Heard a lot about the place. We decided to go over the weekend with friends. We had a great time. Service was amazing and all food came in time there burrata is amazing as well as the pasta and pizzas they have. Philly steak pizza with ruffle was to die for. They have amazing views of the fountain. A must try for all Serafina New York lovers.
This restaurant is amazing, from the view, service, atmosphere, to the amazing food. I didn’t even know that this Serafina was related to the one in NY. I enjoyed every single minute in there. The water fountain show was spectacular. I can’t wait to go back to Dubai, and visit Serafina restaurant again.

Scrumptious food .. served us drinks which were not even part of the menu just because we asked.. Did not even charge for dessert as I was there for my birthday dinner.. The Filipino lady who served us was ever so amazing..a shame I didn't catch her name.. She deserved a mention here for sure.. And I am not even going to get started on the fountain views.. Serafina will be a memory to cherish!!

With the light mid-summer breeze and breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, Serafina is located in one of the best spots in Souk Al Bahar. If you visit the restaurant in the evening you will get an amazing view of the Dubai Fountains, and perhaps a bit of a spray if it is a windy night.
We stopped by for a quick lunch and started tried their signature Margherita Pizza. Although a simple dish, it hits the comfort spot. The mozzarella cheese was so good and the olives added in the pop flavour.
For their cocktails, we tried their bellinis which were sweet and bubbly.
The service is great and it is a lovely place to visit for Italian food.

Anytime you have a restaurant in Souk Al Bahar, next to Burj Khalifa, you know its going to be good or it will not be around the next time you get around to visit the area and that was exactly the case with Serafina. I have seen this restaurant on numerous occassions and never had a chance to visit until recently. This is definitely a fine dining destination that is still somewhat casual at the same time.

I felt so lucky to get one of the best tables outdoor to dine at last minute as no reservation was made. Truly one memorable experience as it is located right in front of the burj and water fountain and the food is amazing. We enjoyed a selection of starters, pizza, and salad. The pizza is to die for...you want to eat every bit of everything in front of you. Staff are very attentive and passionate. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Serafina is by far the best tourists destination located a couple of meters away from Dubai's water fountain in which most of the times the water sprays right to your face.... so refreshing ;-)

Serafina is an American-Italian brand from New York famous for their pizzas... philly steak pizza is a must try as it is a signature item on the menu.
Service is just amazing; seriously, the service staff are perfect and the manager is always around. This is one of the best place where you can see the chef roaming around the tables and talk to people... it is always fun and enjoyable talking to the chef :-)
In terms of food and service, this place deserves 5 stars without a doubt. Yet, if you take a closer look at the interior of this shop, it is just don't add up and you can tell that there is something wrong!!! dining indoors is just not the experience you would expect with the menu prices which is extremely on the highest end of the market's rate??
I can understand if I am sitting on the lower terrace to pay this much, however indoors; not worth it!!!
This place is a must try for gathering, celebrations, friends, families and other social activities, however make sure you are booked on the terrace, otherwise indoor area is not recommended as it is dull and does feel welcoming at all!!!

Came over for a three course breakfast with fresh orange juice, over looking the beautiful Burj Khalifa. The outdoor seating is wonderful at this time of the year and I can only imagine it must get packed in the evenings over looking the Dubai Fountains. The veg omelette was good, but would have preferred a sliced loaf of bread to go with it. Instead was served with standard white sliced bread. I loved the croissants and the strawberry museli that was served to me. Very filling.

The best thing about this place is the location !! If you are looking for a brunch with a view, this is definitely a good option. What can be better than breakfast with a view of Burj khalifa and downtown !! Loved the food here and also the staffs are welcoming :)

Been to Serafina for our anniversary, I just mention this special event to the waitress and I was extremely surprise how my special day was take in care. We had i think the best table food was extremely tasty we had risotto and spaghetti seafood after our Burrata and fritto miso, (gold medal for fritto miso calamari ring and amazing). They brought us a complimentary dessert with happy anniversary on the plate even we didn't ask for that we were already too full..

It was my wife’s birthday yesterday and I booked an outdoor table at this place, the restaurant chose a nice table for us to set at, with a view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, we enjoyed the food, regardless that we ordered one portion of each item for both of us, it was very satisfying and enough.
The food we ordered was nice, the seasonal soup, which was fennel, it was good, we also ordered a beef sirloin steak medium well, it was very nice, also the Risotto Porcini and added some chicken on it, this was amazing.
It was very nice that the restaurant arrange for a birthday piece of cake on the house, also I have sent some items to the restaurant where they have called to arrange when I want them to come to the table, I really liked that.
The prices are considered mid range, the service is fast, very nice view of the tower and fountain, the staff are good, the waitress that served us was really nice but when I placed the order the lost attention and forgot one of the requested items, but she asked about it later.
It is a nice place for occasion celebrations.
We went for special dinner with our family to celebrate someone's birthday and what a view amazing just in front of the Fountains and an all access to easy viewing of the Shows. We had a great time with the company and an average time with the food as the food was not up to the mark especially what the prices are in printed in front of it. Well you can say that the price is just for the view. Well the food we ordered nearly all their pasta versions also we ordered a couple of Pizzas which didn't impressed me that much . Here the show stealers definitely was the view.

