Normal south indian budget friendly restaurant located backside of salama hospital in Abudhabi. They have more of tamil nadu foods. Interior framed with all south indian states maps including kerala, tamil nadu, karanataka and Telangana.
Tried wheat poratta and Beg kuruma. Value for money food place. Food are freshly prepared. Service also good
Love this place for their dosas...a good place for breakfast and evening snacks..the highlight is the “chili idli” which you get in the evening
To top it all off you get a good ounce of coffee in the typical steel glass and saucer
Recently we tried this small joint for lunch. We were 5 adults and all we wanted was some simple homely kind of food. This place turned out to be perfect for our light lunch craving of veggie delights.
We ordered tea and coffee for everyone and settled for their Mini Thalis. It comes with roti, 2 choices of rice, 1 dessert, papas and a host of curries.
We also tried their curd rice and the samba rice. Both of these were delicious and I would highly recommend this place when you want to settle for a wholesome veg meal.
Decent south indian veg hotel with decent pricing. Must try their vada, Mysore masala dosa, poori masala and Pongal.
The staffs are really friendly.
Must try is mini tiffin... excellent value for money.
Staff are friendly.
One mini masala dosa, one Idili, one poori, one u. vada, one pongal, one mash potatoes, two chutney coconut white and red-tamato n chilli / green-mint and finally one yummy sambar. Each and every item is so delicious and the combination with chutney and sambar is too good. Finally to finish up with coffee wow. too good to.
This the best tasting mini tiffin inliked when compared to likes and expensive agents like Sangeetha, saravana, swagath, foodlands.
Also try the thalli full value for money.
Keep up the taste guys.
VFM joint in TCA Abu Dhabi. Really tasty sambar. The mini tiffin and specially the medu wada is the best in Abu Dhabi. Try the pesarettu upma on Monday. Its amazing.
Stick to the typical south Indian favorites for breakfast and dinner. Lunch options can be a bit disappointing. Service is quick.
Very good and delicious 😋
Especially chutneys are tasty and overall food is served hot and fresh.
Good service ! Cheaper prices!!
Recommend other!
One of the best option in abudhabi if you are south Indian food lover, prices are cheap and moderate, taste is good, service is nice and staff is very freindly
My favourite chilli porota is served best here.. it’s tummy fill and satisfying.. it’s served with curd and the best combo for a treat with good quantity..
Pros:
My family and I visit this restaurant almost every weekend, and they provide authentic Tamil/Kerala breakfast food items! Pocket friendly, staff are accommodating and the food is quite tasty.
Cons:
The place can be a bit crowded by 9 am, must go a bit earlier and wait outside. The interior of the restaurant looks a bit shabby, with old furniture and heavily used utensils, its time for an aesthetic refresh.
Ordered Food:
Usually we take a Mini Tiffin, Poori Masala Set, Sambar Vada Set, Pongal and some coffee.
