السلطه ممتازة كالعاده و الآن هي ليست كما سبق في طريقة التقديم حيث يتم تقديم كل نوع سلطه بشكل منفصل و يتم طلبها مع الاوردر ، البيتزا جميله ولكن لم يعجبني تقديم البيتزا في اطباق ورق

تراجعت جودة منتجات الشركة الأمريكية للأغذية بصورة كبيرة قياسا على مستواها طوال السنوات الماضية. لدرجة ان بعض العملاء وانا واحد منهم توقفت عن تناول اي وجبات من دجاج كنتاكي منذ سنوات والآن يبدو أني سأتوقف عن تناول منتجات بيتزا هت أيضا.

جيد جدا في بعض الأحيان لا يكون مرضي هل بسبب تغيير الطباخين ام هناك أسباب أخرى🤔

وايد يتاخرون والناس اللي اتيي عندهم يتريون وايد واغلبيتهم يروحون ويكنسلون طلبيتهم انا رحت ويا ربيعتي حزة الظهر وكانت موجوده وحده بس من الستاف استغربت هي بتاخذ الطلبات والا بتحاسب والا بتقدم الطلبيه وبصراحه حسيتها وايد مضطربه اتقول عشر دقايق وبييب الطلبيه وطبعا الموضوع خذ عندها اكثر من خمس واربعين دقيقه ..ويومها على حظنا كان عندنا تكريم فدبي الحمدلله اتاخرنا عشرين دقيقه وبس 😢..المهم اخر مره اطلب من عندهم✌✌

المكان ضيق وأحيانا لا تتوفر طاولات وبالنسبه للطعام اذا كان عدد زوار المطعم قليل فإن مذاق الطعم لذيذ وإذا زاد عدد الزوار قل جودة الطعم لديهم

الاكل ممتاز لكن الطلب عن طريق النت افضل وارخص توجد عروض

غير مريح.، رائحة المطبخ منتشرة بالمكان

Ordered : (2)Meal for 1 . Veg ultimate cheese and Mexican non veg pizza in thin and crispy crust . Garlic bread and soft drink . Veg Baked pasta.<br/>Taste : Craving of having pizza was satisfied with ultimate cheese veg 🍕. Heavenly taste of extra cheese balls . Cheese Garlic bread was tasty too . However baked pasta wasn't that delicious and not value for money .<br/>Ambience and service : Expect family crowd for in dine service (annoying kids) we were served by Sugar . Sugar had charming and pleasing attitude . Thanks for the good service .

The worst delivery ever.<br/>Ordered 1 small pizza. Just wanted to have 1 small pizza. Was waiting 2hours. Had to call twice to zomato to follow up and called delivery guy as well. He told me to wait 2 min and became 15min. I called again but he didnt answer. Called again after 5min and he told me to wait 1 more min.<br/>I was totally done and refused to have a pizza after waiting 2 hours because this service was disgusting and lost my appetite.<br/>Will never want to order from here. It ruined my whole mood of vacation night.

'Pizza is good, but service is not that great'<br/><br/>We visited Pizza Hut in Al Dhait, Ras al Khaimah one weekend afternoon. There is ample seating at the restaurant.<br/><br/>1. We ordered for a large pizza with four different toppings, as that was the current offer. It was delicious - the toppings were fresh and yummy.<br/><br/>2. We are so conflicted with writing this review and that’s because on delivery they are TERRIBLE but in store the food is beautiful. It’s served quickly, hot and fresh. I wouldn’t order for delivery because of the amount of times our order has been wrong, cold and late.

I had pizzas here on multiple occasions but today I was rushing to work and ordered garlic bread as it takes least time to prepare it. Loved every bit of the garlic bread and it was delicious.

So the new 1 meter pizza from pizza hut aka the limo pizza is the talk of the town. So we decided to give it a try and as always pizza hut did not disappoint us. We chose our Al time favorite 3 flavors ; spicy ranch, grilled chicken and fajita. It was yummm...

