We had a lovely 4 night stay here. Only wished we had booked for longer. We took a long time deciding on which hotel to stay at, when we visit Dubai, while we were at home & planning our holiday. We are happy, that we picked this one. It didn’t disappoint. The staff are very friendly, welcoming & helpful. What we requested at book in, was granted. We had a great room with perfect sea & pool view. A wonderful breakfast each morning, with helpful, cheerful staff & the service was great. The room was cleaned twice a day & turned down at night, which is very comforting, after a long day. The room person,
are very friendly & asked if we needed anything for our room, when we asked for something, they obliged our request, with no delay. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. When we arrived at our room, we had a beautiful welcoming, with petals, two towels modelled into two swans on the bed, fruit & cake. Such a lovely welcome, especially after our late 12 am check in. The pool was great & relaxing. The Rosso staff, were very welcoming, great service & happy. We will definitely pick this hotel, when we will return in a couple of years. Sad to leave today. Perfect stay.
Best brunch in town. Weather permitting of course as in summer it's unbearable but from November through to April this is the place to be on Friday between 12:30 and 4:30 or whatever time after that you decide to stay until. Excellent selection of food (especially the Asian food is top notch) and great atmosphere. DJ understands that volume isn't necessary for people to nod and tap to the music and staff are friendly and generous with the drinks.