Fabulous setting for the fountain show. Food is good but could be much better. We had very average staff. Only 2 high chairs in the establishment so we had to do without.

This is absolutely one of the finest most romantic restaurants for the special occasions. The touristy vibes, music from the fountains that come up every half n hour, lighting, service and the most important thing- Food, everything is perfect.
I always feel if the dessert is good you can forgive other food items a little and the Tiramisu we had here was the best I ever had. Perfect sweet, perfect temperature, all the flavors just oozing in your mouth. A must try even if you are full!

I always wanted to go to Serafina, and since I’ve been trying to explore places in Downtown, so I went there.
As, I’m not that familiar to the location, I did got a little bit lost but that’s alright I found it.
It’s their ladies night, where ladies get 4 complimentary drinks from 8 PM and 50% off the food bill, what a great deal.
Ladies night is held indoors, but don’t forget to check their outdoor area as it got a great view of the Dubai Dancing Fountain and Burj Khalifa.
Tried their pizza Margherita, it’s good. I like their ladies night drinks too.
I also want to commend the person who serve, I didn’t get his name, but he is very helpful and friendly, and for that I’ll definitely be back.
To start, the location of this place is amazing - based in Souk Al Bahar with one of the best views of the fountains/Burj Khalifa etc. Admittedly this was my primary reason for booking.
However, we decided to move in doors on arrival as it was still hot/humid outside. The inside is ok, but definitely loses the 'wow factor' of the outside view.
Onto the food, I ordered Steak Philly Cheese Pizza which was topped with truffle oil. Delicious. The others I was with all ordered pasta in various guises (I can't remember specifically what dishes) and although all agreed they were nice, none seemed blown away by any flavours they encountered.
All in all a decent Italian with a location and view which is the stand out attraction.
Good Italian food but even better views of the Dubai dancing fountains at night :) would recommend and come back here, or bring visitors - it's sure to impress.

For me, it’s usually something easy like Shake Shack or, if I’m trying to be healthy, a quick pop over to Baker and Spice for a takeaway salad. It’s why I’ve tried to force myself to try some new locations in the recent past. Guynadin. Parkers, Katana, and now Serafina. Stopping in for lunch, at first, I was immediately confused at the interior. While you might not care much how a restaurant looks, I personally believe it can have a positive, negative, or neutral impact on the meal. In this instance, negative. As it was too hot to sit on the lovely outdoor terrace (all white, taupe, and relatively chic), the overlarge chairs, mixed tables, strange lighting at the bar (cantina? club? We couldn’t decide), random graffiti, and too dark interior definitely did not add up to something enjoyable. Similarly, the music was a bit all over the shop. As my sister pointed out when we entered a store in the mall later in the afternoon (one that was playing something I would consider ‘home-style Italian’), we wondered, how could a furniture store have a better grasp on the soundtrack than a restaurant?

After initially not being impressed by them, Serafina seems to have injected new life and atmosphere into their stunningly located restaurant next to the fountains. The service is crisp and promotions are now outstanding. My daughter loves their Margherita pizza and I always sneak a slice or two from her. Pastas as you would imagine are excellent, the seafood is especially delicious. My fave though is the magnificent t bone which I recommend having with the green beans and roast potatoes. We were seated outside with the view of Burj Khalifa and the musical fountains! It was indeed a chilly Saturday night with a perfect view. We ordered a round of drinks to start with. They serve complimentary bread basket with fancy balsamic vinegar engraved Serafina dipped in olive oil to go with the bread.
We ordered for Di Vittorio pizza which was Margherita with buratta cheese with basil. It was a 8'inch thin crust pizza which went perfect with the drinks. Buratta cheese did the difference. We then called for the risotto al porcini, penne pesto pasta with chicken, mushrooms and chicken in creamy cheese sauce and penne pasta in pink sauce. The risotto and the creamy white sauce was my favorite and cooked to perfection! However the pesto was a little dry and lacked flavor. The penne in pink sauce was good too.

