مطعم موقعه وديكوره روعة ولكن غالي جدا، وخدمته واكله عادي. الأكل من الطعم كأنه قديم... ما اظن ارد أسير لهم مرة ثانية..

Great views, good food and polite staff who were very helpful. Slightly over priced for drinks in relation to the food prices however the overall experience was good and the location makes up for it! I would recommend Serafina�

Heard a lot about the place. We decided to go over the weekend with friends. We had a great time. Service was amazing and all food came in time there burrata is amazing as well as the pasta and pizzas they have. Philly steak pizza with ruffle was to die for. They have amazing views of the fountain. A must try for all Serafina New York lovers.

This restaurant is amazing, from the view, service, atmosphere, to the amazing food. I didn’t even know that this Serafina was related to the one in NY. I enjoyed every single minute in there. The water fountain show was spectacular. I can’t wait to go back to Dubai, and visit Serafina restaurant again.

Very poor service & total lack of proper customer service. Certainly not a place I would recommend even though they are prime spot for the fountains! My advice would be to spend your money elsewhere. This was my second visit and will most certainly be the last!

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. I had to wait 45 minutes, and my pizza still didn't arrive. 2 tables came after me and they both got their pizzas, while I'm still waiting with no food on my table. Totally unacceptable. Also incredibly over priced and portions are way too small !! I do not recommend this place at all.

Scrumptious food .. served us drinks which were not even part of the menu just because we asked.. Did not even charge for dessert as I was there for my birthday dinner.. The Filipino lady who served us was ever so amazing..a shame I didn't catch her name.. She deserved a mention here for sure.. And I am not even going to get started on the fountain views.. Serafina will be a memory to cherish!!

Been there few times, location is lovely especially during cool nights in Dubai. Great view of Burj Khalifa & the fountain. <br/><br/>Loved their Lasagna, it was sooo good! & their roasted baby potatoes, delicious. <br/><br/>Cozy dining and very attentive staff. Prices are a little steep but would still recommend a visit.

Went there for a date in July and decided to sit outside to enjoy the fountain view. While other restaurants jn the vicinity have outdoor cooling facilities such as a cooler - this one did not have one, which was a little uncomfortable.<br/><br/>In terms of food - they dont have an extensive menu - I’m not really a seafood person - and that limited my choices to beef and few select options in chicken. Ordered the Pappardelle Con Petto Di Pollo which was creamy and I really liked it.<br/>

Portions are too small . I ordered a salad and i was so disgusted to see the price they charge and the portion they serve is just not done. I ordered their “so called “Autumn Salad and to my utter dissatisfaction I found only leaves and rest of the ingredients were almost invisible. I could hardly see the tiny bits of green apple, raspberry and goat cheese. Ohhh please make me a chef I can make better salads than your overtly priced salads.The drink was just fine .

With the light mid-summer breeze and breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, Serafina is located in one of the best spots in Souk Al Bahar.  If you visit the restaurant in the evening you will get an amazing view of the Dubai Fountains, and perhaps a bit of a spray if it is a windy night.<br/><br/>We stopped by for a quick lunch and started tried their signature Margherita Pizza. Although a simple dish, it hits the comfort spot. The mozzarella cheese was so good and the olives added in the pop flavour.<br/>For their cocktails, we tried their bellinis which were sweet and bubbly.<br/><br/>The service is great and it is a lovely place to visit for Italian food.

Went here for dinner had booked a indoor seat. But quiet so decided to sit outside. It was a bit hot but they had air conditioners so it wasn't to bad. Had a lovely view. The frozen cocktails were really good. Peach bellini. The food was good but quiet overpriced. Would probably only come back for a drink. Service was very good. Was very busy outside.

i just ate here today and i would say that the location was great, it’s facing the dubai mall fountain..they had indoor and outdoor seating. the food was okay nothing extraordinary. i would say that it’s a bit overpriced for a small serving of food.. the hostesses/waiters/waitresses were polite. the complimentary garlic bread was nice as they made it themselves..they had this home made pasta with beef inside it. Overall experience was so so.

