Amazing place. Food is fresh and hot. The flavors are very clear and mesh beautifully. Staff is sweet and helpful. Prices are fairly good. Definitely recommend.

A Palestinian homegrown concept, Mama’esh imports all their ingredients from Palestine and uses organic flour in their breads. Love that they offer whole wheat bread options since it’s so rare to find Arabic food in the city with whole wheat bread.
The qudsiya was a wonderful combination of hummus and foul on one plate with a very refreshing green chili pasty sauce on top! The stuffed vine leaves came with some vinegary pomegranate sauce and was garnished with pomegranates and greens - although it was a little too pungent for me, I liked the combination with the pomegranate. I’m so glad I ordered the oven-baked halloumi - you can hardly go wrong with this one! I was so excited to order the falafel fatayer since Mama’esh recently brought it back into its menu with some enhancements. The falafel fatayer was well executed with deconstructed falafel as the base topped with fresh tomatoes, turnip pickle, fresh mint leaves and a parsley-infused tahini sauce. The first bite of the fatayer was a bit dry - the only redeeming element that made it a moist chew was the tahini sauce. I’d have personally liked some cheese on this, but I guess it makes for a great vegan fatayer.
I’d definitely come again to try more of Mama’esh’s fatayers, since they’ve got quite extensive options. Also, I was impressed that they were eco-friendly with the wooden cutlery and they are one of the few places in the UAE that offer free drinking water.
The ambiance is quite cute and cozy with dim lights and a rustic feel, almost like modernized streets of Palestine. I wish they had a restroom in the restaurant - instead, you’d have to go through the hotel for a restroom.

Food Guide Official has been a professional food reviewer for more than five years. Mama'esh has been one of the few restaurants which exceeded our dining expectations because of the amazing cuisine they serve.
The ambience of the restaurant is quiet promising as they have wooden interiors with a large proportion of day lighting to create a vibrant atmosphere. The intricate details, souvenirs, paintings in the restaurant help to elevate the dining experience.
Moving on to the food, we had ordered oven baked potato and meat pan, Shawerma fatayer, Umm ali, pomegranate juice. The oven baked potato and meat pan was delicious as the combination was phenomenal specifically when served with hot bread.
Shawerma fatayer was rich in flavor with small pieces of chicken being topped with garlic mayo and pickles giving an array of flavor to the taste buds. Pomegranate juice was fresh and something unique not being served everywhere. Finally, we had Umm Ali for dessert which was a blended with puff pastries, sliced almonds and raisins.
Overall, an amazing dining experience which is worth every penny as the atmospherics, food quality and quantity are great.
The food was really good and tasty I ordered musakhan and vine leaves they were delicious, my only comment is they didn’t come with disposables and it was delivered to the office, i would prefer if they cut the musakhan in half so it would be easy to eat also. Other than that it was great 👍🏼
I found this place as most authentic with wholesome flavours. Loved the food and would highly recommend ! The ambience is perfect for a pleasant weather with outdoor sitting!
I had gone here with my bestfriend for lunch from work. The restaurant has such good food, also totally filling for affordable prices, which is the best part. Can’t wait to visit again. Love Lebanese always😍
We miss Mama'esh! We recently moved to a location that is no longer within their delivery area and we're always discussing how much we miss their food. The fatayers are amazing and the palestinian rolls are fantastic. Highly recommended.
