As a child growing up in Abu Dhabi, there are some bakeries that have been around since forever. My first Zaater Manakish was from Saada Bakery. As a kind, I used to visit this place with my dad to pick fresh baked Qubus, and always had a little indulgence on the zaater or cheese manakish.
They have stood the test of time, and to date, serve awesome manakish!!!
Al Saada bakeries have by far the most delicious manakish.
Must try:

We had breakfast from here yesterday. Had ordered takeout and the food was pretty good. We had ordered zaatar manakeesh and jibneh. The food was still warm and the bread was still soft when brought home. The price is also reasonable. This will be my favourite spot for manakeesh hereafter.
This is a historical place according to my opinion. This place was open since we were in school and until now it still serves the best zatar manakish ever. The zatar has not changed in anyway and still has the same delicious taste. I recommend the zatar strongly in this place. Ask the staff to put more zatar in the manakish and make the dough soft.

Been eating from Al Saada since 1990 and it has been the same taste forever. Best place to have fresh manakeesh. Recommend it to all over UAE.

Though, I wouldn't recommend them for sweets
They have few tables for dining in which is good if you like to eat your manakish oven-hot.
Staff can be more friendly
I went there first in the late 90s. They serve one of the best manakish in town. The Cheese (Jibnah), Zatar and Meat (Laham) are excellent; and their combinations are amazing. Must try.