The outdoor area on the water is beautiful. The appetizers were good. The pizzas not so good. The veal escaloppe also not very good and costs a fortune, we've had way better for less than half the price. We left most of the main dishes in out plates and no one asked to see if there was a problem. Basically go there for appetizers and the view

Dine right next to dubai fountain and soak into dubai’s opulence. <br/>Amazing ambience, courteous staff. <br/>Wine selection is good, food is also good. Could improve on presentation though. <br/>Overall a place where you would like to go again and unwind.

Came with friends aged we all enjoyed the great food, the amazing service, and the fountain show. We definitely will be back again. The food and drinks were prepared extremely well and the staff was very tentative.

I have seen this restaurant on numerous occassions and never had a chance to visit until recently. This is definitely a fine dining destination that is still somewhat casual at the same time.

Salmon tartare is just wow! Didn’t have a chance to try something else but I’m sure it will be nice. Amazing fountains view from the terrace, good cocktails and good food, thanks guys!

The ambience, the food, the service... Just one word for all the three - commendable...<br/>They have different seating arrangements, I believe I sat at the best place as per my requirements. Just a few feet away from fountain & Burj khalifa, we could see the beauties from the place we sat. It seems like a candle light dinner.<br/>Service was really quick, and staff quite welcoming.<br/>We ordered Ravioli, risotto and pizza - everything cooked well and delightful.<br/>Overall a place worth visiting again.

Nothing exceptional. You will not get the view you'll be expecting. The railing next to the balcony tables is too high and the higher tables are too far inside. If prefer going to one the restaurants upstairs instead.

I felt so lucky to get one of the best tables outdoor to dine at last minute as no reservation was made. Truly one memorable experience as it is located right in front of the burj and water fountain and the food is amazing. We enjoyed a selection of starters, pizza, and salad. The pizza is to die for...you want to eat every bit of everything in front of you. Staff are very attentive and passionate. Thank you and keep up the great work.

This is one of the best place where you can see the chef roaming around the tables and talk to people... it is always fun and enjoyable talking to the chef :-)<br/>In terms of food and service, this place deserves 5 stars without a doubt. Yet, if you take a closer look at the interior of this shop, it is just don't add up and you can tell that there is something wrong!!! dining indoors is just not the experience you would expect with the menu prices which is extremely on the highest end of the market's rate??<br/>I can understand if I am sitting on the lower terrace to pay this much, however indoors; not worth it!!!<br/>This place is a must try for gathering, celebrations, friends, families and other social activities, however make sure you are booked on the terrace, otherwise indoor area is not recommended as it is dull and does feel welcoming at all!!!<br/>I will definitely visit this place again but only for the outdoor area...

Went to Serafina yesterday for the first time. The view is amazing! The fountain is great. However the food is less than average and quiet overpriced. So basically it’s like charging you to watch the fountain. That’s it! The service is also less than average the waitress took so long to take the order and came back and forth many times. It was just up to our expectations. If they improve their food it will definitely be a better place. Thanks.

My usual go-to place to bring visitors to is The Atlantic at Souk Al Bahar, but having heard promising recommendations about Serafina, I decided to give it a try.<br/><br/> Before I start my rant, I want to clarify that the food was exceptional! Every dish savoured was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Kuddos to the chef and the kitchen team!<br/><br/>Unfortunately, our entire dining experience was tarnished by the mediocre service offered.<br/><br/>Upon arrival, we waited at the reception area with no one to greet and guide us to our table - despite the fact that several busy waiters have unquestionably seen and acknowledged us. After having waited for a good 5 min, we entered the restaurant by ourselves and sat down at an empty table outdoors, which is what I have requested under my booking. We were then approached by a very rude staff, who did not try to conceal her annoyance and demanded that we get up and return to the reception desk to inform the staff of our reservation.<br/><br/>Under normal circumstances, I would have walked out of the restaurant right there and then. But without another reservation in Downtown Dubai on a Thursday night and not wanting to spoil the evening for my visitors, I obliged.<br/><br/>We returned to reception for another couple of minutes of wait and were finally seated - but to our disappointment, at a table indoors. I understood that outdoor seating was not guaranteed, so I politely asked that they move us soon as a table becomes available - even if only for our last course of dessert.<br/><br/>The rest of our meal was all a long wait. Waiting excessively for the menu to arrive, for the water to be brought to our table, and then for the forgotten ice and lemon we requested to be delivered. You get the picture.<br/><br/>The servers were overwhelmed and overworked. Serafina was clearly understaffed and their inexperienced staff could not handle any special requests asked of them - even if only as simple as asking for an extra napkin or toothpicks.<br/><br/>When we finally finished our meal, we left and I was disappointed to find out there were plenty of tables at the terrace that people have left a long while ago. But of course, we never were offered the opportunity to move.<br/><br/>The poor service was so much more disappointing because the food was truly exceptional. I really feel the management has allowed the customer-facing staff to let down the phenomenal kitchen and all its outstanding work.<br/><br/>I also think Serafina's food was overpriced and did not provide good value for money. Given the basic ambiance of the restaurant, which I would put in the same category as an upscale pub or bar, and the relatively small portion sizes, I was left hungry after having paid 300+AED for a starter and main (exclusive of drinks).<br/><br/>All that being said, I would still return to revisit Serafina - perhaps during a less busy lunch time. But trust me, this is all credits to the kitchen - if the chef has only done an average job, I definitely would not give this restaurant another chance.<br/><br/>We ordered the following dishes:

