I went down to Foodshed following their suggestion to try some of their Keto friendly items on one of my Instagram posts. I fell in love with the minimal decor; beautiful chevron patterned floors, wooden tables, small light fixtures and lavender in tin watering pots placed in charming corners. The best part were the huge windows/glass doors and how they allowed the sun to brighten up the whole space.
I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in!
The decor is so raw and welcoming and the staff here were so friendly!
What won my heart over was when I ordered a coffee and I got almost a pint class full off coffee made with the perfect blend and almond milk on request.
We ordered the veggie wrap and fish and chips!
The fish and chips felt like I was at home in Scotland, it was perfect!
Design is extremely nice—it fits the concept of the restaurant. Wood is incorporated as a main material of the restaurant’s design.
We ordered the grilled cheese as a starter, which came with a salad. Grilled cheese was excellent. I liked how they mixed three different cheeses together. The salad tasted so refreshing... as if it’s straight from the garden!
As our main courses, we ordered the lamb chops and chicken burger. The lamb chops and mashed potatoes were delicious! I feel like the mint sauce should have been more jelly like. The chicken burger was also delicious and tender—and the French fries were the best!
My only suggestion about the main courses is to make portions slightly larger, such as more lamb/more fries.
Waitresses/waiters were extremely friendly. All are smiling and help you feel welcome. We were greeted at the door and all staff made sure we were happy.
The coffee they serve is reallyyy goood!!! Tried their iced Spanish latte, piccolo & flat white and they were all perfectly made. Very chill place. Will give their food a try soon

What I love about the place is that it’s not pretentious, it’s real food that isn’t coated with junky Cheetos and piles of gowey cheese. That was quite refreshing, I enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich and the lamb chops, as well as the french toast for breakfast. Coffee unfortunately wasn’t my type, too strong for my liking but I know it’s popular among coffee lovers. The place is very welcoming and has a nice energy to it! Kudos to the team in place and quite happy we have an original type of place in AD!
Healthy options with good taste. Delicious. French toast and chicken waffles are recommended. Place is neat is available car parking. Most important for me is the free range eggs as this cannot be found in most restaurants in Abu Dhabi.

The breakfast is healthy and good. The coffee tasted a bit different and won’t consider it a favorite. Overall a cute breakfast place with healthy options.