I visited Serafina on Christmas Eve with a friend only because I had heard about their spectacular Burj Khalifa facing views that the restaurant had to offer. But after my visit to Serafina, I can undoubtedly say that they have the finest Italian dishes to devour on.
Getting straight to the dishes, for starters, we ordered the Bruschetta Classica. [AED 37] This starter, unlike the ordinary garlic breads is full of natural and fresh ingredients. This bread was a perfect palate for all ingredients present on it such as cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, black olives and fresh basil. This dish in particular refreshed my memory and took me back to the time I had visited Italy. It's very hard to find such distinct and strong Italian flavours in Dubai, but surprisingly, I found that here in Serafina!
Next up was the Cappalacci alla Ricotta e Spinaci. [AED 71] Quite simply put, this was a dish containing classic dumpling shaped pasta, filled with fresh ricotta and spinach. This dish had a very creamy texture especially because of the fresh ricotta that literally melted in my mouth. Undoubtedly and unbiasedly, this was my first and by far the best ravioli I had ever eaten. Don't expect a burst of flavours due to limited, bland ingredients. Although you could add a dash of chili flakes to spice it up a bit if you like.
Moving on to the deserts, we ordered the Panna Cotta. [AED 42] Ever heard of love at first bite? Because I think I just fell in love with this desert on the first bite. The texture of this desert was as smooth as ever, creamy, silky, delicate with intensely fragrant Madagascar vanilla flavour calming your tastebuds and palette with every bite. Panna Cotta is the purest of Italian spoon deserts and Serafina has done justice to this dish. Creamy and just firm, with a gentle wobble.
However, the menu mentioned that it contained pineapple and like flavours, which if present were too subtle to detect on the palate.
The ambience of this restaurant is mesmerizing, and especially because you get to see the Burj Khalifa standing tall and pretty just a few meters away from your dinner table. You also get to enjoy the dancing water fountains perform every now and then. Overall, it's the perfect spot to have a romantic evening date!
Finally, the only thing that put me off was the availability of waiters/waitresses outdoors. Though the staff was courteous and well mannered, it took a long time to order the next dishes since there were less staff present.
I highly recommend this place if you're craving some good traditional Northern Italian dishes. I'm definitely coming back here to try out other dishes!

One of the best Italian restaurants in Dubai with a great view of the Dubai Fountain. The service was excellent and reasonably timely. For starters we ordered the Goose Ham Bruschetta which was surprisingly tasty. For the main course I recommend the Rollatina Di Pollo which is stuffed chicken breast with a thin roll of veal bacon on top. Overall a great experience.

We had the business lunch set menu priced at AED 99/- that included a choice of salad or soup, main course, desert, water and coffee or tea.
I choose the Caesar salad, grilled chicken and tiramisu. The grilled chicken's skin was toasted and crispy, which gave a very tasty flavour to the dish. The tiramisu was one among the best oI have ever tasted. I would recommend this place for Italian food.

I have been here 2 times for dinner and once for their ladies night for drinks and absolutely loved them each time.
The food is great classic Italian food. The menu is limited to the classic Italian dishes but made with high-quality ingredients. It is also a paradise for vegetarians since every meal can be made into a vegetarian form of that dish. I have eaten their Arabiata (the dish i judge most restaurants by), mushroom truffle risotto and a vegetarian pizza and loved them all. Thier sauces are authentic and even made to order if you specify your taste.
The servers are very well versed with the cuisine and wines. They guided through the wine list when we came in for happy hour and treated us to a variety of flavors so we could pick one. There are so many places that use ladies night to promote their restaurant but then do not give the same quality service but Serafina was different. In fact, they even traded the coupons for a seafood starter for my friend who does not drink.
The ambiance is just perfect, with dim lighting and facing the Dubai Fountains. It makes a great spot for a date but also a great place for a night out with family. We managed to make it into a party zone too with (much to the dismay of couples out on a date).
A must try in the downtown area. Visit it when the weather is good so you can enjoy the views of the dancing fountains.

After a tiring Thursday , I decided to sit by the fountain and calm myself for a few hours and there I found Serafina ,a mid sized café in a corner right next to the noisy Meat Company, firstly you should definitely order a sheesha , the sheesha guy makes it very up to the mark and best , the staff is very helpful when it comes to choosing from the italian menu, I tried the Serafina Chicken Salad , pappardelle con petto , and both the dishes were amaazingg , I loved the ambience , had a few drinks and I was good to go. Was billed for some 500dhs for a single person but then , good things come at a price don't they. The ambience , the sheesha , the food - PERFECTO . Would definitely visit again.

We shared the black risotto and a salad. These two plates were amazing.
It is a normal Italian restaurant, but for a dinner, you can enjoy the waterfront show.
Very nice location. Staff is friendly and the food is good.