Came over for a three course breakfast with fresh orange juice, over looking the beautiful Burj Khalifa. The outdoor seating is wonderful at this time of the year and I can only imagine it must get packed in the evenings over looking the Dubai Fountains. The veg omelette was good, but would have preferred a sliced loaf of bread to go with it. Instead was served with standard white sliced bread. I loved the croissants and the strawberry museli that was served to me. Very filling.

The best thing about this place is the location !! If you are looking for a brunch with a view, this is definitely a good option. What can be better than breakfast with a view of Burj khalifa and downtown !! Loved the food here and also the staffs are welcoming :)

The view of Burj Khalifa, the fontains and surrounding is ideal from the terrace area of this restaurant. <br/>Service - excellent, quick and welcoming<br/>Atmosphere - calm and nice despite of the fact that it is a quite busy area with tourists<br/>Food - nice portions and good quality, both for starter and main course, prices were higher than average. We had Beef Sirloin Steak and Burrata for starter. Both were good choice.<br/>Alcohol - wide variety of choice though wine was mainly from Italy and only a few international ones (reasonable for Italian restaurant)

Been to Serafina for our anniversary, I just mention this special event to the waitress and I was extremely surprise how my special day was take in care. We had i think the best table food was extremely tasty we had risotto and spaghetti seafood after our Burrata and fritto miso, (gold medal for fritto miso calamari ring and amazing). They brought us a complimentary dessert with happy anniversary on the plate even we didn't ask for that we were already too full..<br/>Over all<br/>Food 5<br/>Service 5<br/>We will be back soon

We ordered our dinner here, everything was properly cooked and was really delicious!<br/><br/>Devil Cornish Hen: The chicken was tender in texture, and the seasoning was great! The sauce came with it was also quite flavourful!<br/><br/>Salmone: The salmon was seared properly, the skin was crispy and the texture was just right! The corn came with it was also delicious!

We decided to go to this place today and didn't like one bit. The food was below average and the service was pathetic as the waitress seemed to be in a hurry to clear the table and get rid of us. For a restaurant with such a spectacular view I expected much more. <br/>I don't mind spending on overpriced restaurants once in a while but this neither had decent food or service! Not recommended. <br/>1.5 stars just for the view.

I'm rating this place very low as me and my friends did not find the food tasty. the pizza and the ravioli was served with so much cheese that it made us sick. The staff werent that attentive. Except for the view not worth a try.

It was my wife’s birthday yesterday and I booked an outdoor table at this place, the restaurant chose a nice table for us to set at, with a view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, we enjoyed the food, regardless that we ordered one portion of each item for both of us, it was very satisfying and enough. <br/>The food we ordered was nice, the seasonal soup, which was fennel, it was good, we also ordered a beef sirloin steak medium well, it was very nice, also the Risotto Porcini and added some chicken on it, this was amazing.<br/>It was very nice that the restaurant arrange for a birthday piece of cake on the house, also I have sent some items to the restaurant where they have called to arrange when I want them to come to the table, I really liked that.<br/>The prices are considered mid range, the service is fast, very nice view of the tower and fountain, the staff are good, the waitress that served us was really nice but when I placed the order the lost attention and forgot one of the requested items, but she asked about it later.<br/>It is a nice place for occasion celebrations.

