Took my friend and her mum to try out some Goan Cuisine. As they are Sri Lankan, they were excited with the choice of place. All COVID safety measures were met.
Starters:
Prawn Reachad Tawa Fry: The dish was amazing. They totally loved it! As per their feedback (I don’t eat seafood), the prawns had the right amount of masala to it.
4 out of 5
Beef Croquettes: I liked the croquettes. Wasn’t the best that I’ve had, but was pretty good. Personally needed more zing, flavour-wise.
3.5 out of 5
Mains:
Pomfret Reachad Tawa Fry: Ordered two portions of this and they swiped it! They absolutely loved it!
5 out of 5
Tongue Roast Semi Gravy: I had to order this dish along with the “Pao”. Oh this was really really good. Tongue was cooked perfectly. This along with the pao, #yummyinmutummy

We really really wanted to have the Bebinca for dessert, but was unavailable. Next, we asked for the custard with jelly which was also unavailable.
Would have really enjoyed the experience if the dessert options were better.
Best Ambot Tik I’ve had in a while! Recommend having the Tandoori fish..
Food: 5/5
Ambience: 4/5
Service: 4/5

The best Goan restaurant in Dubai. Taste and aroma takes me back home to my Goa
Ordered Chicken Tandoori. The food was really disappointing 👎👎. Never again ...✌️✌️
The perfect place for Goan food with reasonable rates.
The food here is authentic and will definitely make your day.
I visited the place after along time with my friends and for starters we had prawns risotto and prawns masala which met the spicy tongue and mild taste buds we were looking for. Potato chops is another best seller that you have to try and cannot miss.
For the main course we had pulao and meat special gravy which was the special dish of the day * With pao and sanna.
If you want to try authentic dessert go for the bebinca.
The entire dinner experience for taste was simply delicious.
Only a point to get better at would be to get a better ambience.
Kudos to the delivery man, who delivered my order on this uncertain rainy night... I am very appreciative to the restaurant for considering safety of its delivery people of paramount importance..... Thank You, Thank You, Thank You...
Keep up the good service being rendered.
Visited this place with my family, ordered, Treats Special, Chicken, Chicken Xacuti, Rava fried Bombay duck, all was great at reasonable prices, Good staff, later ordered home delivery Chicken Chawla it was out of the world, fantastic taste, keep up the quality and standards

Very good authentic Goan taste
KingFish curry wasnt tasty enough
Good food, stick to the traditional cuisine if you are ordering. Value for Money. Deserving of the 4 stars. The Beef potato chops and the chilly fry was awesome

Amazing food. i have always loved the food here.
My fav restaurant for goan food
Just stopped by at this place while driving in Karama, amazing Goan food exactly what I was looking for. The place is small however the food compensated for it along with quick service. If you haven't been here, definitely worth a try..
Treat is always a failsafe option that has great food with a good price. we usually order the potato chops which is a Goan starter delicacy. Also good options are tongue roast and manchow soup
Love their curries♥️ especially their special treat chicken curry. Mouthwatering flavors ! You can also go for their butter chicken, chicken tikka masala. They also have a very special and delicious veg pasta dish which I am addicted to.
This ones for all the local Goan cuisine . The food is great , squids fry , prawns rava fry , rice & kingfish curry would be the best bet. Try the afternoon lunch thali which is worth the money and tasty. Fish fry is fresh and you can try the Goan Racheido masala fried pompfret. A nice place to hangout with friends. This is the best place You can eat a Goan meal in Dubai at the most affordable place. The staff is great and friendly and sure to make you comeback for more. Easy going casual dine in place.
Treat is proving to be a real Goan treat. Potato chops and croquets as well as pulao and chicken cafreal are quite authentic.. Will definitely try their other goan dishes.
need to reduce the time taken to cook
M sure a lot of goans like this place for its cuisine.
My fav dish here- chicken manchow soup, Bombay duck fry, prawns and bhindi curry and last but not the least methi chicken curry.
This place is economic so doesn't hurt to try new dishes.
very yummy delicious food
A quiet and small restaurant where u can grab goan dishes...Good portion sizes as we enjoyed gobbling prawn balchau and mackerel raechad..it was tasty and appetizing..reasonable pricing and recommend this place for goan cuisines
We got a home delivery without any expectation on the weekend . Was pleasantly surprised with super quality food .ordered the butter chicken ,chicken kaalimirch ,Hyderabadi biryani ..all excellent quality and great flavors . Keep it up
We order regularly from Treat Restaurant. Food is tasty n delicious. We tried many items from here veg n non-veg. Spl Chicken Biryani is our favourite. Good food for reasonable prices.
Ordered the
Tava Fry Prawn Rechiado,
Prawn Bhendi Curry and Basmati Rice. The food was delivered on time. The curry was excellent and the prawn rechiado was nice and spicy. The food was good but the salad that came complimentary was bitter. I think just plain onion slices, pickle and lime would have been better.
Ambience is okay!! Parking could be the problem!Food specially Goan dishes potato chops beef, vindaloo , King fish curry and rice are amazingly yummy 😋😋😋! I normally visit this place for Goan dishes only!! Staff is nice!!
A must visit for a GOAN.
Ordered Fsh Thali & Macrel reshad fry.
✔️ Mouth watering.
✔️ Warm n friendly staff
✔️ Decent portion
✔️ Quick serving
✔️ Reasonable price
✔️ Great Menu Items
Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Love the authentic goan food. The squid chilly fry being my favourite!! Also do try the potato chops and the beef chilly fry. A great place for seafood, spicy lovers and nevertheless the typical goans. However a little too pricey but worth the try.
Eid Holidays# Enjoyed eating Bangda rechad masala,Goan fish curry, potatoes prawn chops, chicken etc etc reminded me of Goa completely ! Super Duper happy Good service very friendly staff
What we ordered
Prawn rava fry
Beef croquettes
Tongue roast
Great food... they use Rava/semolina for their croquettes and potato chops which is different. Great food. Simple and on point... great job guys
Found this by accident on one my wanders alone. Ordered chicken pulav and potato chops. A good home-style meal. Not bad at all. Chops were different but tasty. Pulav was homely and filling. Good portions.
This is hands down the best restaurant for Goan food in dubai. Me and 2 other friends tried the squid masala fry, King fish rava fry, prawn rexhad masala Chicken n potato chops for starters ,and for main course Prawn curry rice and we loved every thing we had. Excellent service and hospitable staff as well. Definitely one of my favourites in dubai and I'm going to keep coming back for more!
This place specializes in comfort food!! OMG the daal and rice is just way to good to be true, spice it up with a ambotik curry and you will be in a good mood for the rest of the day!! Tried out their Prawn breadcrumb fry another item added to my favorites. They also make very yummy Sanna's and that goes well with the sarpotel. The only pain with this place is the parking, I cant imagine how well this place would do if it was located with ample parking. But still we all are ready to take all that pain to indulge in some super yummy food!
A nice place for Gian food with reasonable prices. I really like their potato chips and beef croquettes. The service is pretty good too. They are good for catering too. The bring the food home with serving dishes and plates and spoons. So all was taken care of.
Some good goan stuff with Konkani speaking staff too... the tongue roast is fantastic... prawn balchao - good , stuffed squid - even better .. and it's value for money... great food at very reasonable rates
Crazy goan food....just love the macreal rechad and caramel dessert. The stuffed bombay ducks are also nice. Goan curry is also tempting that makes you want more. The place is also nice....cool service....to all goans a must visit

