Review ‪oni Lounge & Restaurant‬ -

Sandeep Soni bGlide
(التعليق الأصلي) I visited Dubai last month for a business trip. But after having exhausted from work, I planned to spent a good evening with my spouse. We search and found this restaurant neat to our hotel. It was amazing experience to have Japanese food. It was our first try for a Japanese restaurant, We enjoyed a lot. It is a happening restaurant. I must say ONI is a best japanese restaurant in Dubai if you are looking for sushi food.

(التعليق الأصلي) Dubai loves a night out: the throb of people seeking a glittering skyline during warm evenings armed with cold drinks and designer wear. An insatiable audience seeking the refuge of dim lighting, appeased by soft dance music and sustained by light bites. So step forward ONI: another Asian-themed restaurant complete with ‘cherry blossom’ branches arching over one of the two indoor bars from the second floor of the Shangri-La Sheikh Zayed Road, the Hong Kong-based luxury hotel chain. ONI is one of many Asian-themed bars in Dubai, a few of which are within stones throw or view from the top of the Shangri-La, which poses the question why you would come here - or come back. If you are a sake fan - or just sake-curious - then the discreet back bar offers a sake masterclass tutoring attendees on sake, the rituals, the etiquette, types, origins and flavours. Despite some my heavy hours spent in Asian themed bars, this was a novel opportunity to be educated by people who appeared to be in the know. ONI also makes their own infused sake which, if you are a beginner like me, is a gentle place to graduate to a white belt, sake grasshopper. All in all, this was a standout. Once you get your first belt, you can mature into the dozen or so sake options available on their sake bar menu. Go boldly. Once released onto the restaurant floor, we opted for a raised seating area for our large group — but there are ample chocolate-coloured sofas and lounge chairs for you to sink into for comfort. The music spins remixes of R&B and dance music which is later interrupted by a live singer prompted up adjacent to the bar. A nice but hard switch of direction. At the risk of sounding old: if you want to come here for a conversation then you will have to put both your back and good ear into it. Just keep that in mind if you are coming here on a first date or for pre-drinks with business colleagues where - maybe - conversation matters. And then there was the food: we were treated to a selection of pan-Asian offerings both modern and traditional. The HIGHLIGHTS were the Chicken Gyoza: a small edible pillow encased by a thin dough that releases a sweet and aromatic chicken filling - I could have eaten this for the night and gone home satisfied. I wish they actually made one pillow sized. The (moderately) SPICY GYU is a skewer spiking small mouthfuls of beef tenderloin glazed in a (undescribed) spicy marinade which pummels the SUZUKI sea bass skewer; the latter is comparatively more subtle. The other dishes of maki rolls, salmon nigiri, tuna sashimi and the Rock Shrimp Dynamite are good but not phenomenal. So why embark on this review curating an image of the clientele? Because, curiously, while I was sipping a cucumber cocktail and defending my gyozas at all costs, what can be appropriately described as an Instagram photo shoot went down. Photographers armed with brightly lit hula hoops and tall lighting weaved through the tables and attractive patrons to soft the glow of customers ensuring that they are IG ready. We had our picture taken multiple times; I watched the photographer approaching (older) groups of four offering to take their photo. “Models” were posing carefully underneath a lantern ladened, “cherry blossom” tree clutching martinis and giving Blue Steel marketing these drinks like a heavily-invested but above average looking shareholder in the bar. I am not too sure what they are trying to achieve: I know IG is a cultural phenom but curious to know whether this forms part of the real nomikai? Answers on a postcard. The good news is that if you are looking for a night out with cocktails to mingle among the beautiful while nibbling, ONI is a good proposition. If you are a hotel guest on business longing to be released from the clutches of room service and CNN International, fill your boots in either of the bars. If you are trying to get your IG reach up with free professional lighting, come on down. ONI has lots on offer for people, just check if you are meant to be one of them.