We went for special dinner with our family to celebrate someone's birthday and what a view amazing just in front of the Fountains and an all access to easy viewing of the Shows. We had a great time with the company and an average time with the food as the food was not up to the mark especially what the prices are in printed in front of it. Well you can say that the price is just for the view. Well the food we ordered nearly all their pasta versions also we ordered a couple of Pizzas which didn't impressed me that much . Here the show stealers definitely was the view.

Went here for ladies night. We had made a reservation for outdoor seating. However, they have this rule that no drinks for ladies night will be served outside, so we had to shift inside. My friends used Zomato gold for their beer, but the service was extremely slow. We got it only after 20 mins, and after that we had to settle the bill first to get our ladies night drink. We had a friend from Australia, and the entire experience was sort of disappointing. Might or might not go back considering the options available in the area.

We went here for our anniversary, so it should have been a special place. And it's another place in Souq Al Bahar with the nice view to the fountains of the Dubai Mall. We were lucky to sit outside on the balcony.<br/>The food choices are limited but still could find a healthy dinner for myself (quinoa salad and grilled salmon). Prices are expected to be high because of the venue.<br/>The only thing was the party next door with very very loud music... probably apartments party😝

the lady walking us to our table needs a lesson or two in customer service. she seemed not happy to to see our 4 year old daughter with us. I explained that online reservation has no option to update child count, but was called and informed to the restaurant about it. It was also informed at the time of reservation about special occasion and even offered to pay for a small cake was told it will be provided but nothing was done about it. it was my wife’s birthday and the evening was almost spoilt if not for the amazing fountain view that they have.

I've had 2 Seafood pizzas with a very average sauce, quite good quantity of seafood but the taste was very average, I expected a better experience in a luxurious restaurant where the price didn't match the quality

Now with Serafina, you may say my rating may be a little harsh, but to be honest for any restaurant to be successful, the key ingredient for its success should be CONSISTENCY! I've only had the privilege in ordering their pizza so far and the first time I ordered it, it was nice! Not great, but nice. It was quit thin, crisp and the flavour was quit balanced. The second time round, some slices were a little ticket, some were thin!! So what more can I say! Shall we give them another chance?! As for me, no more pizzas from them, but perhaps I'll try the pasta, we shall see, haven't decided yet to be honest.

Fabulous setting for the fountain show. Food is good but could be much better. We had very average staff. Only 2 high chairs in the establishment so we had to do without. <br/>

This is absolutely one of the finest most romantic restaurants for the special occasions. The touristy vibes, music from the fountains that come up every half n hour, lighting, service and the most important thing- Food, everything is perfect.<br/>I always feel if the dessert is good you can forgive other food items a little and the Tiramisu we had here was the best I ever had. Perfect sweet, perfect temperature, all the flavors just oozing in your mouth. A must try even if you are full!<br/>We ordered Pappadelle Con Petto Di Pollo but with different pasta. And it was great! So filling and the quantity was good too.<br/>The bread basket was fab with fresh garlic bread.<br/>We went in happy hours so you can enjoy double drinks 😉<br/>Staff was very accommodating and friendly. You just need to reserve the best spots really well in advance for the best views. Perfect 5 for us!

I always wanted to go to Serafina, and since I’ve been trying to explore places in Downtown, so I went there.<br/><br/>As, I’m not that familiar to the location, I did got a little bit lost but that’s alright I found it.<br/><br/>It’s their ladies night, where ladies get 4 complimentary drinks from 8 PM and 50% off the food bill, what a great deal.<br/><br/>Ladies night is held indoors, but don’t forget to check their outdoor area as it got a great view of the Dubai Dancing Fountain and Burj Khalifa. <br/><br/>Tried their pizza Margherita, it’s good. I like their ladies night drinks too.<br/><br/>I also want to commend the person who serve, I didn’t get his name, but he is very helpful and friendly, and for that I’ll definitely be back.