We have visited this place multiple times in the past and nearly 80% of the times have been disappointed by their service.<br/><br/>Our order is mostly the same, meal for two - one veggie pizza and one super supreme with stuffed crust.<br/><br/>Many times it has happened that our pizza was served either undercooked or burnt with the cheese in the stuffed crust occasionally missing.<br/><br/>The staff really doesn't like it when you fill your plate with salad and end up making mistakes while repeating the order or bringing the bill.<br/><br/>Their service can be made better if the staff becomes a little more vigilant, alert and respectful towards every customer.<br/><br/>There are two Nepali waitresses who are doing a fantastic job at the restaurant.<br/><br/>Price - 4/5<br/>Presentation 3/5<br/>Taste - 2/5<br/>Service - 2/5<br/>Value for money - 3/5<br/>Ambience - 3/5<br/>OVERALL - 2.8/5

I love this pizza Hut branch. Their staff are customer friendly and co-operative. Good maintenance of the food quality too. Yesterday tried 3 different toppings. The BBQ, Seafood and Chicken Shawerma toppings. Except the 3rd one other 2 were so delicious. I love the ambience. Very comfortable seating arrangements for family gatherings too.

Terrible costumer service, order a pizza last week and me and my friends had to wait for 3 HOURS, when we called they said the delivery had forgotten our order and nobody said anything about it! Today for the second time me and my friends are still waiting for out pizza which is 1 hour delayed. We always order from pizza hut, but after this two episodes in 1 week, we are never ordering from there again.

Ordered for all in one meal. It consisted of one medium pizza, garlic bread and potato wedges. We prefered shawarma pizza. Pizza was good. Service was slow.

Classic Pizza, both ordered and visited. For al Hamra minimum order is/was AED 75 but this is not mentioned anywhere because of this you won’t be able to enjoy promotions...

Went there for lunch and the ordered a meal for 2, which was medium Chicken Shawarma Pizza with Cheese crust, Potato Wedges, Garlic bread, and 2 Drinks. The staff was friendly, the ambience was good, however the pizza was not up to expectations as it had tasted nothing like the usual chicken shawarma pizza, this was somewhat disappointing. The garlic bread was nice and tasty.

We called for delivery, 45 minutes the pizza never showed. We called and the first guy said it would be 25 minutes for the pizza to arrive and then we spoke to the manager told us an additional 35 minutes. They wouldn’t give us a discount or give us breadsticks for free, they only offered free delivery. We canceled the order. We are ALL running the half marathon tomorrow and now have to order from somewhere else at 9pm. Terrible service.

Generally don't do reviews but I had to do it because food was that bad.<br/>Didn't have much of a choice in RAK at this time and hence ordered the meal for 3 - 3 pizzas, garlic bread, wedges, salad, chocolate cookie.<br/>Pizza - atrocious. Pizzas can't get worse than this - bad and stale ingredients, horrible base - looked like they had bought ready made doughs. <br/>Salad - this was a joke - stale lettuce leaves, tomatoes and cucumber mixed in a jar full of mayonnaise. Had to throw it away. <br/>Wedges - had a smell to it, not sure what kind of fat they fry the wedges in (tasted like used oil). <br/>Chocolate chip cookie - saviour of the lot, was eatable but nothing to rave about.<br/><br/>Final verdict - never will I venture into a pizza hut again. Can't imagine how an international pizza chain can be this bad.

Ordered the usual chicken shawarma and bbq chicken. The service is really slow, but staffs are friendly. <br/><br/>pros: ambience, friendly staff, quality, quantity, value for money.<br/>cons: slow service, low range of variety.

Totally love their Alfredo pasta and shawerma pizza 😍<br/>Their Pesto pizza is one of the best and a must try. Even the cookie pizza is wow💖<br/>They just need to improve a little in their services. They’re really good, but a bit slow.

