Jameed is made from goat yoghurt and when cooked, it becomes salty,rich and turns into a creamy white sauce that is used to slow cook lamb meat for 4 to 5 hours until the meat becomes really tender.🐐
The rice was relatively plain to balance out the flavours of meat and jameed, I believe just cooked with turmeric, salt and a bit of flavoring.🍚
It was topped with sliced fried almonds and served with a bowl of jameed which is supposed to be poured over the dish🤤 This made the whole dish come together perfectly.
The perfect mouthful of rice, the tender meat that just melts in your mouth along with the jameed makes it THE best mansaf in the UAE( I actually mean that !)😍 and is 💯 recommended

Very nice food. Great complimentary soup. Fantastic msakhan rolls and meat ouzi. The only bad side is that we couldn't order through Zoomato.