To start, the location of this place is amazing - based in Souk Al Bahar with one of the best views of the fountains/Burj Khalifa etc. Admittedly this was my primary reason for booking.<br/><br/>However, we decided to move in doors on arrival as it was still hot/humid outside. The inside is ok, but definitely loses the 'wow factor' of the outside view.<br/><br/>Onto the food, I ordered Steak Philly Cheese Pizza which was topped with truffle oil. Delicious. The others I was with all ordered pasta in various guises (I can't remember specifically what dishes) and although all agreed they were nice, none seemed blown away by any flavours they encountered.<br/><br/>All in all a decent Italian with a location and view which is the stand out attraction.

Good Italian food but even better views of the Dubai dancing fountains at night :) would recommend and come back here, or bring visitors - it's sure to impress.

We went to Serafina for lunch on Saturday, and the first thing you notice is how amazing the view is from here! The burratta we ordered tasted good, but the pesto that we got was not that appetizing. Taste wise, the food is not bad, but it is not the best. Keep in mind that the food menu on zomato is not the same as that in the restaurant, the prices being completely different. So an advice would be to update that for the customers who look at the menus beforehand.

Nice terrace overlooking the fountains, and good-but-not-great food and service. Good enough to have an enjoyable night out, but certainly not memorable.

This place has an amazing location, you can enjoy the fountains while having good tasty food. They give you complimentary bread too. The staff is polite and prompt. Our pizza was tasty and was cooked to the perfection. The salad and desserts were also amazing.

For me, it’s usually something easy like Shake Shack or, if I’m trying to be healthy, a quick pop over to Baker and Spice for a takeaway salad.  It’s why I’ve tried to force myself to try some new locations in the recent past.  Guynadin.  Parkers, Katana, and now Serafina.  Stopping in for lunch, at first, I was immediately confused at the interior.  While you might not care much how a restaurant looks, I personally believe it can have a positive, negative, or neutral impact on the meal.  In this instance, negative.  As it was too hot to sit on the lovely outdoor terrace (all white, taupe, and relatively chic), the overlarge chairs, mixed tables, strange lighting at the bar (cantina? club? We couldn’t decide), random graffiti, and too dark interior definitely did not add up to something enjoyable.  Similarly, the music was a bit all over the shop.  As my sister pointed out when we entered a store in the mall later in the afternoon (one that was playing something I would consider ‘home-style Italian’), we wondered, how could a furniture store have a better grasp on the soundtrack than a restaurant?

Wonderful location. We had a good view of the fountains.<br/>The restaurant was a bit dead around iftar time but got busier as time went on.<br/>We ordered the chicken salad, the ravioli, bruschetta and the burger, a kiwi mocktail and the raspberry mocktail.<br/>They served complimentary bread which was nice.<br/>The food came just after the prayer started, and the portion size was really good..just enough!<br/>The burger was delicious and came with very puffy, airy French fries which were amazing.<br/>The ravioli was good, good numner of ravioli pieces. The salad was a bit big but neverthless delicious.<br/><br/>Will return

Good food, though the staff gets hassled quite easily with simple requests. I think most people would prefer to go again more for the view of the fountains (spectacular). Goose ham on the menu was not available so we got proscuito. Drinks were good and breads were warm and nice as well. Would recommend the tiger prawns and ravioli too.

Food, location and ambience is outstanding.<br/>Service is awful. No welcome, no assistance, table was barely cleaned, no attention to detail... Best part is when we ask for the check, pay with the card, the waitress (who never welcomed us or took us to the table) asks for a tip. I politely said "no, thank you"(as I didn't think they deserved it). She hands over the card machine, I put the pin, she gives me the receipt in silence. <br/>Never heard a "thank you" or a "good bye", not even a "welcome".<br/>If this is a new concept of "Fine dining", I will surely not try it again.<br/>(The restaurant was quite empty, so it was not a matter of work load)

You need to be seated outdoor's to enjoy the magnificent Fountain show which really makes you feel you are witnessing something magical. <br/>I ordered the Primavera pizza, tomato based with seasonal garden vegetables. <br/>It tasted delicious except the crust was a bit hard to bite into. <br/><br/>Cost for two- 200-250 AED

Good customer service and beautiful views. The shisha was also nice, but the food was very average. However it was served nicely and looked good.

