Visited the restaurant with a few friends over the weekend. I must say we all were very pleased with the food and service. We started with a portion of their chicken lollipop and it is one of the best tasting lollipops I have ever had. For the mains we had ordered the kizhi chicken curry (served in a leaf), a spicy beef coconut fry and egg masala.
The service was excellent and the food reached us in reasonable time. The crispy Kerala porrota and soft appam with the curries made it a completely satisfying dining experience.
As a Keralaite I would highly recommend the food at Family Palace to taste the authentic food of Kerala.
Family Palace is a warm and homely restaurant that captures the taste of Kerala perfectly.
Tried their authentic Keralite dishes including the beef coconut fry, parottas, appams, and the Kizhi chicken curry (served in a banana leaf). The curry was flavourful and complemented the steamed appams well. The beef fry was just as tasty, cooked with the right amount of spices.

A fan of Kerala and it’s good, I wouldn’t miss out an experience as such especially for the affordable costs. A really heartwarming dinner with friends, good food and a simple ambience, what more to ask for?
Ordered food couple of times. The food quality and the package is good. If you have patience to wait for food more than an hour, then you can order from this restaurant.
Their chicken lollipops are amazing! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I order them almost everyday. Even the chappatis are great and complement the chicken really well.