(التعليق الأصلي) This February, Oni Japanese Fusion restaurant and lounge re-opened its doors at the Shangri-La hotel on Sheikh Zayed road after a quick revamp. With a few changes in interiors, the concept stayed the same: big and open interactive kitchen, two heavily stocked bars with one secluded in a corner; with dining tables mostly occupying the central space with a few hiding behind an arch. Expect golden accents in interior design, dimmed lights, a comfortable setting with no obligation to dress up, DJ, friendly service, chatty bartenders (Martin) with a fun sense of humour and a great night out. The concept was created by chef Mohammad Islam who believes in focusing on good ingredients sourced locally and from farms in Japan. Some of the imported produce is being delivered from “Hakodate Asaichi” morning market in Hokkaido, Japan. No wonder their thick broth Ramen is so delicious (but a little salty to my taste). Another restaurant’s obsession is a selection of sake generously served as cocktail base, shots, straight beverages, etc. Currently Emil Helmy, former chef at Ramusake, is in charge of day-to-day kitchen operations working closely with the bar team in creating experiences and pairings. Everything I tried was delicious, fresh, light and really good equally in taste and in presentation: Hamachi Crudo (AED 75), home made Crispy Salmon Taco (AED 69), Dragon Roll (AED 85) and all kind of Kushiyaki (skewers) served to the table on a big stone still smoking. Their Matcha Milk cake (AED 45) was heavenly dreamy.

(التعليق الأصلي) Best restaurant experience I've ever had. For real! Everyone there is unbelievably nice and helpful. The vibe is loungy and the food is delicious, been twice and haven't had anything I didn't like. My favorites are the salmon tacos, veggie ramen, chicken gyozas, and the Oni milk cake 😍 the sushi is great too! Ask about portions before ordering as some things come in a few pieces. Filling if you have appetizers and a main course. I barley ever give reviews but this one definitely deserves one.

Anterior is very well done. You can visit this place to sit back late and enjoy ur drinks.. Food is not a great value for money i understand itz a 5star resturant but food should be really different i had Japanese cuisine from different places and trust me it tasted same, this place should be last option to have from here but yeah I recommend if you just want to sit back and have a good relaxing moments with you loved onces

:) :) :) :) :) (التعليق الأصلي) During my 2 week stay in Dubai, ONI is my favourite japanese restaurant for dinner as I really appreciate the variety of japanese food here. Friendly, helpful and - what took me to a higher star rating - they will replace plastic containers with cardboard ones. They actually listen to their clients, which I appreciate.

Contemporary Japanese lounge and restaurant ONI has introduced their latest ‘Nomikai’ experience, an exciting and fun evening social drinking and dining experience unique to Japan and now in Dubai. The ‘Nomikai’ experience happens every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8pm onwards. Last Thursday I was at Oni along with my friend to experience this unique cultural concept.

It was pretty place. It is not authentic Japanese restaurant but the decoration of the bar was pretty. Staffs are very very friendly and it was fun coming here!!! Not much food menu are available. Let's see how noodles are good for the next time!!

Oni is well deserving of the high rating as both the quality of service (mention to Sidesh) as well as the food was very good. We decided to try the Iftar set menu as it was different to the usual Iftar buffets that are offered. As one of our party was gluten intolerant the chef at Oni prepared separate dishes just for her. This to me should be the norm from venues. The vegetable ramen was bursting with flavor as well having a great kick to it. The Wagyu beef was melt in the mouth. Planning to re-visit Oni to try their al la carte menu after Ramadaan. In addition all staff with Shangri-La were very helpful

This place is really awesome, from what I experienced food is highly recommended because its delicious and very authentic japanese taste. I heard every ingredients are from Hokkaido straight up to Dubai, if this isnt dedication to customers i dont know what is. Staffs are really polite and friendly. The ambiance giving you the luxurious feeling because of its black gold and white contrast. And they also have a cute bar with cherry blossoms design. This is a must visit place y'all. You dont want to miss this. Much love- xoxo

With a restaurant adorned with cherry blossom trees and a private sake bar hidden in the back, newly-opened Japanese eatery Oni, seems to be establishing itself as another strong addition to the SZR nightlife scene. A few friends have been and enjoyed, so what better way to see what the hype is, than heading down with my trusty wife to check it out!

Long story short? I loved this place!

Loved the vibe, service, food, drinks; you name it, I loved it!

