It's a bakery shop at Salama street quite famous for snacks. I went for cheese manakeesh and was mesmerized by their hot melting manakeesh.

It is an excellent place of super quality bakery items. Good quality and tasty. Manakishes are the very best in the city. Indian touch in Arabic cuisines (Bartha Manakish) is outstanding. Cakes, Pasteries.. Healthy Breads... are superb. A place to visit and buy. They have success story over 40 years.
Having lived in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for 11 years I am convinced that food options are invariably better in Dubai than in Abu Dhabi. The only exception is the manaqish specially the one served in Khaleej Bakeries. The falafel is really good and so is the cheese. Another fav is the spicy cheese which is not too spicy but gives that additional zing to the manaqish. Do visit them for a quick bite if you passing by Abu Dhabi city
How I love the smell of bread. After being in Abu Dhabi for 4 years this is my first time here after being suggested by a friend to try their Falafel Manakeesh. I loved it and it was the first time I had falafel in Manakeesh and was really impressed and enjoyed every bit of it. Also tried the meat Manakeesh. Spinach and Cheese Fatayer tasted good too, even though the fatayer shaped slightly different. It’s one of the oldest bakeries but the smell of freshly baked Khubuz and breads just makes me want to stand in there. We also tried the Basbousa from there which was nice.
Home to Superb Manakishes. Zaatar manakish has perfect ratio of spices while cheese is slightly to the saltier side. Great variety of arabic sweets are also available.

Khaleej Bakeries and Pastries has some of the most mouthwatering manakeesh. The zaatar (with or without vegetables) and the cheese manakeesh are a few of my absolute favorites. It is fresh, crispy, affordable and all in all, simply heavenly.
The bakery also offers a lot of other items on it's menu - arabic sweets, cake, pastries etc, but nothing comes close to the manakeesh. The mini pizza is just passable. The croissants and chocolate cupcakes are fine, but nothing out of the ordinary.
The star of the show is undoubtedly the manakeesh and the whole bakery is filled with it's tantalizing aroma. This hidden gem is definitely worth a visit.
Very fresh Zaatars available and the one with olives & tomatoes is such a juicy delight. The fresh bakery smell itself pulls you in. The only drawback - no seating available so just pick and go.
Just like any other bakery, the smell of freshly baked pastry gets to you.
This place offers a lovely variety of breads, desserts and savory pastry.
Affordable and delicious.

مخابز و حلويات الخليج من عام 1978 م في اماره أبوظبي تحديدا ، هذا المخبز بالنسبه لي يعتبر تاريخ طويل و يرجع ذكريات الطفولة ، اول مره جربت عندهم تقريبا قبل 21 سنه و بعد فتره من طول غياب قلت ارجع اجرب و انقل تجربتي للمتابعين

الجوده نفسها و بنفس الطعم ، تطلب منقوشه جبن و تحصل الجبن من الكميه طايح في نهايه المنقوشه 🤤 ، للامانه على كل المخابز اللي جربتها اقدر اقول ان مخابز الخليج غير و يعتبر الافضل بالنسبه لي👌🏼
