The cleanest outlet I have ever encountered , the staff clean the chairs with antiseptic . The nicest most professional staff , and Nero has the best coffee compared to similar outlets and the freshest sandwiches and bakery , their crossiants are prepared in-house . The barista named Shirley is exceptionally friendly and hospitality phenomenal . She even recalls ur last order and customized it exactly like you want it . Superstar service
Keep up the good work !
Pls bring back the old falafel halloumi wrap and the espresso cheesecake !!

The location of this branch is kind of awkward but that also adds to its charm.

The espresso is as always superb. But this branch has a comfy feel to it. My wife and I go here for a coffee and pastry if the kids are playing at Caboodle.

The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are always very friendly and professional.

The baristas are excellent and very accommodating with my weird espresso concoction requests.

The place is never empty but never full. Thats an aspect that I love about it.

Just good straight up coffee and snacks In a welcoming atmosphere without the pretentiousness of other cafes in the mall.

I love the fact that Caffè Nero has a branch in The Galleria, the ambiance is simply lovely & cozy. My family & I visit frequently and we’re never disappointed! Best thing is the availability of loyalty cards in order to receive a free drink after several purchases 🙌🏻

Dropped in for a good cup of coffee here. Seating is ample and ambience is cozy. Its not crowded or rushed. Pick your favorite spot for a relaxed experience over a mug of coffee. Its well lit and ambience surely will attract you to this outlet. Staff too is friendly.

Was passing this place and decided to try it out. The staff is really nice but not the most helpful. The iced white mocha is really good and i would definitely recommend it. However keep in mind it is very sweet and personally I couldn’t finish it. Bonus is they have festive Christmas cookies that looked adorable.

Great coffee and sandwiches or rather bagel. We enjoyed the place, nice and quiet and the service was fast. The turkey ham with egg sandwich tasted delicious specially that they heated it before serving.

A good place to grab some hearty sandwiches. The coffee is also perfect for a takeaway if you work in the area. The tuna melt sandwich was very tasty. The bread especially is thick and dark brown.

For the coffee lovers!
When you're at Nero's you can expect your coffee to arrive in less than 10 minutes. They are quiet quick at service and courteous.
Must try : Coffee & Caramel Frappe, olive crackers, vegetable crudités, cheese sticks!

Very positively surprised as they do freshly baked croissants. Compared to Starbucks or Costa Cafe, they actually did something different and am sure the others will follow. Well done
