I went for the gluten free afternoon tea. The iced matcha latte was outstanding! I had way too many of them, but I couldn't help myself. I appreciate that they were creative with their sandwich flavours, but I could have done without the foie gras one. The cheese and chicken were my two favourites. The desserts were all delicious but quite sweet. I couldn't finish them all. The scenes are brought out after the sandwiches and desserts. The gluten free scones need improvement. It was like a mouth full of butter. I only took a couple of bites to try each of the jellies and creams that came with the scones. This was a shame because they give such nice spreads for the scones. It's honestly worth going just for the matcha lattes, sandwiches, and desserts that I would go back again.

Roman Lounge is a part of Ceasars Palace that recently opened on Blue waters island Dubai.
We ordered Arabic platter which was filling and worth the order.
Some great selection of mocktails that are worth trying.
Wait time for order to be served was longer than usual however worth the wait as the views are amazing from the terrace.
Unfortunately shisha is only served in the evening and we couldn’t enjoy it as we hit the place around lunch.
The new “must visit” Roman Lounge at #CaesarsPalace #Dubai. Awesome, friendly and engaging team. Takes care of all wishes and it’s a pleasure to come back anytime. My favorite are the cold Arabic Mezze (must try). Absolute stunning place for sunsets on the terrace. Definitely recommend to all my #friends.

The place is amazing, it feels like your in a hidden jungle surrounded by all beautiful green trees around the lounge.
Shisha was really good and smooth, service from all staff was on point.
I wish there were more options in the menu for some smaller bites as I feel this is not the place to have your full dinner but more bites before or dessert and coffee after.

Best lounge on Bluewater island, incredible view on sunset and elegant atmosphere. Staff are so friendly and professional. We came to Roman lounge just for a coffee and desserts. Emelda recommended us to try Baklava their best seller and chocolate cake and it was the best choice for us, coffee has rich taste and good foam for cappuccino, Joy was very hospitable and invited us to try their lunch next time, definitely we will come here again and again.

Visited Roman Lounge at Caesar's bluewaters, they offer food, drinks, shisha & desserts! We ordered wagyu beef burger, loaded with an egg & onion rings, my favorite was the truffle fries and the grilled montgomery cheese with tomato and avocado sandwich was delicious! Would definitely visit again to try their afternoon tea!
