Food is always delivered on time. I am not dining in the restaurant anymore during my lunch break as the waiting time is so long and as I observed, they tend to prioritize customers who boss their way around the restaurant. Most of the staff are also not friendly.
Food is good though especially the Mexican Saj and Shawarma Chicken Plate. The servings are good. You will get your money's worth.
You guys just have to work on your Customer Service.
Been here recently and really liked the shawarmas as the bread is freshly baked there to what I was told and good size portion.
I have tried other place in the embassies district, but this by far has been great.
last time we ordered shawarma repast it was astounding, am surprised with hummus it's fresh very tasty additionally I received One complimentary Nutella Crepe it's additionally nice.
With the limited options in the embassies district area, shawarma planet comes with great affordable meals, their bread is fresh and their portions are very decent. I am surprised at the low ratings they have cause this place is always full. My only complain is that they don’t have lemonade and the delivery is super slow during lunch time, otherwise, amazing food during work.
Sometimes my cheese mana’eesh comes a bit burnt on the top which makes it very dry and hard to eat :(

Visited this place to stop hunger pangs and didn't get disappointed. Good food, prompt service, good location. Tried Mexica ka'akeh, mexican sandwich and zaatar.... all were hot and fresh.

One of the awsome restaurant near the Abu Dhabi Exhibition centre. With an ample outside sitting area. Loved cozy feel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Prices are normal as compared to other restaurants. Tried their Shawarma plate and it was awsome. Will definitely visit again when I travel next in Abu Dhabi.

Food is good for fast food restaurant. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Covered seating outside with eight tables. Very little traffic. Chicken plate was good. The banana crepe was twice the size that I expected.

The best place for Sharma in the vicinity of exhibition center. Very nice service! I went there every day for 3 weeks for lunch. Sure sometimes you have to wait a bit but the number of people going there exceeds any other bar near by. I strongly recommend you give it a shot!