I tried the Yozakura Journey menu for their ongoing Cherryblossom Festival and I was really impressed by it. Yes, the food was minimal, but with Oni, it's more about the quality than the quantity. This set menu is for 199dhs per person for food only (drinks not included); 3 courses, each course gives you a couple of options to choose from. Since I came with a friend, I was lucky enough to try everything on the menu and I will be happy to share my thoughts on each dish with you so that you'll know exactly what to opt for when you try the Yozakura Journey menu. See? I'm nice like that. :p

So the first course is the appetizer. These are the options and my personal thoughts on each:

Appetizer Number One:

Sakura Fukinomoto Matcha Soup made with Early Harvest Butter Crest, Sakura Leaves, and Matcha Oil.
Decent soup. Made for a good starter. Flavors were authentically Japanese and quantity was also decent.

or

Hamachi Senbai made with Toshima Hamachi, Soy Rice Crackers, Yuzu Avocado.
This was OK but it honestly didn't blow me away. It was more of a small snack rather than an appetizer.

Out of the two above, I'd recommend the Sakura Fukinomoto Matcha Soup.

Appetizer Number Two:

Okonomiyaki made with Soramame, Pickle Spring Onion, Umeshobi Sauce
Amazing, amazing, amazing! Definitely the best appetizer on this list. It was different, flavorful, filling and simply perfect.

or

Inarizushi made with Crispy Tofu Skin, Tuna Tataki, Takuwan
As good as this one was (and it really was great!), it did not outshine the Okonomiyaki which was hands-down the winner of this round.

Winner? Ofcorse the Okonomiyaki.

Appetizer Number Three:

Koroke Tempura made with Pink Shrimp, Onion, Burdock and Carrot
I'm not too crazy about deep-fried appetizers (they fill me up too fast), but this was pretty decent. I would recommend it.

or

Gyoza No Hana made with Kochi Mustard Leaves, Shitake, Charred Soy Bean
YES! YES! YES! This Gyoza deserves a Daniel-Bryan-chant! It was simply perfect. 2 was honestly not enough, I wanted 200.

Winner? It's a close one but I have to give it to Gyoza No Hana.

For the main courses, there were three options, but since I was with 1 friend and not 2, I was only able to try two of them. The one I did not try is the Wagyu Takenoko Ramen which is made with Tsuyu Ramen, Spring Bamboo Shoots and Sliced Wagyu. I'll certainly go back to Oni to check it out, but for now, these are the two main courses I tried.

Main Course:

Asari Mushroom Sweet Pea Rissoto made with Crispy Asari, Hokkaido Rice, Spring Green Pea and Matcha Emulsion
Loved this risotto dish!! Very very delicious indeed! I've never tried an Asian-inspired risotto, but after trying this one, I'm totally hooked!

or

Sakura Tara Katsu made with Crispy Hokkaido Cod, Japanese Katsu Curry, Nori Salad
I love me a good cod and Japanese Katsu Curry, so surely, I loved this meal. Beautiful presentation too!

It's super hard to choose the better one between those two, but if I really had to choose, I'd probably go for the risotto, I may change my mind in an hour though. It's all about the mood. Whichever one you go for, know you've made a great choice!

They have an optional additional meal of Robata Grill Wagyu Kiwami which is a 600-day Australian Wagyu Striploin. The additional charge would be 234dhs for 100GMs. I personally did not try this but thought you may want to know about it anyways :)

For the desserts, they again had 3 options, and I tried 2. The one I did not try is the Sakura Mochi Wrapped in Candied Cherry Leaves. I'm kicking myself right now for not trying it, because it sounds absolutely delicious! But hey, the desserts I did have were definitely delicious!

Dessert:

Sakura & Matcha Home-Made Ice Cream
If you're a fan of matcha, this ice cream is made for you! I definitely enjoyed it!

Cherry Blossom Milk Cake
This milk cake melts in your mouth!! You literally don't have to chew it. It truly tastes heavenly. Definitely one of the best Milk Cakes I've had.

Cherry Blossom Milk Cake wins this one, that's for sure!

Drinks:

Following the same Cherry Blossom theme, Oni also offers some delicious cocktails to go along with your meal. Oni offers 3 different cocktails to choose from, each for 60dhs each. Here are the 3 they offer:

Hanami which is made up of Nigori Sake, Pisco, Bailey's Irish Cream, Agave Nectar and Yuzu

Yozakura which is a handful of Barly Shochu, Kwaifei Lychee, Schochu Infused Cherry Syrup, Fresh Lime, Cranberry, Orange Bitters and Read Bed Caramel

Sakura Sangria which has Cognac, Junmai Sake, Apricot Brandy and Sparkling Rose Wine.