If you are looking for good seafood, skip the fine dining place and head to a Goan restaurant like this one right here. Treat is a real treat especially when it comes to seafood. Just bear in mind that their masalas are hot (as they should be) So if you can't take spice, Inform them beforehand.

@AyaashPaw
This place has the most authentic Goan cuisine in Dubai. Their cafreal, stuffed papads, croquettes, mackerel recheido are amazing and feels like home. Best of all are the prices... Definitely on the lower end by Dubai's standards.
Awesome place for some nice goan food....the variety or fishes is good and the best part the food is made fresh , so be prepared to wait for few extra minutes.
So a good place and pocket friendly as well
I've ordered from this place quite often especially when I miss home food.
I tend to order the green chicken curry, prawn potato chops, tongue roast every time. This time apart from my regulars I tried the prawn chilly which I try to avoid when cooked in a restaurant but I have to admit, it really was fresh and tasty. Makes me think what else is mouth watering on their menu that I haven't tried as yet.
I have tried a squid masala fry in a few places but Treat offers the best
Hands down, I would recommend this place as well as continue to order from them again.
A hidden gem by all means, I know this restaurant for 8 years thanks to my foodie Mumbaikar buddies! Have been frequenting this place time and again. And it does full justice to its name.
All their sea food items are fantastic - be it Crab Xac Xac, Xacuti, Cafreal, Reachado, etc. are top notch. Even their pan fried sea food and chicken items are a joy to gorge into. Only the Balchao gravy isn't as great. The caveat - its a nightmare to find a parking there on weekends!

Visited Treat with my fiancé last night as we were craving authentic Goan food.
The pricings on the menu were reasonable and while we were ordering, we didn't expect the quantities to be so much, and boy were we surprised!!
On being seated, we were immediately greeted with a bowl of salad, although it was too peppery, it was still refreshing.
We ordered the crumb fried calamari and chicken lollipops in garlic sauce. The calamari was simply devine. It felt like we were enjoying it at a beach shack all the way from Goa. The chicken lollipops weren't so special, but they weren't all that bad either.
We then placed an order for dal khichdi, beef tongue roast, and rava fried kingfish.
The service was really quick and the food was simply delish! The tongue roast masala felt like home! We were served two giant pieces of kingfish and even though I'm not really a fish person, my fiancé was definitely pleased.
Like I mentioned earlier, the quantities were so much that we ended up taking home a parcel of the leftovers.
We were waited upon by Francis, a very jolly chap who helped us in our food selections, as well!
All in all, it was such a wonderful dinner and I'm so glad to have found a Goan restaurant, so cheap, in the heart of Dubai
Treat, you guys are definitely going to see a lot of me!!
