Introducing you to the most amazing vegetarian meal I have come across I.e @sadakchaapdubai .
I have been invited to taste their luscious and mouthwatering meals .
Let me tell you that @sadakchaapdubai is an authentic vegetarian restaurant in Karama that provides not only vegan meals but I can bet it can easily win the hearts of non vegetarian too through their absolute scrumptious meals .

It consists of many different taste or different regions of India. Plus they served me hyderabadi thaali chaap and I loved every bite of it .
I was so excited to taste each and every bite they served as vegan was a completely different experience for me. And was surprised when I took the first bite .. oh my it’s not meat then how does it taste like meat . That was remarkable !
Their spices will thrill you and would definitely make you a customer of life.

This is one of the places i can go all the way from Silicon to Karama for the pani puri.
Not many places in dubai are serving pani puri in so many flavours . LOVED IT !
We also ordered :
•Mix chap platter - very good espcially the mint flavoured & lucknowi .
•Lassi & Modi lemonade - Tasty
•Dinner Thali - a perfect combo and sufficient for 2 persons . The paneer gravy was very delicious
•Mong dal halwa - simple and flavourful .
Pricing is reasonable , offers a good range of vegetarian items .
Comforatble seating and service was quick .

This 90’s Bollywood themed restaurant serves delicious vegetarian chaap dishes that will still satisfy non-veg eaters like me. Chaap for those who are not familiar with this, is a mixture of soya bean and flour best replacement for meat. It is very tender and absorbs flavors like a typical chicken meat.
I am not a soya fan but the dishes were so tasty and well spiced. I enjoyed the most the Chaap Thali with variety of chaap curries served with chaap biryani and some sweets.
Ended my meal with their signature Chai served in a clay glass. It’s very aromatic and neutralized my taste buds after all the spices in my meal.
I also ordered Moong Dal Halwa, a yummy dessert like a fudge made of lentils and garnished with nuts.
Definitely coming back to try the other chaap dishes and enjoy the fun atmosphere @sadakchaapdubai ❤️ Kudos to their friendly and accommodating staffs too 👌👌👌👌👌
Who doesn’t love chaat ! @sadakchaapdubai serves delicious chaats along with an extensive menu of starters, main courses and desserts. Ofcourse the chaat and paani puri was delicious. What surprised me most was that I am not a soya fan. Yet I ate all their soya starter that was in 7 different flavours and enjoyed it. Their chole bhature was yum! Specially the chole. If you are a vegeterian or a street food lover or like desi food this is your one stop place.
Warm inviting staff and groovy bollywood themed ambiance is what you receive when you step into Sadak chaap.. for all of you who may not know but what to try “chaap” is soya and could you have even imagined the number of tasty dishes you could make from chaap.. we tried a mixed platter which consisted of Amritsari, Lahori, Rajasthani , harayani and even Italian style grilled chaap and they were all delish, to wash it down has sadak chass and modi shikanji.. Bahuballi samosa lives upto its name with the side and flavor..next we had to have the pani puri with the different pani’s.. and the Thali who could beat that at just AED 20.. and last Punjabi Chaap accompanied with laccha paratas.. overall an amazing experience of tastes and definitely a must try and i tell you you will be converted to love Chaap.. and who could forget the Madka chai..chai ka pyali.

Modi shikanji- this drink was very different from the usual drinks. Lemonade with jeera and many other flavours on the drink. Very refreshing u should definitely check it out!
Sadak chaas- buttermilk with their signatory spices added. Perfect drink i must say! 🍸
Paani puri- puri was served with all flavours like sweet, spicy, katta meetha, jeera and we loved how different puri tasted. Something unique again.
Bahubali samosa- bahubali samoosa was something i had noted long time to see what the hike was about. The love the crispy outer of the samosa and the filling of the samosa was spicy side and as you can see the size of the samosa is HUUUUUUGE 🤩 and looks loveeeeely ❤️
Lunch thai- for just 20 dhs this thali will be apt for hunger and everything in the thali was yummilicious. No words. Too good.
Mixed subharamb- we tried all the chaaps- amritsari, hariyani, lahori, lucknowi, rajasthani, gujarati and italian. The one i loved the most was lahori, rajasthani and amritsari. Others were good as well but being spicy lover my favorites had picklish nature and as i said unique taste.
Punjabi Chaap with laccha porotta- sweet and spicy flavour chaaps in creamy gravy. Went so well with the laccha porotta and screamed out OMG OMG
Garam chai ki pyaali- last but not the least without chai the meal becomes incomplete. Its their special chai (jaggery tea) ☕️ and simply sipped slowly to really feel the heat.
Loved the ambience, woody chair and contrast colours with touch of bollywood animated frames. Never was chaap lover before till date. Now im die hard chaap lover! 🤩🤩

@sadakchaapdubai is an Indian, Bollywood themed restaurant with fun names for its dishes and predominantly serves dishes made from Chaap (soybean and flour mixed together to make a mock/vegan meat alternative that is very popular in North India and sold via street card vendors).
I had never had chaap before so this was a first time experience for me. I tried the following -