My Oder no: 26203883<br/><br/>I placed an order through online site and payment was done online as well. While taking the order it was clearly stated that my area is eligible for home delivery. But after the order placed the restaurent called me and said that they cant deliver in my area in a rude manner. And when i asked for they refund the guy said “contact the customer care. When i contacted them they are saying that they can only deliver 500m away from my place. This is quite unacceptable and unprofessional. The most surprising part is, i have to wait another 30 days to get a refund.<br/><br/>PizzaHut team this is not nice to treat a customer like this.<br/><br/>In my life i will not order from any of the pizzahut<br/><br/>Thanks for the remarkable and overwhelming service

The staff was very rude. The service was very bad. We had to return our pizza cuz they gave us totally different food. Fries were cold, we had to tell them about it and then they just reheated the fries. The pizza was cold and dry. Not good at all. I usually avoid bad reviews but this time I wasn't happy at all by their service.

The Place is Much Crowded, as this is the Only Pizza Hut in RAK.<br/>Because of over crowded, be ready to Wait for a couple of minutes till you find an empty table.<br/>Have it home delivered or do a reservation before going there.I have come back without dining many times cause of No place & too much waiting time.

Pizza Hut is the place to be for a quick lunch..I really like the salad bar which they offer..<br/>Chicken wings are my favorite..<br/>Quick, friendly and efficient service...

Their pizzas are really nice. The atmosphere is very good. The seating is comfortable. The only problem is with the parking. And it also takes a long time to get the pizza but its worth waiting for.

I prefer pizza hut on other pizza places in RAK because of their additions (like stuffed crust), their family meals, and their prices<br/>Although they could improve a little bit by reducing the oil in their crust<br/><br/>05/09/2017<br/>Started facing a lot of issues every time I order on Tuesday!<br/>It seems that they are not ready for these kinds of offers!<br/>Today, I ordered by phone 2 medium pizzas 🍕, they told me you can collect them after 20 minutes.<br/>I went to the branch (RAK) after 30 minutes and they were not ready, I waited for another exact 30 minutes and still not ready!!<br/>After many "5 minutes sir" and "2 minutes sir", I finally asked them to cancel the order and left.<br/>What really upset me is that when I asked them to cancel the staff actually felt happy and literally said "ok .. thank you"!!!<br/>I called the call center to complaint and cancel the order since I ordered by phone, same exact reaction!!!! You want to cancel? Best tasty pizzas. Clean restaurant and nice ambience. Friendly staff. Once I celebrated my birthday from here and it was nice. They played the birthday song while all the staff clapped and danced to it.

I ordered delivery and they made me wait for 2 hours and i been calling them in between. First they made me talk to a driver and he told me that he was in another place and they gave me the wrong driver number. So i called the call center and gave me another driver and he told me he will deliver to a house come he said he will take 15 min. After 20 min i called him he told me hes on the way. I waited another 10 min and he doesnt answer and switched of his phone. I called the call center again they told me they will contact the driver. After a while the first driver called me and told me that hes on his way.

Pizzas were really good. . But when I received the bill it seemed too high and there was no details in the bill for what I had except pizza name. When I enquired about detail bill, staff started to explain which seems ridicules coz three different people had different prices while explaining which made me mad. Finally when manager bought me full breakup on it I saw the cost included for what I never had. <br/><br/>Don't know whether similar happened to other people. But lady staff behavior was really really bad despite the mistake from their side. Customer have all the right to have details. . Pizza Hut management Need to take some initiative to avoid these kind of scenario.

A visit to this outlet is like visiting an ancient monument of RAK - for it has been there so long that its part of RAK. You will hear a lot of directions being centered on taking a right or left from Pizza Hut. Go in for that taste of eternity - that is served with the same vim, whether you are in RAK or DXB, enjoy the ample seating. No better American styled pizza within 3 km of this place.

