We celebrated my sons Birthday in CILANTRO at Arjaan Rotana, Media city for Friday Brunch with my family.
Wide variety of Cuisines with live cooking station and Desserts. The Salads and soups were good as well and tasty.
Professional hotel staff and friendly. The lady in the restaurant (don't remember her name) was very helpful. In fact they give us a surprise gift for my son - a cute birthday cake, lit up and they sang the birthday song for my son. It was a real surprise gift for my son.
Very good ambience, quite and very clean. They gave us free valet parking as well.
The chef in the live cooking station served us a delicious omelette. The buffet was very good and tasty. We loved the pasta, main dishes and a variety of desserts. This was our second visit.

Totally enjoyed the Brunch and ambience at Cliantro is definitely highly recommended.

The Friday Brunch at Cilantro was a quiet affair. The place is pretty and the set up is lovely however I am guessing the place is only popular among the hotel residents.
What I really liked about the place is that it looks so chic and the spread is just right for someone like me who isn't a big fan of extremely elaborate buffets.
From the soup section I tried the Sweet Corn Chicken soup and absolutely loved it. The Lentil soup was great as well. From the starters I enjoyed the Kibbeh as they were fresh and warm. From the salad bar the Hummus and Moutabal were creamy and the texture was perfect. I also tried the Beetroot Salad, I wish the beetroot was a bit more cooked.
From the main course I tried the Fish Harra, the Mixed Grill, Paneer Butter masala with steamed rice and Fried Fish with tartar sauce and enjoyed them all, however the Fish Harra was my favorite. It was well cooked and the harra sauce on it went really well with it. The Paneer Butter masala tasted great too, it was creamy and had a perfect texture.
The dessert spread is decent and I tried the Umm Ali which is my all time favorite. I must say that the folks here did a fairly good job at it.

Also love the fact that they had a Cute Kids Corner with their favourite Fries & Nuggets along with other great options for the kids to indulge in.

The resturant was lovely in terms of Seating & Space & also the Staff was absolutely Courteous & made us feel well looked after.

I visited Cilantro today for Arabic theme dinner buffet and it was a sumptuous meal with an array of items in appetizers, main course and salads and fruits. Grilled platter and roasted beef and chicken were perfect and chicken mandi was also really good. All the desserts were also extremely tasty. The interior of the restaurant is very elegant. Said from the hotel staff was extremely courteous and took good care of us while we had dinner. Highly recommended and I look forward to visiting it again.
Fantastic place for a very healthy buffet dinner - GREAT value for money!

+ plenty of underground parking and valet parking
+ they have recently renewed the lobby and restaurant area - it is very bright and welcoming
- don't be thrown of by the fact that this is in a hotel and you are the only guest in the restaurant or maybe there is just another lonely dinner on the opposite side of the restaurant - the fresh and healthy food is fantastic and plentiful

Went to Cliantro for dinner. The restaurant was empty as they were renovating the hotel. They had buffet where you can choose 1 main course from menu and all other was part of buffet. They had nice spread of salads, soups, cold cuts, cheese and breads. They were no much offering of any starters. They had big offering of desserts from cakes, Arabic sweets and Indian sweets 😋. From main course we ordered Chicken Biryani and Salmon dish. The service was nice and quick. Only they need to increase their starter offering.
Hope after renovation they have more to offer and enhance the experience

A classy, tidy and clean place.. The location is good and easy to reach.. The service is great and excellent.. The food is good and varied and satisfies all tastes. The prices are reasonable.. I recommend visiting it..

Had been to cilantro for friday brunch. Friendly staff, all the chefs were very good at maintaining hygiene and they gave us a food tour before we started.
All covid restrictions were in place, social distance, hygiene etc.
Variety of food and salads were great, desserts were good only baklava was not very fresh. Overall great experience!