After initially not being impressed by them, Serafina seems to have injected new life and atmosphere into their stunningly located restaurant next to the fountains. The service is crisp and promotions are now outstanding. My daughter loves their Margherita pizza and I always sneak a slice or two from her. Pastas as you would imagine are excellent, the seafood is especially delicious. My fave though is the magnificent t bone which I recommend having with the green beans and roast potatoes. Love this place.

Before going there just make sure u had food already))))) cuz the portions are extremely small. The taste of the food did not impressed me at all. The only good thing is the location. The view with the fountain is amazing. Service was average, we wanted to enjoy our dinner with my husband but all I could hear is a very loud conversation of the stuff. May be it's a good place for drinking and smoking shisha but definitely if u want to enjoy a delicious Italian food then u better choose some other place....

A caveat that rating for Italian restaurants is based on veg food and primarily restricted to pizzas and pastas as thats what i prefer in italian food. <br/>Our grievance is that few Italian places come close to the authentic Italian taste, which comes from the freshness of the ingredients and right balance of herbs. <br/>The expectations from the place were high. The pizzas were good but not great. I was not very impressed with the Penne Arabiaata. <br/>The service was nothing to rave about although the location is amazing for outside seating facing the fountains.<br/>Also believe wifi is a basic requirement in all restaurants including fine dining. Another comfort issue we faced was not enough baby chairs during rush hours, which is a probem in number of souk al bahar restaurants.

The location is one of the best for the fountain show at the burj khalifa and they have an amazing view from the higher open sit out. We went here for a quick lunch and loved everything they served us. the portions are small so you should order accordingly. the food is very well prepared and the pasta here is simply amazing. the place all over has an amazing feel.

If you're looking for a place to dine with a magnificent view, then you surely shouldn't miss out on Serafina. Located in Souq al Bahar, overlooking the majestic Burj Khalifa and the ever entertaining and awe-inspiring display of the dancing fountains, you just can't go wrong. <br/>The Rollatino di pollo is quite a dish. Tender chicken breasts, wrapped in veal bacon and stuffed with cheese!! What more does one want in life ?! It's definitely worth it !!

The only good thing about this place is the location which comes by default being located in souk al bahar next to the infamous Dubai fountain and the other thing some of their waiters try to provide a good service however this is like a cat pretending to be a lion and fails dramatically. Serafina maybe because of the location or because someone told them to do so , they are utterly expensive in relation to their food quality . With this amount of money you could eat at any of the premium restaurants at Dubai . The food is tasteless , forced flavours , wrong combinations , low quality produce used. Being located infront of Dubai fountains does not define you , your food does. Not recommended at all . People might ask why , well your receptionist kept us waiting 5 mins speaking on the phone. Your manager asked us to pay extra for the cake we brought for the birthday and we even did not step in. Your waiter could not handle a table with 12 happy people . Very low quality meat used for the steak where it came well done and they had to change it to medium and still one of the worst stakes I ever had for that much money. Mashed potato that was tasteless . Tiramisu that was overwhelmingly sweet. And a manager who hovered around looking into people dishes with no purpose. To add to all of that you need to stand to see the fountains not worth it at all.

We were seated outside with the view of Burj Khalifa and the musical fountains! It was indeed a chilly Saturday night with a perfect view. We ordered a round of drinks to start with. They serve complimentary bread basket with fancy balsamic vinegar engraved Serafina dipped in olive oil to go with the bread. <br/><br/>We ordered for Di Vittorio pizza which was Margherita with buratta cheese with basil. It was a 8'inch thin crust pizza which went perfect with the drinks. Buratta cheese did the difference. We then called for the risotto al porcini, penne pesto pasta with chicken, mushrooms and chicken in creamy cheese sauce and penne pasta in pink sauce. The risotto and the creamy white sauce was my favorite and cooked to perfection! However the pesto was a little dry and lacked flavor. The penne in pink sauce was good too. <br/><br/>Overall the ambience made the dinner more enjoyable. <br/><br/>

