This was our first time in this restaurant ..we ordered a mix grill and sabzi qorme and the quantity was quite good .Their Service was quite fast and the staff was very attentive .Ambience of the restaurant was very pleasing .

Abshar is the most popular and most important Iranian Restaurant in Dubai. I really love the decorations, hospitality, waiters, valet, the live bread station and so on. But when you calculate all this to the service of delivery and presentation it is upmost outstanding. The manager came to our table and other tables atleast twice or thrice, this is super wow. But then the waiter Bilal and the others are super active and keeping an eye on your table and making sure everything is clean and neat and tidy. Now, comes the food and i have no comment but to say Thank You. Really an absolute Thank You. I can't describe how it feels and taste (as its amazing) but i highly recommend that you guys go and dine in at Abshar and experience what we experienced. Sahtein 😊
Restaurant is clean, service good. Qiality food it's really good compare to price. I have been already few times and will visit again.
The place is decently decorated
Lentil soup was creamy and flavourful. Add a squeeze of lime for extra tango ness
The rice is soft , meat cooked to perfection. It just melts in your mouth.
The tea was too strong for my palate so I had it in sips along with the dates and sweets served.
Mind the portion sizes , it’s huge. So I would suggest place an order and then order if there’s space left. I struggled and had to pack the remaining.
Amazing food and excellent staff. One of the best service you get in Dubai. Kebabs were delicious.
Grand Abshar restaurant is a persian restaurant situated in Umm Suqeim, in Jumeirah. The restaurant is nearly two year old and it serves some fabulous and authentic iranian fare in a very simple and casual setting. I had an opportunity to visit Abshar with food blogger suren rajamohan this week. We really enjoyed the fare, ambiance and service.

A truly Persian Affair. You’d love the ambience, set in the older times, the glorious chandelier & guests dining room decorated with fresh flowers for each table. Beautiful!
Now the food, menu is authentically Persian so you’d find all traditional dishes like Dizi, Tachin, Chelo Kebab, Iskander Kebab, so on and so forth.
We started with some Bademjan, followed by Aoush, and then devoured some kebabs that came with a side order of saffron rice !
Everything was delicious & lastly the tea service had my heart, beautifully served in a teapot with condiments & sweets.
Loved the place, it has a soul that calls out to you. Can’t wait to be back.
The interiors here tries to capture the time past of Iranian glamour. The restaurant is simply stunning, with large inviting reception area, where stunning chandeliers inviting you, the tiled floors are grand. The place is so big, you can easily sit over 300 people. They take you back in time. Once we sat, we started to go through the menu and the host was kind enough to help us through it. We ordered the strawberry and Mango juice. Loved it, no sweet was added, the natural flavours were intact, we just asked for more ice. We ordered their Abshar special salad, which has hommous, tabouleh, mutable. This was served with a traditional bread perfect thick, crisp and topped with sesame seed. Excellent, flavours were fantastic. This was good enough for 3 people, great portion size
Foodie Rahgeers are back with another exploration and this time it's authentic Persian food. This was our first visit to Abshar and frankly speaking we just loved the over all expereince. The place has quite a vibrant atmosphere and they serve delicious food.
We tried their traditional starters along with their famous mix grills of chulu Kebabs.
If you are looking to try authentic Persian/Irani food then this is the place to go.

As firet insight, we were impressed by the decoration at the entrance has a unique style.
Ambience was really good, quite music which let you relax. Menu has a big variety of food. we have selected mix grill and grilled shrimp.
Staff was so firendly, and we met the owner. A very polite and gentle guy.
Food was so delicious and plates are generous as well.
Good presentation and taste.
Service was quite fast.
