the staff was so sweet...The saffron milk cake was fantastic and the spanish was best and the cappuccino was so yumm. Nd the cafe is well decorated and nice.. 7/10 my ratings

Roots Cafe, Al Ajman is a hidden gem when it comes to cafes . Recently had chance to visit this cafe and oh boy it did not disappoint at all . We ordered two different sandwiches , a chicken turkey toastie and a halloumi sandwich , both were equally good in terms of taste and freshness , while in drinks I ordered Salted Caramel Latte and Forever Winters Latte . Lastly I ordered one Zaatar Croissant , and it was so fresh , right kind of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside . Overall experience was good .
Absolutely love their cold coffees, they have the perfect consistency of sweetness and coffee. I tried their Spanish latte and chaipop latte which hai açaí seeds in it .

Great café little café in Ajman, with good parking space around and decent seating within. Not sure if you can sit and work here as its restricted on space, but definitely a brilliant place to pick up some specialty coffee when in the Area.
The location is a bit of the main area, you will have to look for the place, but it’s worth the drive. Came across this place couple of weeks ago and have visited it regularly since then. Have not tried the cold drinks, have stuck to the usual hot drinks and they are great. The barista’s are great as well.
The staff are the absolute best, very friendly and helpful. Ive never not been greeted with a smile. Beautiful cafe even though its small!

- Roots Latte: Spanish latte is their signature drink so decided to order this. On the sweeter side, it was amazing as I love spanish latte.
- ChiaPop Latte: Almost the same, less on the sugar with an addition of chia seeds. It gives you a little crunch to it.
Desserts
- Japanese Cheesecake with Pistachio Sauce: Delicious two mini cakes topped with pistachio sauce and pistachio bits!
- Saffron Milkcake: This was amazing! One of the best I have ever had! It is a must try.
Great service by the staff and barista, highly recommended.

A new speciality coffee shop in Ajman.
I tried out their Chia Pop Latte & their Roots Latte. Both are pretty amazing. Though I really enjoy their Chia pop latte cause of how distinctive it is. Their roots latte is pretty nice too but is pretty much a Spanish Latte.
They've got a pretty cool and relaxed seating area to enjoy your coffee.