Speaking of cocktails, the Oni bar is beautiful. With a stunning cherry blossom tree framing it, it makes it the perfect way to start your dinner. Or come to think of it, wherever you decide to sit at Oni, it will be a great choice as the interiors as a whole is gorgeous. With backstories to each design element, you will admire each interior view more and more. And by back-stories, for example, they have golden cracks on the walls which they express is beauty. Kintsugi is the centuries-old Japanese art of fixing broken pottery with a special lacquer dusted with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. Beautiful seams of gold glint in the cracks of ceramic ware, giving a unique appearance to the piece. So imagine this throughout the large walls of Oni lounge. 'Beautiful' would be an understatement.

Furthermore, Oni is also a centuries-old Japanese mythical folklore. Oni is the name of hulking figures with one or more horns growing out of their heads. Stereotypically, they are conceived of as red or blue-colored (green-colored), wearing loincloths of tiger pelt, and carrying iron kanabō clubs. Rumor has it that a man put on a mask of Oni and was transformed into Oni himself, never having the option to remove this mask from his face, he lived the rest of this days as this demon. Hense, Oni Restaurant and Lounge's official hashtag is #WeAreOni, depicting the fact that once you enter this restaurant, you will forever be Oni, just as if you wore that mask..

I'm a sucker for backstories and restaurant concepts, so as soon as our waitress, Mandelina (who was incredible BTW) told me about the restaurant's backstory I literally fell head over heels with this place. It's rare to find a restaurant with such a strong and powerful concept and branding, so I have to give credit to Oni for such incredible branding and concept development!

Overall, as I am sure you already figured out by now, I love Oni and honestly can't wait to go back to try some of their other dishes and enjoy more of their great vibe! It's a great place for a group of friends to hang out any day of the week. I highly recommend it and I am sure you will have a great experience there, just as I did.

Can I just start by saying what amazing service they’ve got coupled with cocktails and a sake bar that wows. Their ramen is one of the best I’ve tried at an establishment with the perfect balance of umami and excitement. An exploration into fine and fun Japan if you may

This February, Oni Japanese Fusion restaurant and lounge re-opened its doors at the Shangri-La hotel on Sheikh Zayed road after a quick revamp.

More LifeatHerBrightest.com

This place has a very good environment, fancy and modern. Their ramen is the best in Dubai according to my Japanese friend’s opinion. And I love their BBQ very much.

Only found out about this new Japanese restaurant which opened earlier this year. The menu online looked good so we decided to give it a try. Had dinner there and will definitely love to go visit again soon

My quest for Japanese Cuisine in Dubai is never ending. So when Shangrila Hotel got its new outlet in town I had to knock doors of ONI - The Latest Japanese Food in town.

And what do I get there all my favorite dishes in a more fusionized and delicious form.

Lets talk about the delicious Hamadi Tartar, perfectly done according to my taste buds and tasted divine.

You wont go to a Mexican place for Tacos now come over to ONI for its amazingly delicious Tuna Taco, It still lingers and I am definitely going back for this one.

And yes of course if you are in ONI how can you miss those deliciously prepared Sushi from the Chef himself, I got to try the Crispy Spicy Tuna, Dynamite, California, Dragon, Soft Shell Crab and there was so much more.

As I am not a bit of a raw eater but my hubby loved the Nigiri and Sashimi a lot, he is very skeptical about the aftermath effect of the dihes but over here everything is prepared so fresh and delicious that he claimed to me that this is the place he would like to come over and over again for Nigiri and Sashimi.

How can I miss the RAMEN over here and the Paitan Spicy Beef was my favorite, prepared with concentrated Chicken Base and braised beef cheek.

ONI specializes in creating dishes from the streets of Japan where you will not find anywhere in Dubai. With its delicious taste, fresh food and amazing hospitality I am a FAN of this place.

Its Highly Recommended by TheShazWorld.

Recently opened bar and lounge with Japenese street style food concept in place of the Indian Restaurant Junoon. We were invited for a private birthday party with top notch arrangement of food and cocktails.

We started off with a whiskey cocktail called "Off the Barrel" It was smooth bourbon whiskey drink and delicious cocktail to start with.

There was chicken gyoza, chicken skewers, shrimp dynamite, tuna tacos, veg tacos , veg spring rolls served for the starters all freshly prepared and served hot with dipping sauce. The veg tacos and chicken gyoza was my favorite amongst all.

