Great midweek meal. The service from the bar through to the restaurant was great. Love the ambiance of the restaurant abd the jazz music soundtrack.
Wasnt busy as it was tuesday bit the atmosphere was good and will definitely be back for a weekend visit and to try the brunch.
Food was tasty, we had salmon and lamb which were good bistro type fare.
Recommended highly.
Fabulous restaurant! No need for truffled wagyu or gold leaf nonsense, just very elegant mostly classic dishes brilliantly executed. Starters all good especially crab claw and chicken liver parfait, mains also delicious in particular the sea bream in a tomato broth which was light yet warming, marvelous. Tarte tatin another good example - we almost didn’t choose it as it sounds average but it was sublime! Staff also classy, took care of our sleepy young son and my wife’s gluten intolerance very well. Only disappointment of any sort was on behalf of the restaurant that it wasn’t more busy, deserves to be packed. Bravo! Hope to see you again soon
Wow what a great little diamond and a fabulous mid week breaker. Wine and Welli for only AED350 for two people.Truly amazing beef wellington cooked to perfection, amazing quality and staff cannot be more helpful, great experience and the added highlight being listening to all the old favourite rat pack songs by Michael Antoinio. Highly recommend it peeps. Great Night.
Absolutely loved this new restaurant by chefs Nick & Scott. Verve hosts a Welli & Wine night every Wednesday in a beautifully classic setting, with brilliant live music by a jazz singer and delicious food. The theme night is priced at only AED 350/ couple for beef wellington and a bottle of grape to share. The service is fantastic and the staff is very efficient. Highly recommended!

I have a great offer for you at Verve Bar & Brasserie located at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick at Media City. Every Wednesday, from 7pm, you can dig into a beef Wellington to share, along with a bottle of grape, for Dhs 350 a couple. It was an amazing experience!. Chef Mohammed, the team and the General Manager of Verve are so friendly and they will make sure that you will spend a memorable night.
After a wonderful holiday in UK for 10 days, I returned home to Dubai yesterday and the first venue that I had a meal was at Verve Bar & Brasserie. And I couldn’t have picked a better place. Verve Bar & Brasserie is the latest venture of Gordon Ramsey trained British duo- Nick & Scott. Located in the Ground Floor of Grand Plaza Movenpick, Verve is a contemporary brasserie featuring modern European cuisine.
We went for the Wellington night. Loved the place, the food was great, the meat was cooked to perfection and the staff was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend this place!
Great brunch, great staff. Warm welcome and seating was spacious and comfortable. Staff could not have done more to help. Had memories of the Ivy in Dubai.
I’m always a fan of locally developed restaurants and chefs, and the team of Nick and Scott are no exception. Their Folly restaurant at the Madinat is one I consistently recommend, both on the radio, to visitors, and really, just anyone looking for a great time. So, when I learned the team was behind the recently opened Verve Brasserie at the new Grand Movenpick in Media City, I knew I had to check things out.
