Great views, good food and polite staff who were very helpful. Slightly over priced for drinks in relation to the food prices however the overall experience was good and the location makes up for it! I would recommend Serafina�
Heard a lot about the place. We decided to go over the weekend with friends. We had a great time. Service was amazing and all food came in time there burrata is amazing as well as the pasta and pizzas they have. Philly steak pizza with ruffle was to die for. They have amazing views of the fountain. A must try for all Serafina New York lovers.
Been there few times, location is lovely especially during cool nights in Dubai. Great view of Burj Khalifa & the fountain.
Loved their Lasagna, it was sooo good! & their roasted baby potatoes, delicious.
Cozy dining and very attentive staff. Prices are a little steep but would still recommend a visit.
With the light mid-summer breeze and breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, Serafina is located in one of the best spots in Souk Al Bahar. If you visit the restaurant in the evening you will get an amazing view of the Dubai Fountains, and perhaps a bit of a spray if it is a windy night.
We stopped by for a quick lunch and started tried their signature Margherita Pizza. Although a simple dish, it hits the comfort spot. The mozzarella cheese was so good and the olives added in the pop flavour.
For their cocktails, we tried their bellinis which were sweet and bubbly.
The service is great and it is a lovely place to visit for Italian food.

One of my favorite place to enjoy PIzza and Pasta. The staff is helpful and courteous. The place is cozy and the food is great. Do try the cannelloni. visit again and again.

Went here for dinner had booked a indoor seat. But quiet so decided to sit outside. It was a bit hot but they had air conditioners so it wasn't to bad. Had a lovely view. The frozen cocktails were really good. Peach bellini. The food was good but quiet overpriced. Would probably only come back for a drink. Service was very good. Was very busy outside.

Overall a place where you would like to go again and unwind.
Came with friends aged we all enjoyed the great food, the amazing service, and the fountain show. We definitely will be back again. The food and drinks were prepared extremely well and the staff was very tentative.

Anytime you have a restaurant in Souk Al Bahar, next to Burj Khalifa, you know its going to be good or it will not be around the next time you get around to visit the area and that was exactly the case with Serafina. I have seen this restaurant on numerous occassions and never had a chance to visit until recently. This is definitely a fine dining destination that is still somewhat casual at the same time.