For the mains, there was fish cod, veg ramen, grilled chicken, fried rice. All the dishes were served in small portions. The ramen was delicious packed with lot of flavor. The rice and chicken was good too. The cod fish was soft and cooked perfectly.

The party went on till wee hours and had to leave. But the manager ensured we got our hands on dessert before leaving. The matcha milk cake and the choc dessert was delicious.

Highly recommend this place. Superb service, high quality food at good price.

I been talking to my colleagues about their ramen, it’s really are the best RAMEN in town , especially the seafood ramen , I came here to treat my best friends that about leaving Dubai .and when my friend just ate it he already claimed it’s the best and he been looking for this kind of Ramen in whole Dubai , and I found out how the effort the chef did for this ramen and all the ingredients came from Hokkaido, but it’s doesn’t make the food costly in fact it’s really affordable,
Should try the tuna n salmon tacos too ,
The staff very friendly, they take care of my friend who felt spicy but can’t get enough n still eating , and for the second time they recognized my friends , they all such a lovely people,
We don’t take much of all the food we had there , at last not to forget the matcha cake is really delicious,
Thank you for having us

Newly opened ONI @onidubai Japanese restaurant in @shangrila_dubai hotel.

🔹Food & Drinks: i like Japanese cuisine. Thanks to @biteclubdubai we had variety of sushi for tasting. Most of them I liked. And rice was cooked in proper way, plus rolled tightly & they didn’t crumble while eating. Combination of ingredients was well matched & presentation pleased my eyes. But I didn’t like that chopsticks without individual packing. As for drinks, not very big but quite good selection of wines, beers, whiskeys and cocktails - covers different tastes. Unfortunately, they don’t have happy hours, ladies nights or any other promotions. Prices are little bit higher than average.

🔹Service & Ambience: staff is very smiley, friendly & helpful. Unfortunately not very attentive. Either they forget to bring the order or bring wrong. Plus, they don’t clean in time, as a result quite often you can see messy tables. All restaurant is nonsmoking. If you are a smoker, you need to run to a bar (which is the part of restaurant separated with glass wall; very small, narrow, not cozy - good for one cigarette, one beer only), smoke there & then come back. Good thing is that if you’re cigar smoker, they have humidor in that bar, but it’s not that place where I would spend smoking cigars.

🔹Music & Entertainment: only background music.

🔹Location & Parking: quite convenient to reach. 5min walking from metro. If it’s not rush hour you’ll pass without traffic, otherwise you can stuck on service road. They have valet parking. And staff downstairs is very nice and helpful. Very nice impression from the beginning.

Thanks for hosting & wish you good luck!

Being sushi lovers, we headed to the new japanese restaurant called ONI. Their range of maki rolls is enticing, with some really good flavours. Would recommend their dynamite and spicy tuna rolls. Overall a nice dining experience with good ambience and service. However, be prepared to pay for the privilege as the restaurant is in an upscale hotel.

ONI is a newly opened restaurant, bar and lounge and is the creation of Chef Mohammad Islam who has devised a menu consisting of high quality dishes with a street food style concept, but at a surprisingly affordable price range. The ingredients are brought in from the food markets of Hokkaido (the second largest Japanese island).

What we tried:
We were invited to a launch dinner event which started out quite promising.

The drinks:
We started off with a cocktail consisting of coffee and ginger, an unusual mix but it worked! Poured over a tall glass with crushed ice, this is a refreshing delicious cocktail to start off with.

The starters/mains:
Edamame (chili): this was delicious, the sticky chili sauce coating the edamame was tasty and not overly spicy.
Tuna Taco: one of the best dishes we tried, fresh truffled tuna with avocado in a crunchy rice taco shell. Great mix of textures.
Hamachi Crudo: the presentation of this dish was beautifully done. Fresh yellowtail with a wasabi salsa and yuzupon froth over the top. We didn’t get to taste a lot of this dish but from what we tried it was an interesting balance of flavours.
Tempura (assortment): had a good crunch to it and that’s all you need really.
Halloumi Goma Salad: An Asian mixed green salad with halloumi cheese and sesame dressing. A nice combination and the cheese was good, not rubbery in texture.
Robata Grill: A traditional method is used to prepare the meats as it’s done over a charcoal grill. This is to retain the juiciness and not have it be dried out. We liked the variety presented, with meats, chicken, vegetables and seafood. Well marinated and nicely presented. The shrimp and asparagus were what we liked best.
We also tried a few pieces of an assortment of nigiri and sushi rolls, the taste and preparation was good but nothing extraordinary.
We managed to taste a bit of two ramen dishes, the flavours were great, and the broths were delicious. We were able to see the chefs in action through the open kitchen. They have a maximum of one and half minutes to prepare a ramen dish to order. Very impressive seeing the preparation first hand.

