The staff was very polite and friendly to customer, and I love their Grilled Cheese Turkey Panini and French Vanilla. That's my favourite that I always ordered in Tim Hortons.

The outlet is located inside the dubai mall.
The frozen hot chocolate was what I tried. Something that il look forward to have everytime I will visit Tim Hortons. I loved it.
It is iced up with chocolate shake and topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Recommended!!

After loading my self with cheesecake factory burger and cakes i had to get me the one and only tim hortons coffee. I must day the coffee roasted well and the flavour is amazing. Then i had to reload my self with few donuts. Excellent service and price from tim hortons.

Cool place for casual coffee and people watch. Located beside the main thoroughfare for the famed Dubai fountain and Burj Khalifa view, you can see people of myriad nationalities pass by.... A great experience. Loved it....

Went in Tim Horton as feel like to eat dough nuts so ordered for their chicken shawarma wrap with doughnuts. The chicken shawarma was tasted good doughnuts were mouth watering. Definitely recommended to try

Loved their New Drinks.
We ordered a Berry Yoghurt and two Caramel Frappe. Refreshing.
The service is very quick and the staffs are friendly.
The place can get too crowded most of the time due to its location near the water fountain.
They do have amble seating to accommodate the crowd.

Tim Hortons is having good number of outlets in Dubai and this one is one of them.. Located just nearby to food court of Dubai Mall.. This one is having separate area dedicated for customers and because of that you can get table easily as compare to normal food court as it is almost pack every time..

Ordered French Vanilla Coffee & Greek Salad Wrap.. French Vanilla Coffee is Tim Horton’s signature coffee which is little sweet as compare to other coffee and has different twist in taste as well of vanilla.. Small portion of coffee is enough for one and if you are ordering medium or large then it would be more than enough as quantity is too good..

Greek Salad Wrap is again a good option for people who want to have vegetarian food and again taste is also good.. Both can be considered as must try.. Service was quick.. Seating was comfortable..
