Zaitoun is a signature restaurant in Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort that specializes in Italian cuisine. We joined a Chef's Table dining experience where the chef explained the every dish that was prepared for us.
The items that stood out the most for me were the crab sticks in the Amuse Bouche, Green Peas Soup, Wagyu Beef Cut, and Raspberry Sorbet.
Service was great, staff were attentive and always smiling. I could sense that the chef (Chef Peeush) takes pride in his craft as he explained the menu in detail.