The dessert:
Matcha milk cake: our favourite for sure. The cake was soft and delicious, with a matcha flavour that was not overpowering.
A citrus toffee cake with sorbet: an interesting combination of flavours but we still preferred the milk cake.

The service was quite rushed considering the number of invitees and even though we were 3 couples at a table, we were only given one serving to be shared amongst us, hence it was difficult to properly taste a few of the dishes.
We would hope to visit again for a more thorough experience.

How to get there:
ONI is located in the Shangri-La hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. Once you enter the hotel, head straight towards the elevators and go to level 2. Once you exit and turn you should see a standing sign showing ‘ONI’ directing you to the right side where you will see the entrance.

You can get there by car or taxi by stating your destination as the Shangri-La hotel. Alternatively, you can take the metro on the red line and get off at the Financial Centre metro station, leaving through the seaside exit. The hotel will be an 8-minute walk from there.

I was invited for the launch of Oni - the newly opened Japanese restaurant in Shangri- La hotel. Oni is an authentic Japanese restaurant, where just about everything originated from Japan. From the ingredients, machinery, and anything authentic you may spot – chances are it’s sourced from Japan.

The ambiance was very elegant. Oni has a separate bar and dining area. Rebecca at the bar was extremely helpful and assisted us with our choice of beverage. We started off with Espresso Margarita and then moved closer home to Red Wine.

Of the lot we were served – I loved the Tuna tacos and the Milk cake.

The tuna tacos in combination with the truffles and avocado was simply sumptuous.

I was pretty intrigued to see the Robata grill. Oni uses traditional methods of using charcoal to cook their Robatas, preserving the juicy tenderness of the meat.

The Milk cake really stood out for me. It was scrumptious and delish and I went in for a second helping as well.

The service was impeccable. The fact that they were all dressed in Kimonos made the restaurant feel more authentic. Special mention to Siddhesh who was ever ready to help.

Oni is a place for authentic Japanese street food, and should definitely be on your must try list.

Today I exprinwved authentic Japanese food at @onidubai .
This newly opened restaurant @shangrila_dubai is one of it's kind in the city.
.
We started our dinner with this amazing Hallumi salad.. trust me when I say it, I have never had a Hallumi salad like this before.. the seseme dressing was a brilliant trick.
Chef Momammed Islam impressed us with one after the one dishes.
.🖤🖤swipe to see all images 🖤🖤
.
ONi signature salad.. with a hint of ginger was such a refreshing start
Followerd by Tempuras.. hot and crispy. Fried to perfection!
I am not a beef dumplings fan, but I couldn't resist having another one after the first one. It was that good!!
.
Sushi platter was another hit.
And how could we leave without trying the spicy Beef Ramen. We are a couple coming from Paris, France on a holiday in Dubai and we found out about this new Japanese Restaurant located in Shangri-La Hotel SZR. The Tuna Tacos and Hamachi Crudo were excellent. The Skewers were very original and good for sharing. People who serve our table are very kind and professional especially Agata. The kitchen is visible and clean. We recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing ambiance, great food, and affordable prices.

Loved the Robata!! The Angus beef skewers are simply a melt in the mouth experience! So are the black cod skewers! The spicy Ramen is also very delicious. Nice ambience, great music and the best part is while it is in a 5 star hotel the prices are amazing!!!

Follow me on instagram: MenuCreeper

Oni is a newly open authentic Japanese restaurants where just about everything in the restaurant originates from Japan. Whether it is ingredients, machinery or anything else, if it looks authentic, chances are it is. I came by for their grand opening a few days ago (soft opening was a few weeks ago). The head chef is South Korean, who’s work I’m a fan of as South Korean and Japanese cuisines have very similar taste points.
