We regularly go here for lunch or breakfast. Food is consistent and you know what you are getting. Highly recommend the Gambini Omelette and Granola at breakfast and the Burger, Chicken Escalope, Chicken Spinach Salad, and Smoked Salmon and Pumpernickel. We recently also tried the Date Carmel Cake for dessert and that was also really good. The servers are very friendly and remember you if you return. Definitely worth trying for a casual meal.

I wanted to write this review long time ago but I wanted to check if Casper is consistent in their good service, amazing food taste and quality and they are indeed! I simply love this place especially that it reminds me of my Lebanese home! The first thing that is so welcoming about it is the refreshing smell, as if walking in a spa, and the relaxing, classy furniture and ambiance.. Quite clean, calm and elegant interiors and the view, although it overlooks downtown buildings, is bright which I like when having lunch.
The menu is quite big and tempting which explains why I visited Casper so many times( entertainer vouchers also helped). I have tried many dishes: For the salads,I tried crispy crazy, mango quinoa, gourmand and chicken asian salad( I tried this today) .. all quite delicious, satisfying and refreshing, thanks to a good mix of fresh ingredients and suitable dressings..my advice is to order dressings on the side, especially the asian salad as it was very creamy to my liking. Some of the mains I tried are provolone steak( I also tried that today), seafood barley, chicken under the brick and chicken escalope.. each plate has a distinctive yummy taste and all are genrously portionned and all ingredients are fresh.. yumyum!
Desserts are so delicious especially the red velvet cake and chocolate fondant..both are balanced in their sweetness..the chocolate is dark and smooth while the red velevet cake is moist and the mascarpone cream makes the taste really velvety.. I ordered the raspberry coulis on the side as I don’t like the tangy taste of fruits with the cake..
Service is quite attentive and polite and the staff well trained, friendly and attend to signals promptly..
This restaurant serves some dishes that are equally yummy to other dishes that I have had in fine dining restaurants.. Hope it opens a licensed hotel..It is a shame that it doesn’t get the reputation and attention it deserves.. I will definitely visit again to try more dishes and some of the breakfast items as they look quite appealing as described on the menu..
Am new to Dubai and my first experience was great at Casper,calm classy restaurant with excellent service and food. The pizza was authentic along with the recommended Asian salad. the steak was cooked perfectly and the shrimps Cesar salad was mouth watering.

Lovely ambience and view. Great location at downtown dubai. Food is very good too specially loved the chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream.
I am new in Dubai and this my first review, and I had a lovely experience I want to share about Casper and Gambinies which was impressive and by chance after a visit to the hotel which the resto is located.
first the place is classy and calm which you can enjoy your food, the service in so friendly from the waiters to the management. we ordered crispy crazy salad and sushi which was absolutely fresh and you can feel every ingredient. we had truffle slider burger and Asian salad and escalope which was amazing. The chocolate cake was the winner. and I wont forget the zesty green juice.
The prices a bit high with the taxes but we got our neighbor discount which i will be always a neighbor and come back :-)
Here are my 2 cents
- ordered 'black inked salmon pasta' and 'seafood barley'
- quality and taste is fairly good. Service was good / friendly
- free parking available close by (on free construction land)
- entertainer can be used for main course
- prices are steep
The restaurant is located in Damac maison royale the distinction. The decor allows the beauty of the food to really shine, . The restaurant buzzed with excited energy and was comfortably full with seemingly satisfied patrons.
for the starters we had crispy calamari and palermo buratta which was amazing, for the main course we had chicken under brick and escalope which was yummi. i recommend to have southern mint ice tea... i will definitely visit Casper again.
I have chosen this restarting and didn’t regretted about it. Waiter was very helpful in helping me to choose. Food was delicious. Dessert Pain Perdue is amazing. Thanks for delicious meal and friendly atmosphere)
Is nice view outdoor to Burj Khalife. I’ve ordered salad Crab and Avocado, Chicken Escalop, trio cheese cake. Its really was testy. Staff are very polite. Definitely will visit this place again.
One of the hidden gems in Dubai.....
The platters are generous and the service in so warm, we ordered burgers and pizzas. I can say it is the best pizza in town. we got 15% discount as well on the bill. I highly recommend ;)