I visited Serafina on Christmas Eve with a friend only because I had heard about their spectacular Burj Khalifa facing views that the restaurant had to offer. But after my visit to Serafina, I can undoubtedly say that they have the finest Italian dishes to devour on. <br/><br/><br/>Getting straight to the dishes, for starters, we ordered the Bruschetta Classica. [AED 37] This starter, unlike the ordinary garlic breads is full of natural and fresh ingredients. This bread was a perfect palate for all ingredients present on it such as cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, black olives and fresh basil. This dish in particular refreshed my memory and took me back to the time I had visited Italy. It's very hard to find such distinct and strong Italian flavours in Dubai, but surprisingly, I found that here in Serafina! <br/><br/><br/>Next up was the Cappalacci alla Ricotta e Spinaci. [AED 71] Quite simply put, this was a dish containing classic dumpling shaped pasta, filled with fresh ricotta and spinach. This dish had a very creamy texture especially because of the fresh ricotta that literally melted in my mouth. Undoubtedly and unbiasedly, this was my first and by far the best ravioli I had ever eaten. Don't expect a burst of flavours due to limited, bland ingredients. Although you could add a dash of chili flakes to spice it up a bit if you like. <br/><br/>Moving on to the deserts, we ordered the Panna Cotta. [AED 42] Ever heard of love at first bite? Because I think I just fell in love with this desert on the first bite. The texture of this desert was as smooth as ever, creamy, silky, delicate with intensely fragrant Madagascar vanilla flavour calming your tastebuds and palette with every bite. Panna Cotta is the purest of Italian spoon deserts and Serafina has done justice to this dish. Creamy and just firm, with a gentle wobble. <br/>However, the menu mentioned that it contained pineapple and like flavours, which if present were too subtle to detect on the palate. <br/><br/>The ambience of this restaurant is mesmerizing, and especially because you get to see the Burj Khalifa standing tall and pretty just a few meters away from your dinner table. You also get to enjoy the dancing water fountains perform every now and then. Overall, it's the perfect spot to have a romantic evening date! <br/><br/><br/>Finally, the only thing that put me off was the availability of waiters/waitresses outdoors. Though the staff was courteous and well mannered, it took a long time to order the next dishes since there were less staff present. <br/>I highly recommend this place if you're craving some good traditional Northern Italian dishes. I'm definitely coming back here to try out other dishes!<br/>

I wanted to show off the Dubai fountains to my parents who were visiting at the time and booked way in advance to secure a table on the terrace on the evening of the 30/12/16. <br/><br/>We couldn't hear the music from the fountain show or hear each other in conversation due to blaring Arabic music coming from n rooftop club next to us. We were told that this happens every Friday and there is nothing they can do to help.<br/><br/>We ended up going home hungry due to the tiny portions of pasta and the entire evening was spoilt by the horrible Arabic music being played at full volume from around 7pm.<br/><br/>Next time someone visits Im going to take them for burgers at Five Guys and watch the fountains in peace from there.

The only thing Serafina has (had) going for them, is the fact that they are located on a prime spot. But on a Friday night, even this didn't do much to save their overpriced, average food from a bad review. First and foremost I have to appeal to the restaurant managers, owners and staff to PLEASE do something about the club located next to them. They were blasting horrible music at full volume that was not only an ear sore, but almost ruined the fountain experience. We couldn't hear the music for the fountain, because the club next to Serafina had their music on full throttle, as if all of Dubai wanted to hear it. This SEVERELY cheapened the experience at this restaurant and is a large part of why I am giving a less than favorable review. Sure, you can say it's not the restaurant's fault, but when I complained to the waiter, he merely shrugged his shoulders and said that this disturbance happened every Friday night and there was nothing they could do. I immediately regretted going through the trouble of dressing up, booking our table 2 weeks in advance, making our guests excited about the visit to this spot and inevitably going there. We (with our guests visiting from abroad), were stuck overpaying for average tasting, super small portions of pasta, being served by a disinterested waiter, listen to the worst music on the planet being blasted from a club next door, trying to appreciate Dubai's fountain and the Burj Khalifa. We have more guests visiting in Feb - we're taking them to Five Guys instead.

