Decent place to have breakfast. Service is slow because it's got too many people dining. But staff is sweet and handles people with smile. Coffee was my best pick of the lot. Strong and fresh. Omelet was great, so was bircher muesli.

Been there for iftar twice ..and absolutely loved it..their lentil soup was one of the best i have ever tried..desserts were outclass..great food with good ambiance.
Was a fabulous night out..we really enjoyed the international cuisine.. the choice of food was great and the taste was excellent..

Fairmont Dubai is hosting iftar this year in a very traditional Ramadan tent, which is so far the only tent on the Sheikh Zayed Road. We had an Iftar preview at The summit to try out some of their dishes. The theme of the Iftar is to relive the inspirational culinary voyage taken by many famous Arabian travelers and explorers. We were in to discover eight influential cuisines prepared in time-honored traditions.
I had iftar here last week and it was good experience. The food is of good quality and cuisines from different Arab countries which really fascinated me..I loved their helpful staff :)))

Fairmont Dubai is a well known 5* hotel in Dubai which simply leads to high expectations when it comes to special occasions including the Holy Month of Ramadan. Fairmont Dubai had set up a beautiful tent like atmosphere along with several stations with wide range of options. The tables were carefully decorated with Ramadan ornaments and snacks including fancy dates which my eyes immediately caught and it all seemed like a good start!
Our company held a conference in this hotel, so lunch was part of the package. Had plenty of choices in their buffet selection. You must try the "beef pastrami" if its included in the menu. Only downside, it was a tad bit hard to call the server's attention if you need anything. Not sure, but it might be because it was a busy time since it was lunch. Will definitely go back there and update my review.
Recently I had an opportunity to dine in this stylishly decorated indoor restaurant with an artificial sky- roof in Fairmount hotel. The buffet was moderately varied but the special thing about it is that the taste is better than the other similar buffets in five star rated hotel- restaurants. The appetizers, main courses and the desserts were all presented well and we're suitable for every palate. They had Indian, Arabic and south-east Asian cuisines. The servers were polite, friendly and zealously maintained the cleanliness of the place. It's not spectacular but does the job nicely.
I recommend this for a nice family lunch with good food.
Came here for Company meeting. We had lunch buffet.The food was excellent that infact we decided to stop the diet and indulge the rich quantity of food, believe me once we saw the food buffet, the plate was filled up liked a mountain( ihad grilled chicken, swish tawook, biryani rice, chicken masala,samosa,veg spring roll ,kuboos, humoos, chicken soup,mutton kebab, ceasar salad, and orange juice ). bcos its impossible to resist.( we were a group of dieters as well)
the last was was the sweets, cheesecake, chocalate cake,mango mouse, etc was exccellent.
and somehow we didnot feel sleepy for the meeting after the lunch.
Overall nothing to complaint about, worth visiting...

This is a excellent restaurant in the Fairmont hotel. They have great breakfast buffet with plenty of choices and cuisine options. We had breakfast here twice and loved it both times. We also had dinner and had some great service and options for vegetarian food.
