Very good meal here on our first night in Ajman. Great prawn toast and chicken lollipops to start! Then had the roast duck - served with pancakes, hoisin sauce and chopped veg. Also some noodles. Very fresh tasting & not greasy.

Food was tasty and arrived on time, but the quantity was too little for such prices. We ordered sizzling beef which was the best, and prawns with sweet garlic sauce.
Best Chinese I've had in Ajman. How to tell you. The food is just so Clean and Delicious. You can see they use just fresh ingredients each time. They never use too much oil in anything unless it's deep fried. Which I never get because their sautéess are just amazing. Try the garlic broccoli, the peanut spinach or the beef broccoli.
The Chinese food in this restaurant is truly authentic. The service is top-notch and the price is reasonable. We have found ourselves returning to this place again and again, and have recommended this to many people as well.
To try perfect chinese dishes, this is the place in ajman. Reasonable price for huge quantities. Better to go in group of min 4 to justify the price and quantity. I usually eat with my chinese colleagues here, i loved everything i tried here. you should also try the real hot pot.
We ordered corn soup and shrimp fried rice as first time.
Soup is as good as it can get.
Shrimps are very well cooked, not raw not over done.

Was looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant in Ajman and good that I found this in Zomato! The delivery was on time, the food was great and in generous portions. I ordered shrimp fried noodles and the shrimps tastes fresh and juicy! My husband loved his chicken fried noodles as well! The spring rolls tastes great also! Satisfied customer here! I also hope that they think about having an authentic Chinese takeout box for delivery to complete that genuine Chinese food experience. Will try to visit the actual restaurant with my friends soon!
Had been wanting to visit this place (on the Ajman corniche) since long. Decor was very welcoming and so was their staff. The place is neat & clean.
The Air conditioner wasn't cooling well enough, making the place quite warm.
The menu had extensive choices with many authentic dishes from the Chinese cuisine. On our maiden visit, we settled for Hot & Sour Chicken Soup, which was tasty but loaded with small bits of Tofu (not to my liking).
Chilly Chicken (dry) & Chicken Manchurian (gravy) were extremely tasty with soft chicken, reasonably spiced & moderately pungent in flavour.
Soft Noodles and Mixed Fried Rice were amazing.
Portion sizes were huge, justifying prices on the menu.
Jasmine tea was full of flavour.
Overall a good place to treat friends & family.

The food is really good, I was satisfied with how the fried rice and the Manchurian tasted. The service is professional and neat. The location of the restaurant is also good easy to find.
Visited for the first time and I am not disappointed at all. I was having buy one get one free voucher on mains. Ordered chicken wontons, vegetable spring rolls (most amazing ones that I have tried in quite some time), chicken fried rice and manchouri veg balls (oh boy! The veg balls were simply yum). The price point is fair and the serving is decent. Place is cozy and clean. I’d definitely recommend this place to all the foodies who have a taste for Chinese cuisine.

Been here quite a few times since I have vouchers of 50% off on the entire meal. Very good service. Those who are a fan of authentic Chinese food, this is one of the places you should try. The Hakkah noodles are one of the best in town. Both the chopsueys (American and Chinese) were very good. The duck roast was very well cooked (though I'm not a fan of duck) the vegetable stir fry and the beef curry are my favorites amongst others. Though the lemon chicken wasn't very good, was very bitter and undercooked.
They have Chinese iced tea that tastes very unique. And definitely one of my favorites out there is the wanton soup. The lollipop and fried wantons are good too. Would definitely go back again! Location is good too, except for those who have a car, parking might be an issue.

As I am based in Ajman I am always on look out for good restaurants rather than driving all the way to Dxb. Now this little place in Ajman corniche literally impressed us with their food.this is one good Chinese place people. They do have quite a lot in their menu. Tried beef sizzler, chicken machurian chicken fried rice and fried noodles and also the hot sour soup. servings are in good proportion so can be shared. A neat and clean place. Do check out it.

I'm elated with the fact that I can enjoy a good hot pot whenever in want, in Ajman! My obsession with hotpot got me to this place. I was impressed with my first visit so I went for a second.
The first time, my sisters and I had a mostly 'seafood' based hotpot. All was good; particularly loved the texture of the potato noodles. Second time, we had prawn balls, fried rice, beef and prawn sizzler and rice noodles with beef. The items were good but I felt all were a little oily; expect for the rice noodles; it tasted perfect. One thing I noticed was in most restaurants, chefs sting on the meat slices which come mixed with a dish, for example the beef in the noodles. Either the pieces will seem like they are left overs or they will be microscopic in size. But in Soya Chang, the beef strips were served generously and were fresh.
Servers were attentive and well informed; especially Ms. Angel. She remembered to get me chopsticks without asking the second time I visited! That's what I call thoughtfulness. The first time we came, the owner I believe, greeted us and asked what we'd like to have. Place is clean and tidy and moderately busy.
This is definitely my go-to Chinese restaurant in Ajman!

So in my 6th visit, I eat tofu noodle salad, which is one of the most mind blowing thing I've had in a long time. We all have heard that tofu tastes like chicken? Have a bite here and you'll know exactly what it means....
Loved the ambience, friendly atmosphere and it's good place u can take ur family .... amazing food and rich portions... prawn on toast in starters and hot and sour or seafood soup .... would like to visit again
The ambience is good, had Shabu shabu there a different experience, we enjoyed it, they should have more variety of food, customer service was good
Its a must to visit resturent in Ajman. We randomly went there but we really like it's seafood soup and h&s Tufo soup .... very economical... service is very good ...
As I was looking for a perfect Chinese meal in Ajman....my search ends at Soya Chang...If someone is looking for authentic Chinese food then Soya Chang is a perfect place...We order wonton..and chicken lollipop as starter.and noodles n chicken sizzler a must try item..this is my first food review in Zomata and feels great to start off with Soya Chang...A must try restaurent and underrated one

Ресторан понравился. Все было вкусно и порции большие. На 2 взр и 2 детей счёт вышел 190 дирхам. Ценник немного завышен, как по мне. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Что не осилили дети, они бережно сложили и дали с собой. Советую сходить, выбор меню хороший, креветки высшие!
