This came out to be one of the worst orders thru Zomato.<br/><br/>I ordered grilled green chilly chicken for dhs 35 and it came up in a big cover. Excited in seeing paper pack cover turned out to be a big disappointment before the first bite. The pack came only with grill chicken and a dip, without any fries as shown in the picture or bread or salad. When reached out to restaurant they had all sort of excuses and no courtesy on satisfying the customer. Finally, I had to reach out to nearest grocery for a bread inorder to have the chicken. The chicken tasted average with fine charcoal deposit.<br/><br/>I would recomend not to order parcel from here as they have no clue or confused on the side provided with their menu.

Driving past the British Embassy in Khalidiya we came across Tikka Darbar and the urge to bite into come tender kebabs had us slam the brakes, swerve into the parking and grab a takeaway.<br/><br/>It’s a small little homestyle place run by a couple of ladies serving a decent mix of Indian and Pakistani food with Chinese items as well.

An absolute comedy of errors ordering from this restaurant today. <br/><br/>After perusing their online menu, I found a few dishes not listed in their online menu and called the restaurant to Enquiry about it. I was told those items were not on available on the online menu and had to be ordered separately. <br/><br/>So, that’s exactly what I did. <br/><br/>I ordered the Chicken Tikka, The mutton Kebab, the chicken kebab, the chicken dum Biriyani and 3 Nans through the Zomato app. <br/><br/>I then called them and ordered the Malai Kebab, the Rashmi Kebab and the cheese Kebab directly. The cheese kebab I was told was a grilled cheese dish similar to a paneer tikka. <br/><br/>I asked for the order to be delivered along with the app order and they confirmed. <br/><br/>The restaurant then called me back and said that if I wanted the 2 orders delivered together I should order again through the Zomato app to dishes equivalent to the price of the dishes that were not available online. I agreed to this and did so. <br/><br/>The first order came within 20 minutes and long and behold contained only my original first order!! When I called back to enquire, I was told to be patient and that the food would arrive shortly. The food arrived 30 minutes later!!! <br/><br/>Enough drama. We got dinner last night from Tikka Darbar and we absolutely loved everything. Its a proper pakistani cuisine restaurant. <br/><br/>Chicken cheese spenriche : Looks like pasta, but is not. Tasted like alfredo pasta to me. Loved the creamy texture. Great dish. <br/><br/>Chicken chilli dry: This is one of my fav. Soo perfectly spiced, with ample amount of veggies along with chicken. Gave the authentica chinese feels. <br/><br/>Chicken sindhi biryani: Biriyani was good. Just like Sindhi biriyanis. <br/><br/>Chicken dum biryani: I liked this biriyani better, as it had the perfect amount of spice and masalas just how I like it.<br/><br/>Fish tikka hamour: This is the star of the show. Soo soft, soo well marinated. Perfectly made. This got over in a jiffy. We kept munching on it like pakoras!!<br/><br/>The meal came with two salads and two mint raithas.<br/><br/>Worth trying. I have ordered chickn 65 and sindhu biryanis. Chicken Felt like it wasn’t fresh and it’s very bad. quantity of the chicken is very less in both the biryanis and in Sindhi biryani they had one big fried leg piece and there is no meat on it to eat except bone. I have rated 2 as the restaurant called me to inform about the order is being delayed from Zomato guy and it was ready long time and they have given the chicken gravy along with the chicken biryani which was better.Am i going to buy again ? Would like to rate this restaurant in negative ... have never had such biryani ever .. very old chicken and was smelling... order received wherein food was unpacked and rice was outside the pack ... in biryani there is only 1 mutton piece ... never recommend this hotel to anyone ... people will regret going here

Tast Biryani

Ordered for suhoor yesterday. Just the tandoori breads. Tandoori aloo, garlic, qeema and til kulcha and plain tandoori paratha. Was surprised on the delivery because the tandoori breads were stuffed with the fillings. The best of all was tandoori aloo (but the filling quantity can be improved!) The qeema one had no flavor. The garlic Naan just had aroma of garlic with no actual garlic flavor. The only best part was it was completely oil free 😁. Extra points for the delivery guy who made sure not to ring the doorbell at 3am, and instead called us to inform they were outside. Appreciate that.🙂

When we heard that it is now under new management,so decided to visit this place. The food was very fresh and delicious. The salad was very fresh and crunchy. We ordered hara bhara, biryani and seekh kababs. Everything was so fresh and yum! still miss the taste of hara bhara and kababs! Mutton biryani was very mouthwatering and cooked in different way, loved it. This place is highly recomended. The best part is the meat was really fresh. This place is highly recomended!

Recently got introduced by this place by a brochure lying somewhere. Thought to try it as a new place. Ordered Chkn Tikka, when asked for gravy (veggies or daal), i was told that they give humus and no gravy. i somehow switched the humus with veggie gravy (alu palak). <br/>So, firstly they took more than 1 hour to deliver. Next, what I got was only Tikka and small packing of Alu palak. NOTHING ELSE. No Salad. No Raita. No Roti. All these things always comes along with Tikka when I order from other places. <br/>Next, the Alu palak they sent was looking like some sticky sand after rain. forgot to take pics. and IT DIDNT TASTE GOOD. <br/>The only saving face for them was their Tikka. It was cooked well and it tasted Fine.<br/>for the overall experience and rating, I couldnt find ZERO rating on the scale so I have to give them 1 !!

Worst restaurant you can ever imagine. Dont have any sense of cooking or serving the food. When complained, they will shout at you in return. I will not be surprised if it got closed soon

Ordered for a Butter Chicken and Tawa Paratha. Firstly the butter chicken was a thin oily gravy with tomato pieces it tasted more like Tamatar Chicken and the paratha was a thick fat piece of rubber. Horrible taste and bad quality food.

Horrible food and must say you need to change the cook. Or please ask him to go and try butter chicken in some good restaurant. The gravy was no where close to butter chicken, it was like tomato chicken with a thin watery oily gravy. Your parathas were one of the best pieces of rubber found in the tyre industry.

This is a restaurant which has newly opened in Khalidia. I have ordered breakfast several times here. Must say they are definitely different from other restaurants in the locality! Because they serve u, just the way u would like to be served. I had ordered Chana masala, chapati and half fry eggs. Had requested them to prepare it with less oil or possibly no oil. The order was prepare the way I wanted it and was delivered within no time! Keep it up guys!❤️ The staff is well mannered and very polite😇
