Cascada is shadowed in a complex of four restaurant cum Shisha joints in Ajman corniche area. I was particularly interested in the Japanese and Italian menu and decided to try it.
They have a very well light and beautiful interior together with a covered outdoor seating option that shares the space with the neighbouring restaurants here.
I ordered the Caviar & the Crabstick Sushi. It was not to the taste of what you would expect from a quality Sushi. The crabstick was oversaturated with dressing and was not as fresh as it should be. The Salmon Pasta was better and could be value for what you pay, but again the food was just above average with no special mentions.
The overall experience of what the place provides would be the strength of the place. The following would be my ratings from the experience i got.

Worthy Mentions - Mix International Menu. The mini waterfall on the outdoor area. Children Friendly.
This has a very Tasty food, have choices from different cuisines, very good ambiance, good services and friendly staff, great for shisha lovers.
Ambience : amazing and staff were really friendly and attentive .
The server was really patient with me and explained to me all the plates I asked about 😃👍
They have smoking and non smoking seating ( indoor and outdoor)
Indoor was having techno/trance music playing and outside soccer matches .
Free Wifi is available but you need to ask the waiter for it .

Sea food pasta : I think the pasta is freshly made and the sea food as well because the taste was strong and so yummy !😄

The customer service is amazing, our waiter was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the seafood platter, salmon sashimi, avocado salad and nuggets with fries for my son. The food was really good and tasty with good portions and reasonably priced as well.
The decor was pleasantly chic and comfortable. They have a kids bouncy castle outside, we didn't get to use it but I love the fact they thought about entertaining children as well. The atmosphere can be romantic for couples or very chilled and relaxed for friends and family.
Although there were a few people smoking shisha inside we were not bothered at all by the smoke. We didn't even notice until we were leaving. The ventilation was really good. This was a huge plus for me, I hate eating and inhaling 2nd hand smoke not to mention my son's health.
Overall I highly recommend this restaurant!!! Our new fav spot in Ajman....
A beautifully designed interior with good service.
The floating island dessert was the highlight of the night. A delightful play on flavours of creme englaise and meringue, with fresh fruit sprayed in gold and delicate spun sugar.
Chicken Kiev was moist and tasted delicious. The veal steak was tender and cooked to perfection.
The salmon in the salmon pasta was good but overall the pasta had a fishy taste which could have been from an oil which was a let down.
The create your own pasta was not that wonderful either.
The menu is varied and there is a mocktail menu as well as a sushi menu.
Good place to try if you are in Ajman.
Pleasant and chic environment. Liked the fireplace display on screen and the color combination of the interiors.
Had a Floating Island French dessert, an opera cake and a mushroom soup. As from the pic's I've taken, one can guess how appetising the food is and it really was. The beautiful display of food on the online menu attracted me to this restaurant in the first place. Loved the meringue in the French dessert. There was some detailed work like little gold spraying on the raspberry which was impressive. After a few scoops, it can get a bit too sweet but with the pieces of fruits on the side, one can enjoy renewed taste. Mushroom soup was simple and delicious. Liked the opera cake too.
Staff were gentle and welcoming.
Be sure to visit this place when cruising along Ajman corniche! I plan on doing the same next time.
Perfect ambiance especially for romantic dinner dates. Great food at reasonable prices and prepared in such way that you were like dinning in a 5 star hotel. Shisha is available as well, perfectly done and absolutely affordable! I wanted to compliment the service we received from them, staff were approachable and very accommodating. One of the best restaurant in Ajman I've been. :)

Были с друзьями несколько раз - красивый интерьер, приятная атмосфера, приветливые официанты.
Очень хорошее и разнообразное меню, оливье, красный борщ, суши, морепродукты, мясо гриль, арабские блюда, итальянская кухня, Мексика и многое другое.
Все что мы заказывали, было выше всяких похвал.
Отдельно хочется упомянуть десерты, это вообще что-то потрясающе.
В общем очень рекомендую.

In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Ajman. Food was delicious and desserts were from heaven. Food presentation is as in 5 start fine dining restaurants, the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is nice. All of that and my three courses meal didn't exceed a hundred dirhams.I will definitely be a regular customer.

Been here a few times and I'm shore I will be going back again.
Beautiful food and a very carm and romantic atmosphere during the day, if your looking for somewhere quite to take a loved one or somewhere where you'd like to have a conversation in private this is the place to go in ajman. So far I've not seen or eaten anything bad there & a bonuce point the sheesha is good to, I had a grape an mint one.
Overall both thumbs up from me x