Modi Shikanji (Spiced lemonade) - refreshing and freshly made
Full Bhel (Bhel puri) - didn't taste as good as the other dishes I had
Mukhband (5 shot glasses with different flavours of Pani with your Puri's) - I enjoyed the different tastes with varying levels of spice
Chaap Platter (7 chaap kebabs with different marinations) - this is a must-order as you get to try all the types of marinations they use. It's quite unique and for the non-veg lovers, you may feel like you're eating chicken or fish
Lollipop Chaap - fun take on the chicken-based dish. It's marinated well and has a slight BBQ flavour to it
Amritsari Chaap Combo - rich thick gravy with paneer like chaap in it that tastes delicious with the accompanied laccha paratha's
Thali - If you would enjoy a combination of chaap gravy dishes (including daal) with chaap biryani and dessert and have a large appitite then this is your best bet
Matka Kulfi & Moong Dal Halwa - both delicious and tasted fresh
The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and maintained all social distancing rules. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with how good chaap and would recommend a visit to Sadak Chaap

Have you visited SADAK CHAAP?
I know this name sounds so catchy, but this is one unique restaurant that serves everything made of chaap.
WHAT IS A CHAAP?
Soya Chaap is one of those vegetarian ingredients that has always been compared to mutton or chicken due to its texture. And when made into a curry, the soya curry tastes very similar to a non vegetarian curry. Therefore, it is also named as Vegetarian's meat.
WHAT WE ORDERED?
Assi Tussi Te Lassi😉 which was actually a Punjabi sweet Lassi served with a modern touch.
Modi shikanji- This was a perfect street style lemonade with flavours of Himalayan salt. It tasted more like hajmoola candy style. Loved it.
Chholey Bhaturey- No doubt, I had the best chholey bhaturey at this place. Perfectly sized bhaturey, soft and crispy at the same time. The chholey were also delicious.
Shubaarambh Platter- This was a delectable Appetizer Platter with a variety of Chaaps served on the menu. We had chaaps of different flavors like Amritsari, Haryaanvi, Lahori, Italian (with cheese) , Lucknowi, Rajasthani and Gujrati. What a fantastic platter it was!!
Sadak Chaap Thaali- This was like the whole world to me. A delicious journey of everything on this Thaali was complete happiness. There was Punjabi Chaap masla, Malai Paneer Malasa, Chaap Biryani (that tasted exactly like chicken Biryani), Chaney ki daal, Raita, Achaar, salad, papad and wholewheat Laccha Paratha along with Gulab Jamun as a dessert. It was perfect.
Hyderabadi Chaap- This was another Speciality at Dadak Chaap. This was a flavourful, sour Masala with the chaap. We had it with Lachha Patatha as well as the tandoori roti. It tasted amazing.
Matka Kulfi- It was served in a clay pot, a small MATKA . The KULFI had a rich texture and it was creamy. Ideal sweetness.
Moong Daal Halwa was another dessert. It was served warm. Perfectly made with desi ghee. Loved every bite of it.
Gurr ki Chai- no meal is complete without a perfect chai. This Gurr wali chai was one of the best teas I have had at any place. The flavours of Gurr (jaggery), cinnamon and ginger made me feel so fresh. The tea was served in MITTI KA PYALA... a clay cup.
I reserved some Halwa to be eated with this chai. Ohhh my God.. this is the perfect combination, if u haven't tried until now.

@sadakchaapdubai is a pure vegetarian place, this restaurant is not only a treat for vegetarians, but even non-veg people will enjoy the variety of Soya Chaaps and Chaats here !.
A total Bollywood themed place, the music will transport you to the 90’s era.. They even have a majlis type seating if you want to enjoy your food desi style.

Paani Puri – who doesn’t love Paani puri. Served with 5 different kinds of Paani, thoroughly enjoyed this. Priced @ AED 14/-
Papdi Chaat - a blend of puri, sev, potatoes, chutneys & yoghurt, this was flavorful too. Priced @ AED 12/-
🍽 CHHAAP-
Sanyukt Chhaap - A Chhaap platter that had Amritsari, Haryanvi, Lahori , Italian, Gujrati and Rajesthani Chhaaps served with green chutney. A dish with a very good concept and taste.
🍽THALI -
The Thali has a paneer, dal with Chhaap Sabzi, pulao, rotis with a salad in sweets Gulabjamun . The food was spiced perfectly and very tasty and more than enough for a single person. A perfect complete meal with wholesome options that are great for lunch as well as dinner.
DESSERTS :
Moong Dal Halwa – This was a good end to a hearty meal. Priced @AED 18/-
Kulhad Wali Chai - After a heavy meal, Kulhad chai with all spices was just digestive.
A good place for vegetarians who want to look for a variation from typical Paneer dishes.
Overall had a pleasant experience.

Delicious Vegetarian Food
Sadak Chaap has a vide variety of Delicious vegetarian food to offer… though it’s all vegetarian food… it’s rich in Flavors and food which you will want to eat again. The ambience of the place is very nice as you will get the Bollywood feel and all their lovely posters and frames. And very good hospitality 🥰

Decently spaced restaurant with nice ambience.

Masala Mulayam Pey - Masala Coke which was nice and refreshing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Afghani Momos - a rich and creamy momos ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have a fantastic location for you in 📍Karama named @sadakchaapdubai
Definitely a treat 🍱 for vegetarians. Chaaps were so wonderful that you'll think they are non-veg meat, they were that good.
I enjoyed their chaap despite not being a vegetarian. They also carry a huge selection of chaaps.
The chole bature was top notch and sufficient for two persons.
🌟The ambience is nice and spacious.
🌟They have majlis seating as well.

It was one of those restaurants that creates magic with the best vegetarian dishes and extremely famous for their extraordinary dishes that include chaap..
Perfectly placed in Karama, this restaurant is spotlessly clean and goodness overflows through their hospitality and staff attentiveness.
They hold pride in what they serve, as the food is very tasty and uniquely presented.
The ambience is very inviting and nicely arranged in terms of their Bollywood poster frames.
