice place for quick lunch after swimming or enjoying your time there, nearby the beach, good location, friendly staff.
Churrasco is one of the best experiences to have with a loved one. All those fascinating flavors of grilled meat cuts served right at your table beats the price. I got to try out 6 different cuts of angus beef and several different poultry options as well including delicious grilled wings. What can be more pampering than having meats carved and served right in front of you with a band playing great tunes in foreground.

The restro is right at the end of the property adjacent to sea, with a nice view..cool breeze. It does not have much on menu for vegetarian. They finally made a green peas soup for me, but the taste was not to gud, it was more like thick peas grinded rather than a soup. But finally main course dish made my night, it was so tasty yummy, but in main course also they have only one veg dish. Overall staff is good and they take care of u well. The live music was awesome 🔈🔉🔊🎵🎼🎤
Well... If your comparison is Frevo in Fairmont Dubai... Then it's easy to beat. Frevo was a really BAD experience. Service was slow, cuts were tasteless, and salad bar lacking! As for this place... Went in with LOW expectations. salad bar was tiny... But if ure having churascaria for the salad bar... Then ure missing out on the real good cuts! The meats were great! And I'm comparing to cuts I had in Argentina and the U.S. The flavors were right on. Sure we got some undercooked cuts... But if ure a true meat lover... That was basically tender meat that melted in ur mouth. service was good. Sides were just OK... But the meat... Lamb and beef.. Just perfect. And now that I think of it... We didn't get any chicken. Not dreading it though... Coz walked away with a smile! Very happy to have tried this place. Might even make it out to RAK just for dinner at this place.

This was my favorite place at Hilton- RAK from all other restaurants offered at the property.
The manager was a lady and she was super friendly and very helpful in making the reservations for the evening
The food was also super delicious and they offer the meat churrascaria experience on Fri and Saturday evenings. But we decided to go for the Ala carte menu and it was just fabulous!

Thank you for lovely time with you. Actually we wanted to try churrasco, but it was not provided week days due to COVID-19 situation.
Taco was so nice, I love it! Also tender beef was awesome..
Taste, friendly staffs, atmosphere...everything was fantastic!

Amazing Brazilian food... the BBQ is as good as it gets .. they have a all you can eat churrasco grill for 289 dhs per head .. Go for it if your really hungry and fancy meat.. amoung all the restaurants at the property this one's one of my favourite.. over looking the beach with cozy backyard set up..
