Visited this Vasco's on a numerous times when in Abi Dhabi and never disappoints. Always great food and attentive restaurant team who provide a warm personalised welcome and super service. Lovely view adds to the relaxed outdoor atmosphere.
Went to vasco’s after a long time. Good food and service as usual - though the menu options could be enhanced somewhat. unusually the restaurant was empty though we were there for a couple of hours - hopefully an exceptional off day for the restaurant.
It is like a hidden gem. We ordered mixed tandoori dish which my friend said it was tasty and filling and I had the Canadian lobster spaghetti which I liked but I wish the pink sauce was a bit less. For starter we had the fried calamari also fresh and tasty.
Had a great dining experience here!

We went to Vascos for Friday brunch twice and not only is the atmosphere always great and the staff super friendly - the food is also very good! I liked the fact that I as vegetarian could choose something from the menu that wasn't included in the Friday brunch menu.

Every Friday, Head Chef Manikandan Mahalingam takes you on a culinary journey inspired by the travel escapades of the Portuguese explorer, Vasco da Gama.
They have really interesting palatable options, offering a varied selection of International Cuisine. Highlights of European, Indian & some Asian inspired deletable dishes. It was a perfect combination of eastern & western dishes!
Located in Hilton Beach Club. The restaurant’s interior is inspired from the ocean blues with beachside spectacular views. We sat outside to enjoy the breezy weather.
For food we ordered some of their signature dishes including the best sellers, starting off with peri peri gulf shrimps & Dum ki Daal. Both were the star dishes for us. For mains, we had the lobster Ravioli, Tandoor Pizza, Vasco’s special chicken Tikka & from the grill we ordered the Bultarra Lamb Skewer.
For desserts, we had their decadent Vasco’s chocolate souffle and Apple Tarte Tatin.
Everything was full of flavour, beautifully presented & tasted absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this place for a lovely fine dinning evening with friends or family. The service was great, the ambiance was lovely & the food was exceptional.
We were invited to dine-in at Hilton Abu Dhabi’s restaurant Vasco’s last week. This is one of those few restaurants we have heard immense in popularity since the time moved to the Capital on UAE. Hence we happily accepted this warm invite and decided to explore the place.
I come on a Friday the restaurant was almost empty ,it was hot inside as we thought AC is not working, the indoor decor need an improvement,it has nice sitting area outside ,so better to come in cool weather
When it comes to the food I give them 👍🏻
We order (chicken Makhani ) (vasco chicken Tekka ) it fresh ,hot ,delicious Indian taste
service is good ,very friendly stuff

One of the best mushroom risottos that I have ever had. It was the perfect consistency of creaminess. Wonderful ambience and very friendly staff.

With the marvelous view of the beach Vasco's serves cuisines from all over the world and they have manged to win some prestigious awards. I chose to dine inside and my favorite from the entire meal was definitely their selection of fine wine and mushroom risotto. Highly recommended!

Located opposite the Abu Dhabi Hilton hotel on the waterfront, Vasco's remains a favourite restaurant with many. The restaurant has a very pleasant outdoor terrace seating area overlooking the beach, and is the place to be weather permitting of course. The menu has changed since my last visit, but there are some items that are permanent residents, such as the spiced grouper with mashed potatoes, and the Dal makhani...
There is a small bar area where you can enjoy a refreshing drink whilst waiting for your friends. Inside the restaurant the atmosphere is cosy, there is a large bottle cooler refrigerator, a live tank with live lobsters, and a salad bar faces the open plan kitchen with a wood burning pizza oven. Service is efficient and friendly and the food still up to standard. Parking is usually available just in front and access for wheelchais not a problem. If you're looking to entertain, or simply enjoy a family meal out, Vasco's will not disappoint.

This is a high end place at a medium-high end price. Seafood seems to be their go-to, although steaks are available. I had a Portuguese grouper which was saltier than I would prefer. Heaters are available on patio for cool evenings.
