My presumption about this venue is that they only served breakfast. And yes, menu has a huge breakfast section with signature dishes like Eggs Benedict, pancakes, and lots of omelets, but you can definitely tuck into some flatbreads, burgers, pasta, steaks, sandwiches, and salads; all in large portion sizes.
A large and bright venue, we opted to start with a family favorite—poutine. This is a Canadian favorite that’s super comforting; made with potatoes with a generous helping of meat gravy and cheese curds. We also had the cheese quesadillas, with the usual salsa and sour cream on the side. Then one of my all-time favorites; the Belgium waffles topped with maple syrup fried chicken is an awesome contrast of flavors and tastes. Their signature Bad Boy was just that; a massive beef patty, beautifully grilled and topped with cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, and caramelized onions.
Then the breakfast for dinner treat— The Southwest Sunrise loaded with several varieties of cheese; Swiss, cheddar, and Gruyere, with sautéed peppers. This baby was topped with fresh avocado, their special salsa, and sour cream. And served with Lyonnaise style potatoes. For dessert, we dove into the yummy French toast with Nutella, served with fresh bananas, strawberries and chocolate sauce.
Loved their eggs benedict. The restaurant was really quiet which was nice as we got the staffs personalised attention.