Everybody knows pizza Hut . ...good pizzas , salads..garlic breads and good service is what you can expect here ..the interiors are good and cozy

I find the pizza was not backed well and it was not cooked well. Please make sure to check before serve. I made complaint regarding this but staff was not believe it and saying no no it is hand made and blaaa blaaa blaaa like I am eating pizza 1st time 😌

The food taste same as other Pizza Hut because it's a franchise. <br/>However the space and service is not appreciable. The place is damn congested on weekends and the staff can't figure out whom to serve initially. Sometimes they allocate a group of 2-3 people in a place meant for 6 people. Need better space and sitting arrangements.

The renovated Pizza Hut looks wonderful . However , the service has worsened .  Our service was made late selectively . People who had come even late than us were served . Our server didn't even bother to take our order for the first 20 minutes . We, then went to the counter to place the order , we were asked to be seated . However , there was no sign of any staff for the next 10 minutes . We ended  up leaving Pizza Hut, HUNGRY . The worst part was that there were only other 3 tables that were occupied and all of them were treated well . Terrible experience Pizza Hut !!

The all new renovated Pizza Hut is ready but it's really dark inside and not great finishing done ...<br/><br/>Now coming to the food ! The serving quality is gone real bad!! Plates were served 20 mins after the order was placed. Drinks came almost half way and the glasses were bit sticky. Wouldn't name the server as the manager was there and he should have been active !!

Barbecue flavor pizza was only because of the not-so-good bbq sauce, the actual chicken wasn't bbq. The salad bar lacked salad variety as it hadn't been refilled.

We all foodies need to understand the concept of value chain restaurants which are highly standardized vs specialized restaurants which are moderate to high on customization. Pizza hut, Mcdonalds etc belongs to first category so if you don't like taste of one pizza hut there is no point in trying another. <br/><br/>Here points of differentiation are service, staff, turn around time etc.<br/><br/>For this place it was good and I appreciate the staff for that, we were a group of 20 with kids but all fell in place.

Wanting to<br/>have mouth full of Cheese then Pizza hut is the place to get too. Food taste is<br/>average and nothing very special about it also i personally do not like the<br/>Garlic bread much nowadays of Pizza Hut. But the BBQ chicken in Stuffed Crust<br/>is my favorite item from here. They have good offers but I guess by Taste wise<br/>they do not match up to their neighboring Competitors.

Nobody is picking up the phone at night I was calling 2 time no one is picking up the call pls people want to eat pizza at night pls pick up the call

Never expect home delivery! Ordered Pizza for the whole family. One hour later they called to inform us that they wouldn't deliver. Worst Service!

The food is normal not that good but the waiting time it just missing with they play as team wasting your time and the employers the dont know has any knowledge how deal with people and the place so crowd and noisy and no quesystem for waiting It just not worth <br/><br/>Just wait in ur car call for delivery

After reading the reviews i get that im not thw only one that hates this pizza hut but everyone does. I ordered once for take away and i was standing infront of the store honking for them to come. We were litterally infront of the door and one of the employees was standing there and pretending not to see us?! And i called 3 times and they said that theyll come but nothing. Wth?! One of the worst experiences i have ever had in a restaurant.

Guys after my experience my advise is never order with them. Pizza Hut has the worst customer service in the delivery. It's better to look out for other options than a Pizza Hut.. First of all they delivery late after that manger talk to us like a he does even care.. Manager is abusive.. Till I am in rak I will never order here.. Thank you very much for a wonderful service..

Excellent food quality with awesome and fast service. ..nice staff...cleaning is good too...nice place to enjoy pizza and pasta too...best pizza in rak city specially....recommended to visit....drice through available too.

Excellent food quality and portion. Tempting aroma. Calm atmosphere. Great ambience for an enjoyable dining. Nice and comfortable seating area. Good service. Welcoming staff, though not very active and attentive. <br/><br/>This branch is on the top of my Pizza Hut branches list, rather the only place where I can satisfactorily dine-in with family. Other branches fail to impress me enough.