The location of restro bar is perfect in front of Dubai mall fountain, for better seat u need a advance booking. The place hv nice delicious soup pizza and pasta the pumpkin soup really taste well

A tasty Italian fine dining restaurant. You can enjoy the awesome variety of food while watching the fountain show. Make sure to order the bruschetta classica and the basil pizza margerita such an exceptional full of taste pizza

One of the best Italian restaurants in Dubai with a great view of the Dubai Fountain. The service was excellent and reasonably timely. For starters we ordered the Goose Ham Bruschetta which was surprisingly tasty. For the main course I recommend the Rollatina Di Pollo which is stuffed chicken breast with a thin roll of veal bacon on top. Overall a great experience.

One of worst restaurants i have ever went to, bad customer service, dirty table we need to ask them for the menu, and for the spoons. Food was cold and not good. It is not tasty at all. In addition they serve very small portion suitable for 3 years old kid. When we complained, the waiter said you are not the first one who complains but this is the management decision.<br/>Not recommended at well. Go somewhere else

The food was of a good standard. We had the steak option. It was done exactly as requested.<br/>We went in the evening so could sit outside and had a beautiful view of the fountains. <br/>The price is a little on the higher side.

Located in Souk Al Bahar beside the fountain. They have an outdoor seating facing the fountain too with a beautiful view. I have gone with a client of mine for lunch.<br/><br/>We had the business lunch set menu priced at AED 99/- that included a choice of salad or soup, main course, desert, water and coffee or tea.<br/><br/>I choose the Caesar salad, grilled chicken and tiramisu. The grilled chicken's skin was toasted and crispy, which gave a very tasty flavour to the dish. The tiramisu was one among the best oI have ever tasted. I would recommend this place for Italian food.  <br/><br/>The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I have been here 2 times for dinner and once for their ladies night for drinks and absolutely loved them each time. <br/>The food is great classic Italian food. The menu is limited to the classic Italian dishes but made with high-quality ingredients. It is also a paradise for vegetarians since every meal can be made into a vegetarian form of that dish. I have eaten their Arabiata (the dish i judge most restaurants by), mushroom truffle risotto and a vegetarian pizza and loved them all. Thier sauces are authentic and even made to order if you specify your taste. <br/>The servers are very well versed with the cuisine and wines. They guided through the wine list when we came in for happy hour and treated us to a variety of flavors so we could pick one. There are so many places that use ladies night to promote their restaurant but then do not give the same quality service but Serafina was different. In fact, they even traded the coupons for a seafood starter for my friend who does not drink. <br/>The ambiance is just perfect, with dim lighting and facing the Dubai Fountains. It makes a great spot for a date but also a great place for a night out with family. We managed to make it into a party zone too with (much to the dismay of couples out on a date). <br/>A must try in the downtown area. Visit it when the weather is good so you can enjoy the views of the dancing fountains.

Love the vibe on a Wednesday night. One of the classier ladies nights out there with a beautiful view of the fountains, no smoking and fantastic rnb music. <br/><br/>The complimentary garlic bread served was delicious. And the name of the restaurant written in balsamic vinegar was a unique touch! <br/><br/>We ordered a seafood appetizer which was presented in a crisp shell and the dish was fresh and 👍🏼

Thank you chefs for amazing dinner. On top of everything it was ladies night, so we had couple glasses of prosecco. The location is absolutely touristic, with staining view of Burj Khalifa. Really want to come back for new menu😜

We went there twice during one week. First we went for ladies night. Great place, amazing view. Food was average but worth it's price. Service was really nice. You won't regret eating/ drinking there!

After a tiring Thursday , I decided to sit by the fountain and calm myself for a few hours and there I found Serafina ,a mid sized café in a corner right next to the noisy Meat Company,  firstly you should definitely order a sheesha , the sheesha guy makes it very up to the mark and best , the staff is very helpful when it comes to choosing from the italian menu, I tried the Serafina Chicken Salad , pappardelle con petto , and both the dishes were amaazingg , I loved the ambience , had a few drinks and I was good to go. Was billed for some 500dhs for a single person but then , good things come at a price don't they. The ambience , the sheesha , the food -  PERFECTO . Would definitely visit again.

We chooses this Restaurant because the view and the value.<br/>We shared the black risotto and a salad. These two plates were amazing.<br/>It is a normal Italian restaurant, but for a dinner, you can enjoy the waterfront show.
